I purchased Lumia 920 with EMI-[protected] on 25th March, within 5 months its display has stopped working . First its screen started fluctuating and when I restarted it, it started working alright but within minute the whole screen went black with yellow and green perpendicular lines on it.when I went to Nokia Care, karolbag New Delhi they said it is damaged and will cost Rs. 11800 but as per my knowledge I never dropped it down. I asked them to send it to the company but they refused.Earlier I was using Galaxy S2 and no such problem occurred. If this is how your premium product perform then I will request you to atleast provide good product at such high cost. Nokia should understand its no longer a Nseries market neither its about creating buzz what matter is your service. Products have its replacement but service do not have. If I have to spend money on a mobile I will never do on a brand which donot last for even 6 month .

Nokia — Poor service!

Dear team,
Hi, my self Mr kamod karmarkar.i m using nokia N72 handset.i m facing problem with my handset key pad .i given my handset to nokia service centrefor reparing.but they are giving me the reason that handset is soild due to water entering the cell but think is that my mobile is not been dropped in water.so how can it be the same.but handeset is in warrenty.it's purchase on Nov 2006.& warrenty expire on next month (Dec 2007).so kindly get the handeset replaced or else see to it that the same is been repaired immediately.kindly reply at the earliest.

Nokia — POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASED NEW N-73 MOBILE FROM KOTA-RAJASTHAN. THIS SET HAS GONE THREE TIMES FOR REPAIR TO JAIPUR WITH REGARDS TO PROBLEM IN BACK CAMERA,BATTERY AND VOLUME SWITCH AND EACH TIME IT HAS TAKEN 15 DAYS FOR REPAIR. THE SET WAS PURCHASED ON 18/06/2007.

APART FROM POOR QUALITY OF SET ,SERVICE PROVODED BY NOKIA CARE CENTRE,KOTA IS VERY POOR AND THEIR RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS IS BAD.

NOKIA N95 — POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

With reference to above i would like to share that I purchased the premier model from NOKIA- Hot spots ,Indra Nagar ,Lucknow this model on 27/10/2007 and after 3-4 month i started experiencing the problem of battery getting discharged automatically and the handset was getting heated very high. Some times it was difficult to hold it on the hand itself. This wass not during teh telephonic disucssion. It used to happen any time and number of times in a day. I went to service center- NOKIA CARE and iw as told there is some short circuit in side the handest and will be repaired. The hanset was taken and given after 3 days and found that still after 7 days time i experined sim ilar problem.

After 10 days again i saw that handset display goes off after sliding it or by presssing any key on the handset. Again i approached today and the NOKIA care has taken the handset and asked me to wait for 15-20 days time without any standby too as it has to go to Delhi.

This is not at all acceptable that after purchasing the N95 series of phone and by spending more than 25000/- the customer has to run from pillar to post to get his aissue addressed and then he he gets only assurance. This is creating a dent on the image of gaint company like nOKIA. In this scenario I request the NOKIA Management and senior members to understand the pain and take a step forward in getting me the hanset replacment ASAP.

Nokia Phone — Poor Quality of Product of Nokia Company & Nokia Care

I have purchased Nokia Mobile model 1650 during 1st week of January 2008 in Delhi from the Pririty Dealer in Pandav Nagar Area of East Delhi..Its recharge was giving problem rigt from day one and when I contacted priority dealer from whom the purchase was made.He refered me to the the Nokia Care Centre located in Pandav Nagar Opposite to Priority dealer.Nokia Care Centre was horrible and the staff on duty was rude enogh.Nokia Centre staff said they are not having spare to repair the set.I am surprised to see the rude behaviour of Customaer Care Centre of a reputed company like Nokia.

NOKIA, MOBILE PHONE — QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I bought mobile set NOKIA 6270 IMEI No.[protected], from NOKIA PRIORITY STORE M/s CAPRICON COMPUTER Pvt Ltd, P-272 Maniktala Main Road, Kolkata 700054, INVOICE No 11537 Dt 31.12.05. That set was replaced due to defect, by NOKIA CARE M/s BRIGHTPOINT, City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091 by the present set, JOB No. G081372 Dated 24.02.06. This set IMEI No [protected] went out of order and repaired from NOKIA CARE, BRIGHTPOINT JOB No. KOL0142865, Invoice I0010894 Dated 10.08.07, on payment, as warranty had expired. The set went out of order again. I deposited my phone to Nokia Care Centre, Crazy Infovision, Kolkata 48, Job No[protected]/071121/7, Nov 21, as per email advice of Mr. Prashanth MM, 19 Nov. There was poor response to my emails. Finally I paid Rs 1200 service charge and collected the Phone. Again the Phone is out of service since Feb end. I met Nokia official at Kolkata on April 28 th, handed over scanned copies of all documents. I was not contacted. Finally I had to post my complaint in Nokia web site. Again the phone is surrendered to Nokia Service since 16.05.08

Nokia — Services by NOKIA

I had purchased one Nokia N81-3 2GB mobile set, IMEI no. [protected], from a renowned Nokia Priority dealer shop 'Limton (P) Ltd.' at Kolkata on 25/02/2008. While purchasing the set, they only provide me the cash-memo. However, later after asking them they provide me the computerised invoice, but that also doesn't bear any bill no. How can a NOKIA Priority dealer sell a set without any Invoice?

