[Resolved]  Croma — Bank Processing Fee Dispute

Hello,

I have ordered a Apple Iphone5 from cromaretail.com on 12th Jan 2013 under 12 month EMI scheme. when I ordered the product, this was on a 0% processing fee for the 12 months EMI with no extra or hidden charges.

Now I have got call from HDFC Credit Card Department regarding this transaction stating that there would be a processing fee of Rs. 3900 (approx) which would be charged on my card as i have taken this product on 12 Months EMI scheme.

This is to update that when I ordered the product, this was on a 0% processing fee for the 12 months EMI with no extra or hidden charges.

I also went through all the terms and conditions on your website before making this transaction.
Now I am not ready to Pay this transaction amount under your false interpretation.
I want a written confirmation about the same from your end.

If I do not receive a confirmation , I will have to file a Charge back with the bank and lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum Team.

The product is intact with the package and If you people want I can return the product the way it was when it was shipped.

I have also spoken to your Customer Service Representative where in I did not get a Proper response and he said me to mark a mail as he was unable to resolve this.Refer Ticket ID [protected] by Mohsin.

You have updated the processing fee details now but it was not there on your portal when I ordered it on 12th Jan.
I have attached the screenshot below for the Bill Summary where in there is no update about this Processing fee.

Hoping a prompt reply from your end.
