Sir,
I am Garima Agrawal resident o[censored]daipur City, Rajasthan, India, has recently purchased Nokia N9 from one of the Nokia Stores in Bangkok, Thailand. I am very old customer of Nokia phones because of its Brand name and the reliability it has but this time I felt cheated and fraud in the name of NOKIA. In the name of Nokia phone I have been sold a duplicate China phone which looks alike and even has a Label of Nokia Printed on it. I am not sure from how many years those people have been fooling around innocent people in the name of NOKIA phones or they might have misjudged us being Innocent Indians and made a fool o[censored]s. I am really disappointed with the fraud, its not just about the money but it is all about the faith and trust I had in the name. I really hope you people would look into the matter because if someone is playing with such a big name than its a big issue indeed and has to be stopped right away. Keen to hear from you as quick as possible and with a positive response.

i have purches nokia n 73 violet/grey color mobile worth rs.19900/- from an authorised dealer.after 4 month charging problem came to my mobile.so, i submit my mobile to nokia care authorised service station of bharuch.after 2 month they return repiar mobile of color creaam and white in dead condition.i tell them this is not my mobile but they did not listen me,and told me this is your mobile.only body of mobile is change by fault.my original mobile was only 4 month old and when i give them mobole it has only little problem.and the mobile they give me is very old and dead.this way they cheat me. i have original bill,box of my mobile and dead mobile which they give me.please help me.

I had given my mobile phone Nokia N-70 Music to Green Park Nokia Service Center for a minor repair( i.e problem in charging) on 15/07/08. According to the job sheet, they had given me a repair date of 18/07/08. I visited there on the same date and it did not get repaired till then. They asked me to come again on 21/07/08(monday), 28/07/08(monday) and then 30/07/08(Wednesday). And with fail, they gave me new date every time I visited there. Finally on 30/07/08, they told me that the fault is irreparable and asked for Rs 110 for service charge.
And now there is new set of problems after it came from repair center. Now hands free icon is displayed on the screen and i can never hear or talk from it.

I had never expected all this from a brand name Nokia. My cellphone is not even that old and if Nokia handset gets faulty and irreparable in every 2 years, than I will never ever buy or suggest a Nokia handset to anyone. The service at the Green park service center was irritating and 9 of 10 customers were dissatisfied with their service. With a brand Nokia, nobody expects this kind of service and its shameful of you(HCL guys) to work with Nokia and bring down its brand name. I would like to reach out to concerned authorities (may be also to consumer court) and will make sure that others get to know about problem faced by Nokia mobile users.NOKIA SUCKS BIG TIME..

Nokia — FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMERS

I have given a phone Nokia E-51 for repair in Chennai on 20.01.09. I get a call on 29.01.09 that sorry sir we are unable to repair your phone, we have sent it to gurgaon and we have scrapped your old phone. They have not obtained any permission from me in doing this as i had my contacts back up in that phone and my memory card also works in that particular phone only. I got a replacement from the company on 04.02.09.

The replaced phone was in terrible condition and it was already used for 60 hours. On approaching the higher authorities like Mr Sudhir ( Gurgaon) cell number + 91 [protected] and Mr Gopal Krishnan ( Chennai ) +[protected] and Mr Mohan ( Bangalore ) + 91 [protected] whom i have informed about the issue have taken no steps on this and have closed the issues among themselves since they wanted to cover up their mistakes.

I have a mail confirmation from Mr Gopal Krishnan ( Chennai ) that my scracted phone which was replaced will be replaced again with a new handset but no steps have been taken yet. All these higher executives are just fraud and playing games with the customers. These three people are very muck skilled in doing fraud with customers to keep up their position in the company.

Such big frauds arehappening and that too by the company top executies. I hope some serious action is taken against all of them who are spoiling the image of the company by misleading the customers.

I hope my issue is responded by the company.

Attached to an N95 Series 3G Nokia mobile phone, and your winning certificate" now that guy is asking for id proof and saying to pay the custom duty of rps 44,000.he even called me from a no "[protected]" saying that he has reached maharashtra and want me to pay custom duty today itself.. so is it real or fake???

I had purchase nokia 5130 red on 15 may, 2010 from
Dealer:"TRANSCELL SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES", a nokia priority dealer NPBG22, Jayanagar II block, bangalore,India phone [protected].
Date of purchase: 15 may, 2010.
Recently, it starting getting off soon after getting on that too incompletely, so i gave it for repair on 15 december, 2010 at your service centre.
Service centre provider: CAREPOINT, 3rd block, jayanagar, bangalore, india. phone [protected].
As it was in warrenty period, it was supposed to be repaired free of cost. However, the service centre is asking Rs 800 for its repair which is totally unjustified. I was never informed about it before repair. They are saying that their centre was incapable of repairing it and it was sent to delhi for repair.
It is a chesting as the cost of repair has to be beared by the company, it creates mistrust between u and me.
A GAINT INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIKE NOKIA SHOULD NOT TOLERATE SUCH INCIDENCES AND THINGS NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY HIGHER AUTHORITIES AS LOWER DOWN PEOPLE ARE INDULGED IN WRONGDOINGS AND CREATING MISTRUST BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND COMPANY.
I and my family are a sincere user of nokia mobile phones since last 10 years and we all believe in your intentions to serve the customers in the best possible way u can.
I hope, u will sort it out and will help me and my family keep the same strong belief in u and ur company as we were having it before.Repair charges needs to be beared by the company, not by me.

Nokia — making people fool and cheat with them

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform u that i purchase a nokia 7210 supernova handset on 03/07/10 and in the month of november 2010 i am facing problem regarding low battery backup suddenly one day the phone while talking gone off when i take it to the nokia care centre
VENUS COMMUNICATION 115-A, pocket D, main road ph-III ashok vihar delhi 52 they told me that there are some water mark in the cell phones first thing that the phone never come in touch with water and in november i don't think so that sudation comes from body, but after all i will pay them for that repair Rs/- 700 and they give one month warranty for that repair after repairing they found that the battery is almost gone so the battery need to be replaced in warranty because it is in warranty when after 20 days battery comes the phone work for half an hour the problem told to me was that phone board sending more voltage to battery so that battery got sucked then they again take it for repair and told the battery is not in warranty and you have to purchase new one they give me again phone and told to change battery i purchase battery again from the market it also got tampered by phone when i again visit the store they refused me not to take again & again and advice me to bring it on another nokia care centre after visiting again and again they show me the final way to visit some other centre am i fool or what i pay them and visit again to different centre this is totally cheating and theft i am wasting my time and money by visiting again and again
kindly look into the matter otherwise i need to take help from the cunsumer court for this whole problem i want my phone in good condition or by replaced with battery also, this all process and matter i already discussed with the centre manager also but he is also giving response that aap le aayiye hum check karlete hain abi hamara system nahi chal raha hai this statment i am heard from last 20 days from him jab system nahi chal raha to bhai mujhe kyo bula rahe ho check karne k liye, this is so interesting how companies make these type of people manager of the center