However, I was very much satisfied using the set at the beginning. But after nearly two months, at the end of April, suddenly it started to show some problem. The battery which was used to give a backup of nearly 3 days started to give merely 1 day & the left selection key started to behave abnormally. I visited the NokiaCare service centre at Kolkata on 13th May, 'A M mobile telecom Pvt. Ltd.', and taken two job service sheets for the two problem. That was my first visit to Nokiacare centre, after which I became a regular customer of the centre.

The target delivery date for two job sheets was within 10 days, but as the set was sent to the 'Service Head-office', may be in Mumbai, it took some time. After nearly twenty days I was informed that all the problems with my set have been rectified from 'head-office' and I can collect the same. Also the battery had been swaped with a new one.

But after collecting the same I noticed that the changed battery was wrong. N-81 set require BP-6MT battery, but from head office at Mumbai it was swaped with a BP-6M battery, that also after taking a time for matching = 20 days.

I had sent an e-mail to the Nokia service centre to which I was connected to get a BP-6MT ready for me so that I can collect it on my visit to the shop after 4 days. But, it is disappointing that no actions were taken upon receiving the mail, maybe the centre don't check mails regularly. However when I visited the centre the fault was taken into account & I got BP-6MT battery that suit my set within a week.

Now I was able to check whether the key problem was solved or not. And I found that it was not at all solved. I am not able to understand the level of incompetency of NokiaCare Service centres, that even the 'head-office', can't solve any problem. They can't match two batteries, they can't understand the problem with the set.

Now, after one and half month I was asked to create another job sheet for the problem, but I was in doubt what is the validity of a service job sheet. However service job sheet no.[protected]/080628/36 was taken by myself and the target delivery date was 07/Jul/08. And now, it's over. I contacted the NokiaCare centre, but they said the issue is pending and they can't say anything more as it is in 'head-office'. Upon asking they told me that it will take minimum one week to get any notification.

I'm not having the custody of the set for about two months and have to take service job sheets for the same things twice. Please justify. Please also make sure that the set should not bear any new problem. As the set is within warranty period it is advisable to swap the set with a new one, to make the procedure quick and also if the problem can't be rectified, as upto my knowledge no mishandling is done with the set.

Waiting eagerly to use my mobile at my full satisfaction.

nokia 6500slide — poor service

After just 15 days of purchasing my new nokia 6500 slide, it started hanging i deposited it to nokia care, bhuj, kachchh.They told me that i will get it back within 20 days.one n half month has passed.Whenever I go there they say within 4 5 days you will get it back.I ranged on this care line no.[protected] to ask when i will get it back, they told me that call after 48hrs we will tell u the status of your cell.After one n half month of my depositing my cell, even today i dont know what the hell is the fault in my cell??????Is your service so POOR??????Then how you claim, NOKIA, CONNECTING PEOPLE??????To know the status only, if i had to wait for 48hrs, then when the hell i will get my cell????????Now if i dont get it back within a week, i will go to CONSUMER FORUM, to fight for my right.hope to have your PROMPT SERVICE.

Nokia — Decreasing product price

Hi myself shrikant i had a Nokia 6233 handset, i had purchase it in 2007 at Rs 11000/- Rs but now Nokia selling this handset on 7800/- i want to know that why nokia did not care about there old customers while reducing prise. now if i want to sell my cell what will be the prise.
i want the answer from nokia. if they want to sell the handset on low prise they shuld firest stop production of that handset & then lonch new produce & then sell it market at any prise, they dont want to decrease the prise of same model. if it is going on same way customer will stop bying high range models. nokia has to think about that.

I OWE NOKIA 3230 HANDSET.FEW DAYS BACK, ITS DISPLAY DIDNT WORK.I WENT TO CARE CENTER AND WITHOUT LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM, THEY RETURNED ME MY SET BACK WITHIN A SINGLE MINUTE SAYING THAT YOUR DISPLAY BOARD WILL CHANGE COSTING YOU 1500 RS.
SINCE I COULDNT AFFORD A BIG AMOUNT LIKE THAT, SO WITH NO OPTION, I WENT TO MOBILE MARKET FOR ITS REPAIR. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THE PERSON JUST TOOK 5 MIN AND GAVE MY SET BACK PROPERLY FUNCTIONING.THERE WAS A SMAAL PROBLEM WITH SOME JACK AND SOLDERING IT!ELSE EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

i bought a nokia n73 and a ccar charger for it .I found the car charger was faulty.Took it to nokia care and was told, it had to be replaced.their usual turn around time wud be 10 to 14 days i was told.Its more than month now and still i havent got it.When i call nokia care they ask me to call nokia customer care.When i call customer care they ask me to contact nokia care.they themselves dont know wha the problem.After a long arguement, i was asked to come one ay to collet it.When i went there, i was told it has not arived.They have given a website to check the status which is always says closed and sent to L3.They is no updation done on it.They are not ready to give a refund as well.Its more than 2 months and i have sstill not used it.Its such a poor service.Its a disgrace for a manufacturer like nokia should say they dont have their own stock.If they are care only about the expensive phone, why do they manufacture accessories and why do they provide warranty.to me

i really annoyed with Nokia customer service where located in PEKANBARU-RIAU-INDONESIA-

i have many cases in my Nokia n81 8gb..

