1.) I have transferred 5000 first on 19/01/2015 18:11 2) Recharge of DTH Rs.300 was paid to airtel then Wallet Bal:4700/- on 19/1/2015 18:19. 3) Added Rs.300/- to Wallet, Bal =5000/- on 19/01/2015 18:43 4) Bill Paid to ICICI Pru[protected]Rs.5000/-, Wallet =0 on 21/01/2015 16:22 5) DTH Cash Back given by mobikwik added to wallet bal = 150/- on 26/01/2015 6) ICICI PRU as reversed the payment of 5000/- Ref :[protected] to mobikwik on 04/02/2015 Wallet Balance : 5150/- 7) On 06/02/2015 tried to pay another insurance premium for[protected]. but amount debited from wallet and premium not paid to biller. since then i been raising complaint tickets ( 2168888 & 2118730 & 2127910 ) with mobikwik but no respite nor resolution Please update my wallet and do the needful policy premium payment, So that i can pay my policy premium ontime to avoid lapse of my policy.
