I have purchased lenovo smartphone A690 on 23rd march,2013. Suddenly its touch screen had stop to work. And i have given for service to Bix Computers (Authorised Service center of LENOVO) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat,India on 29.05.2013. Still now i didn't get it back. They told that its because of some parts are not coming from CHINA. So please help me. I have purchase Lenovo Mobile A690. It is still in warranty. I have already given to Service Center in surat.Since Last 15 days i m roaming with out cell phone. I have spent 8500/- n still i m not able to used a smart phone.Lenovo is a good company but the service is worst than micromax also.I will never suggest to any person in my life to purchase any product of Lenovo.
I request u to please give me service spares of my mobile.