first time i bought this phone in NOkia Oke shop which one of the official dealer of Nokia, , the phone was awesome..I'm really excited of that..
but in a few weeks..
this phone became so annoyed!! I can't press any button in the keypad..i mean the keypad doesn't respond..
i don't know why..as long as i bought this phone..it was never been crashed, , watered or something that can damage this phone..
and after that i went to the dealer where i bought this phone, , and they said they don't know anything..they advised me to go to Nokia customer service office where located in Mal Ciputra..
and then i went there..
and i complained all my problems in there..but what they told me?
they can't help me at all for this time..because of lack of equipment to solve my phone problems, , and then they told me if the equipments have come..they would call me promptly..
and then i agree it..and i also asked how long is it?
they said may be around 2 weeks..
and then i filled all my ID and my phone number..
and 2 weeks has gone..but what is the result..?
they didn't inform me at all..
okey i went back to the office again and asked to them..
and what i was doing there?
i was doing the same thing that i have done it 2 weeks before, , i really angry with them, ,
what the heal were they doing in this past weeks?
they didn't inform me..
and cuz a few days later i had to go to overseas..cuz i study there..so this damn case never solved before..
until now, , my phone still damn creepy..
i really can't use it..
and now my phone warranty has expired..
damn Nokia CS is very annoyed..
u can't satisfy ur customer at all..actually this is just 1 of many my complaints..
i won't buy this phone again..and i hope all people will aware how bad is the services of Nokia..U are a huge company..huh?

Nokia — Poor service/product quality

This Nokia phone was bought from Authorised Nokia dealer in Goa. After 4-5 months the 6 key stopped functioning. It was sent to Service Centre in Andheri East(Tele: 26837955/5461) on 17 Nov, 2008. So far they have not returned it inspite of repeated follow up. I was told that it has been sent to their HO (Tel:[protected] in Parel. Still no response and I am unable to get thru to anybody at this number. Nokia name used to be synonymous with quality/service but my belief in them is shaken now.

I m kumar residing at "Manohari Palace, Near 200 ft bye-pass & Sakshi Marriege Garden, Benar Road, Jhotwara-Jaipur.
Sir, we are facing very much problem of wines shop at the entry point of our colony. honestly there are two wine shops (one english wine & one desi wine shop with egg/meat shop) is running & the drinkers are drinking openly in way of colony, they using abusing language & tonting/sexual harreshment on ladies and girls of the locality.
There is a temple & school also in less 100 meter area, so the ladies n girls avoid to go temple due to drinkers. The enviornment is very poluted and over childrens can't play in colony due to drinkers.
Various accidents heppend there due to the wine shops.

We are humble reqesting you to close the shop of wines and meat/egg shop on urgent basis.
Sirji, your public always want help from your side & will give best wishes to you.

Sub-regarding bad services for my mobile
I am using nokia 5610(red) express music(it’s a piece of ) from the day I bought my mobile I have given my mobile for servicing more than ten times am not satisfied with your service and I still have problems in my mobile. At first I bought the mobile which is a red color I had some problems with keypad and hanging problems and if I play any videos my mobile gets switch off even if I give the correct security code it denies the access and the mobile has network problems. so I gave the mobile to

here MR.MOHAN is the head of the service center and he told to cantact MR.ANAND . He serviced the mobile for more than FIVE TIMES all the FIVE times he said the mobile was ok but it got repaired with in one week period of time each time I travelled from manthuranthakam to CHENNAI(anna salai) which is nearly about 170kms up and down.He took one week for servicing the mobile all the FIVE times and he agree to swap the mobile for a brand new one and he asked me to come after a week but he didn’t replace the mobile instead he gave someother OLD MOBILE THAT IS A USED ONE mobile in which the display was broken he said the brand new mobile will come with in three weeks until the time he asked me adjust with this mobile . I went to that showroom after four weeks but the show room was changed to a laptop service centre I asked them they told to visit the nokia care which is opp to sathyam theatre
Where Mr.gopi the head of the office said that he will repair the old mobile only and he wont offer the new one and I agreed to repair the mobile .They repaired the mobile for more than six times and still the problem in the mobile has not been solved.i have been not receiving a proper response from gopi.And mr.gopi again told me to service the mobile where u have done before but security in the hcl info system wont allow me inside they asked me to visit the above mentioned centre which is opposite to satyam theatre like wise they made me to visit the other service centre(hcl)likewise I have been visiting both the centre’s very often .finally they said that to complain to the company itself and they cant able to do anything.At present I cant able turn my mobile on and the keypad is not working properly can I have a new replacement or not .I want a fresh replacement or atleast to repair the existing one.i never experienced such a bad service from any companys this is the worst experience I had in your service.Every time when I gave the mobile for a service i spent nearly 150rs daily I have wasted so much money in this which not worthfull at all.the staff in the service centres are not giving proper respect everytime I visit they make me to wait for more than four hours and they are not giving any proper response. The days which I used my mobile is very less because it got repaired all the time I have spent 13, 300 rupees on this mobile and I nearly used it for a month or two but I have spent more than 4000rs for travelling to the service centre’s. I am attaching some of the document regarding the assurance of replacement by the service centre and I want you to check on this and give me a solution.and i m not ready to go for that stupid service centre.

I am from Kolkata, i would like to let everybody, whoever residing at
Kolkata to know that i have been using Nokia N95-8GB cell phone since last year
sept'08, my cell broke, so, i went to Nokia Care, Gariahat Branch, where the
customer care people, mentioned there was physical damage caused to the cell and
therefore i would have to pay an overall estimated cost of 8000/- to repair it
completely, excluding facia, after 3 days when i went back to collect my cell, they tampered with the
internal parts and told me that they would require to repair the same which would
cost an extra amount ... What kind of service they gave can be well imagined, when
there hardware engineer gave an ok to the internal hardware of my cell and mentioned
the exact cause & cost that would be required on the jobsheet. Guys, the brand you
can trust but these people are misusing the brand name for satisfying their own
bloody interest.

SIR I PURCHASED A NOKIA HAND SET NO. 5220 ON 14/11/08. IHAVE COMPLANED TO THE NOKIA CARE OF HOOGHLY ABOUT IT ON THE VERY NEXT DAY FOR HANGING PROBLEM, LOUD SPEAKER. IT WAS MADE WITH IN 20 DAYS, AGAIN AFTER SOME DAYS I COMPLANED ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM. IT WAS AGAIN MADE. AGAIN AFTER SOME DAYS THE LOUD SPEAKER WENT OFF. AND THE RESPONSIBLE MEMBER SAID THAT THE HAND SET WILL BE REPLACED AND THEY SAID TOC OME AFTER 20 DAYS. BUT IT WAS NOT REPLACED INSTEAD THEY TOOK 1 MONTH 10 DAYS IN MAKING IT. AGAIN THE HAND SET IS GIVING ME THE SAME PROBLEM.

I AM HAVING NOKIA N95, which recently encountered a problen, i went to nokia care on 13 april, they gave delivery date oo 13 th april, but they told me to come next day, then next day then next
ULTIMATELY I GOT IT BACK MYSEL[censored]N REPAIRED ON 22 APRIL, THEY ARE JUST FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS, IF THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WHY WASTE MY TIME, AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK ITS CONDITION IS MUCH WORSE .
THEY EVEN DONT HAVE FEEDBACK REGISTER IN THEIR PLACE, I DONT KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAIN .

Nokia — Problem in Handset - Poor Post Service Quality

I purchased a new Nokia N70 Music Edition on 10th april 2008. Within 1 year of purchase I had faced many a times problem of Hanging, Auto On Off, Memory Card Problem, due to which I submitted it on the authorised Nokia Care Centre 6 times in warranty period ( 1 yr). Can u believe it 6 times… Every time the problem was same. Even my handset had been sent to Nokia Head Offfice in Gurgaon. But still the problem is same. Last time I deposited my Handset to Nokia Care Centre at Jaipur on 08/04/2009. they assured me that this time the problem will be solved at any cost. But again I was under wrong impression. My problem is the same till now. And now my Handset Warranty has expired.
Sir, Purchasing a Handset worth Rs. 10000/- & get it repaired 6 times in a year. This is not at all bearable. So I request you tell me how can I solve this problem. I want that my handset should be replaced. Even I had written many emails in regard to my problem but the company failed to solve my problem.infact even they are not replying my emails. even now i have asked them to solve the issue anyhow.
please guide me that can anything be done in this regard. can i take this matter to consumer court & sue the company. this is not acceptable.such a poor after sales service from a company of such repute is not acceptable at all.

Nokia — bad quality of my nokia phone and poor quality of service

i am shashank shekhar from bokaro steel city. i had purchased a nokia n 85 model phone on 20th march 2009 from nokia priority dealer.from the first day itself phone started giving problems. it used to hang at regular interval.after that phone slowed down down dramatically.whenever i played music, it played for only half an hour or a hour and after that it started showing error message-'general system error' and it couldn;t played music.when i will switch it off and restart then the music will play for sometime and again error message will be shown.whenever any smscomes on mobile, phone automatically switches off and again restart.
i deposied my phone in nokia care seven times and three times it had been transferred to higher head office with same jobsheet no.[protected]/090330/13 with repeat job.my complain no . are- '2-40wypv', '2-3y8tbl', '2-3w4nhr'.these three are my complain no. for last three times.my phone model n85 imei no is - [protected].
from the purchasing date of 20th march 2009 i ahd not kept my phone with me for more than 10 days.the day i am getting it back from nokia care, ihad to deposit it same day or next day with same problem occcuring again.i am sure nokia is not able to repair my phone and they are just wasting my time and money.

My Nokia is on warrenty, suddenly it get problem of no hearing voice.

I send the same instrument to get repaire under warrenty and its almost 20 days passed on they didnt repaired or replace my cell..

The call centres of Nokia have no executive to reply, they even dont pick

Nokia — Complaint against poor cell quality

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Nokia 7610 Supernova in November 2008 from RPG Cellular in Sahara Mall for above Rs.11000. Within days of buying it, the ringing volumn started giving me problems. I can hardly hear the phone ringing even when I am in the same room. On complaining I was told that this had to be repaired and that would charge me .

Its not even 1 year old cell, and it has already started malfunctioning. I cant afford to spend anything extra to mend it now. I am tired of chasing anyone to find a solution to this now. When the product was launched, Nokia made a lot of promises about the product . It is a pity that a company like Nokia cheats its customer. The parts are such that they start malfunctioning immediately after buying so that you can charge people to do the repairs.

I am absolutely upset with the product and now regret for having bought it . I want an immediate action to be taken and my cell replaced immediately . If you cant sell good quality products and not care about customer's emotions, you should close down your shops.

Hope you will take an action immediately, failing which I shall be left with no other option but to lodge a complaint elsewhere

I purchased a nokia 6500 slide & from the first day its been freezing & the settings change. Recently my memory card had a password that i didnot put!!! i had to re-format the card & lost all my infomation!!! it is my first nokia & its dissapointing cause i thought it was a good phone, i don't think i will ever purchase another nokia again!! My boyfriend has a nokia navigator & it just switched off & we could put it back on, we were told to take it to a nokia agent & we recieved bad treatment & when we got the phone back it had someone else details on it, which means this phone was not the one we sent & the navigator didn't work, it asked us to buy a license.

NOKIA N95 — poor service.

I, BISWAJIT JANA PURCHASED A NOKIA GSM HANDSET MODEL NO N95 8GB ON DATED 20.10.2008. ONE FINE MORNING ON 06.07.2009 I SAW THAT THE LCD IS TOTALLY BLANK. I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED THE NOKIA CARE ON THE SAME DATE.

Nokia — Bad phone quality

I had purchased a N97 on February 4th 2010. From the very first day the GPS on the phone didn't work. I took it to the service center and they upgraded the software and i lost all the data. Still the GPS didnt work. Then they told me that it wont work in calcutta as there are no satellites above calcutta. I was not convinced with the answer but i chose to take my cellphone back with me. I searched about it on google and found that i was not the only one facing such issues. There are many like me with the same problem and its a problem with the GPS antenna built into the back cover of the cell. the antenna is like a sticker. It pressed it well so it gets stuck and the GPS started working. Then within 2 weeks the silver color on the volume button started coming off. I was using the same phone cover which was inside the box and found out that since the button was rubbing on the side of that cover the color is coming off. The cover is lined with a very soft microfibre cloth which is used to clean spectacle lenses and LCD screens still the color comes off. I complained about this to nokia and wanted to speak to the supervisor, the super visor didnt want to come on line and hung up. i called again and the line was disconnected again and again. I paid Rs 30000 for the phone and get a bad quality non-functional phone. It would have been better if i chose a chinese handset which has more features like TV in it. I am stuck with this set and Nokia does not want to listen to it.

i had bought a Nokia N86 *MP phone in August last year.The phone had problems from the very beginning.I gave it for servicing to a nearby Nokia Care center.They serviced it and the phone was in a even worse state.They jammed a button and the battery drained in few minutes (Many times).I then logged an online complain to the Nokia portal,there they asked me to go to the service center again.I did that and gave my phone.This time too the phone was in a bad condition with scratches and software related problems.I mailed them again and told them the difficulty i was facing with the phone and the un-skilled nature of their technicians.I asked them to replace my handset.They blindly replied by asking me to give the phone again to the service center.I even mentioned that i would lodge a consumer Complaint but they paid no heed to it and asked me to give it again to the Service center.Now i gave the phone again to the Service center and this time my Camera is not Working!!!So,for 25k,this is the service i get and the phone stays with the service center for half of the time.Please help me...!!

Sub: Performance of Model1203 mobile set

I purchased one mobile set of model 1203 on 23/3/2010 from a local agent. As it was giving trouble I went to the shop keeper. He rectified the trouble twice. Third time he advised me to go to NOKIA CARE CENTRE which is about 11 K.M from my residence.
I went to NOKIA CARE at BHEERINGI.They rectified the problem. Again after 2 days the same problem was faced. Then I took the set to NOKIA CARE. They kept the set and asked me to collect it on 30/4/2010.On that day they have changed the set.

The new set is giving me same trouble. Again I went to Nokia Care and asked them if it is not repairable it may be replaced by a better model; I shall pay the difference. After 3-4 days they returned same set after repairing. Again the set is giving me same trouble. Being a man of 72 yrs old it is not possible for me to go to your centre every now and then.

You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and suggest me how I can get relieved of this problem easily.

You will also admit that when the set is under warranty period the set can easily be changed by the dealer of NOKIA CARE CENTRE.

on 16th august itself, i started facing problems with this cell. whenever i clicked on menu button, the cell would stop working and nothing would open. i switched off my cell and then it was ok. but the problem occurred again on the next day. i showed my cell to the nokia care in hardat rai chamaria lane (howrah). they took the cell, deleted its contents and said that it would work properly now. but again the problem occurred. i did not believe on the services of howrah nokia care. so i took it to the ganesh chandra avenue mobile store from where i had bought the handset. they said that they are not responsible about it and can do nothing about it. so i went to the nokia care in princep street (ganesh chandra avenue) on 21st august. there i had to wait for 1 hour and then my turn came. they took the cell and said that they would update the software and check it properly. i got back my mobile on 25th august. even while taking back my phone, i had to wait for one and half hours in nokia care. they said that the problem would not accur again. but again on 3rd september, the problem occurred. there are some other problems which i face. the call log remains for just the past 2 or 3 days even though i have chose to show call log for the past 30 days in settings. there are various other minor problems also.
nokia is probably the leading mobile company in india. but just within 18 days of buying a new nokia handset, i had to move to a nokia care 2 times and wait for 3 to 4 hours without any solution to the problem. i did not expect this kind of service from nokia. i want my cell to be replaced with suitable compensation as soon as possible or else i have to move to the consumer court. i have as many as 7 nokia handsets in my home and i did not expect this kind of service. it is indeed very disappointing. my work is seriously hampered. i hope that you will take the necessary steps or else i have to take stringent steps towards nokia. your goodwill is at stake.

I just brought new nokia x5 phone on 4/1/2011.Once i back to home charged it for 8 hours the phone cant be start up because on the screen it keep showing memory full.then i open upand removed the memory card then it pop up to (contact with the retailer).Then i met up the person i brought the phone (carrefour )at shah alam,he said that it not his problem and i have bring to phone to hq that was in at subang.nonsence when we buy the new phone at trusted company and the phone give such a problem....realy dissapointed

I purchased Nokia 5130 in aug 2009. The phone was good till jan 2010. it first ran in to a prob on feb 2010. the phone started to crash. some times till will hang. I used the nokia updater tool and updated to the next version. It worked fine for another month. Sometime after the phone was not able to open the browser. i contacted the nokia and they asked me to go to the nokia care. I went there and repaired my phone for free as it was covered under warranty. he guy at the nokia care asked me to extend the warranty by paying rs.500. I asked the reason. He revealed tat all the nokia 5130 are havin the same prob. He said that sometimes the phone will be useless. I was shocked and denied to extend the warranty. Within few days my phone restarted itself and it started to behave as the guy told.
Following are the problems

1. MUSIC PLAYER doesnt work. It shows "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY"(They call it 5130 Music Xpress)
2. Same thing with the Radio "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY"
3. Browser never opens.
4. All the download via gprs fails at the last minute.
5. No application or games work.
6. takes long time to load contacts.
7. Sometime call fails.

Buying this crap for 6000 buck is waste. I should have went for indian mobile micromax which offers the same features at low price.

one more interesting thing, All my friends who purchased this crap 5130 are experiencing the same prob.

So NEVER BUY NOKIA.

But after 4 days when i make a call of 10min or so i found that phone was heating up , also when i charge my phone then also the it start heating. i purchase phone from gaziabad but i stay in dehradun so when i came to dehradun i went to nokia care on 14th july and tell them the problem. they take my phone and return it to me on 17th july but again i found that the problem was not sorted out. I submitt the phone again and care center people says that they will check the battery also . I went to the center again on 19th they says that it was not battery problem and they are now sending it to head office delhi.
I call to nokia care center banglore also a put a request they says that i will get a call after 48 hrs but i did not get it. Then i again call to banglore center and ask them tey says i should wait for 2 more days but agin i did not get any call. Then i got ny phone back on 8th august. I check it againg but it started to heatup again. again nokia center people says to submitt the phone. so i submitt it again on 8th august and again call to banglore center and put a request again i get a complain no. and now again i have to wait for 48 hrs to get a call and then 10 or more days to get my phone back
In all these these transactions my new phone which i could not hold for more then 4 days was having lot of scratches and dents on its new body.
Now i want my phone to be replaced with new one. i request u to please look into the matter and help me out.

Hi Team,

I purchased Nokia N900 handset on 5-Nov-2010. In the Jan-2011, the phone went bad after which I gave the phone for Nokia care. After a period of 20 days I got a replacement phone.

The replaced phone had minor glitches, which I decided to ignore. Again last month (August) the phone went bad again. I gave the phone to Nokia care on August 23-2011. NCC: 305_465550. I received the phone back in 1st week of September. The repaired phone and new problems now. Hence I gave the phone once again on 8th Sep to Nokia care. Till date I am yet the receive my phone back.

I spent about Rupees 24,000/- for this phone and have hardly got a chance to use this phone to satisfaction level. Along with this the response and service provided by Nokia is very very disheartening.

As suggested by you, haven't received any response from the Nokia Digital Marketing group. In meantime I got a N8 as replacement for my N900. But the issue here is music jack does not work on the N8 replacement phone I have received.

    Actually sir mera mobile kharidne ke baad hamesha se isme problem rha hai.Mobile kharidne ke kuch din baad isme hi isme S/W problem aa gya. to maine care centre jaa ke ise banwaya. Kuch dino baad isme phir se problem aane laga to main phir se care centre gya aur complain kiya to unlogo ne mobile swap ke liye bhewaya aur kuch dino baad mujhe diya. Us time mere mobile ki warranty period khatam hone wali thi to maine care centre mein phir se fee bhar kar warranty period ko badhane ko kaha, to unlogo ne meri baat ko reject kar diya aur maine baar-2 request kiya phir bhi woh log nahi maane aur mujhe mobile pakda diya. But as usual mobile mein phir se problem hone laga aur mobil kaam karna hi band kar diya. Phir se mein care centre gya but ab woh log mobile ko accept hi nahi kar rahe hain.

      A Nokia lumia 510 mobile bearing ESN/IMEI Number [protected] was pu rchased in December 12 and the same developed problem of not recieving any caller rings in july 13.The hand set was given to authorised service centre MICRONAS TELECOM,Sector-2,Noida on 5th july 13 for checkup which was given back the same day haing replaced so called earpiece.The set was working for a few days and it again stopped with the perpitual problem of not recieving the ringer,the set was again given to the same agency on 5th Aug 13 which was again handed back after replacing the earpiece as earlier.The set is working now but having the history of failure of the said part,it is fared that it will soon go out of warranty wherin I have to pay for its perinial defects.
      It is requested that a new set or refund may be arranged to compensate me

        i am having a nokia lumia 720 phone. last time i have submitted a complain for the problem which is persisting for the 4th time i.e. speaker not working and after 2 days phone becomes dead. that time i have submitted my phone in service center as said by nokia customer care peoples, the service center guy told me that he has sent the phone to the repair factory and it will come after 15 days and the job sheet number for that time was[protected]/130717/51, i received it on 30 july. but just after a week i am again facing the same problem the speakers are not working. last time even i told them that give me a new replaced phone because of the same problem but they didn't took any action. so this time i request you all please give me a replaced phone or else tell me whether i have to complaint at any other level.

          sir, I v purchased a Nokia 101 Mobile from on line after oticing instalement facilities available and I v also choose the offer and purchased the same by 6 instalements of Rs 265 which had shown from your page offer but when i v complited the purchased and shown that the total amount of Rs 1650 has been deducted at a time from my account.(cr.card )

          Nokia — amount deduction

          I am using Airtel connection with no [protected] since 3 yrs but recently since last 2 months Rs 30 per month is deducting from my main balance as charges of Hello Tune, but as per my knowledge there is no such service has been started from my side, for this on 27/12/2011 I have called the Customer Care Services and told to stop the services immediately, but on 30/12/2011 Rs. 30 less been deducted as hello tune charges. Hence kindly stop this immediately and transfer the Deducted Amount in my Main Balance Account.

              I had purchased Nokia asha-210 having IMEI No. [protected]-80900 at the total cost of Rs. 4,450/-(Rupees Four thousand five hundred fifty) from M/S Singh enterprises Pvt. Ltd, BA 4A, Janakpuri,New Delhi-110058 vide Book No. 475, Serial No. 47403 dated 16/07/2013. The mobile set in question developed technical fault on the same day. I returned the above set to the shopkeeper on 18/7/2013. The shop keeper was kind enough to change the above mobile set with new one having IMEI No.[protected]-81924. After five days of its replacement, the new mobile set again developed some technical snag. The mobile usually got hang out and space button was not working properly. I again approached the shop-keeper and told about its difficulties, who in turn advise me to approach Nokia Care Centre for its service being in warranty period. I went to Nokia Care Centre, Tilak Nagar ,New Delhi on 30/07/2013 for its repairs. Nokia care centre,Tilak Nagar has refused to repairs the mobile set on the ground of liquid damage handset and does not cover in warranty. They advised me that a sum of Rs. 750/- will be charged for its repairs I was surprised to know the reason for inability to repairs the handset on the ground of liquid damaged set, but I am well aware that handset was developing technical fault immediately after 05 days of its purchase. I was the user of mobile set and it is fact known to me that mobile was not damaged by liquid itself. It had already software problems. .Since the set was purchased on 18/07/2013.I again approached shopkeeper on 1/08/2013 for remedy solution. I told them all difficulties and my experience of Nokia Care centre. The mechanic available at the shop told in front of all members of the staff that set in question is having only software difficulties. There is no liquid damage in the set.I was stunned to know the reality.
              I would like to inform you that I am members of para military force and always follow the policy of truth and discipline.i too expect same behaviour from other reputed organisation/firm like you. I am making complaint with the request to get my damaged handset repaired at free of cost being the set cover in warranty period.In case you, fail the repair my mobile hand set within 15 days, then I will approach consumer forum for redressal of my grievances.

              Please advise is your problem has been solved because I have purchased the same phone and I have some more issue in comparison to you which is clearly stand that it is software i.e. application fault. Impact nokia music is also not allowing me to download any song that clarily state the phones application problem.

                    Sir,
                    I purchased Nokia N8 [IMEI NO. [protected]] for Rs 21,700/- from Arihant Mobile Point on 9 September, 2011. I also bought extended warranty on 21 August, 2012 from Abhishek Technology – Nokia Care, (Add: 101/102, Shilp
                    Square, A – wing, Opp Himalaya Mall, Drive In Road, Gurukul, Ahmedabad)
                    Since last 1 and half year this phone has given me frequent trouble causing me great loss – mentally and economically due to sheer carelessness, inefficiency and irresponsible behaviour of the company as well as its approved dealers and service personnel. Here is the complete account of this:
                    The common problems with the phone are -
                    • The phone intermittently hangs or swithches off
                    • It restarts sometimes after 4 hours or after 10 hours
                    • It hangs frequently
                    • Its touch screen does not respond properly
                    • It swithces off abruptly during conversation
                    This has caused me great torture mentally as well as economically as I have lost lot of business due to sudden breakdown of my phone.
                    I had given this phone for repairs 10 to 15 times in Nokia Care but the phone was always returned with oral assurances. Here is the list of 4 job card details which Nokia Care gave me. (Although I visited Nokia Care several times, they are unwilling to share all the job card details)

                    When the phone got disconnected and switched off on 7th June, 2013; I took it to Nokia Care (Abhishek Technology). The engineer made ridiculous and illogical excuses that: I might have downloaded some applications from unauthorised sources. When I assured him that I had downloaded only a few applications from Nokia Store, he gave me a shocking reply that “Even applications in Nokia Store are infected with virus and Nokia Store is not trustworthy” . When I asked if one should use Smartphone only for making calls and receiving calls, he said that Symbian Belle has such defect and he cannot do anything in this case.
                    Once again the phone went dead on 24 June 2013 and I took it back to Arihant Technology. They decided to keep phone under observation for 2 days. When I got no call for 6 days, I visited them and they told me that there was some problem with the instrument and needs to be repaired. I was called on 4th July 2013 and I asked what was the problem that took 12 – 13 days for repair. He replied that there was no problem and they had only reinstalled the software and battery. Now this was shocking – if only software had to be reinstalled and battery refitted, why did it take 12 days? Do you imagine how much I loss I had to suffer without phone? Further, when I received the phone its back cover was severely damaged – thus indicating that some tampering was done with it.
                    Once more the phone went dead on 11 July and I had to immediately rush to Nokia Care. The engineers there tried hard to start the phone but did not succeed. They decided that the phone needs to be sent to the company for repairs. Shockingly, the jobsheet they made S/W – 130624/45mentioned in Final Action Taken column that “the handset was repaired and returned”. Obviously, I pointed it out and got further shock when they said that “It doesn’t matter”. On my insistence, Swatiben scratched it out and put reinward date 11 July , 2013 on the jobsheet.
                    Sir, in this way, in the last 2 months, the handset was less with me and more than 1 month with Nokia Care. Even today the handset is in custody of Nokia Care. I have visited Nokia Care more than 25 times and it seems that Nokia Care is firm on harrassing me, torturing me and causing me economic losses. If Nokia has some ethics left, it should address this issue at the earliest. Still some patience exists in me and I am waiting for a positive reply.

                    Nokia — Defective mobile phone

                    Dear Sir,
                    I purchased a NOKIA N72 on 30/10/2007 from "MObile Point" shop at Irla , Vile Parle East. I had obtained a receipt for the same. This mobile stopped completly on 18/11/2007. I approached the Customer Care of Nokia at Andheri East (Safed Pul) and they directed me to the dealer from whom I had purchased the mobile.
                    When I went to Mobile Point , I was asked to take it to the Nokia Care Centre. After hearing my story, they took the mobile but said it will take 10 to 15 days for repairs of the phone.
                    I would like to ask Nokia as to why I should accept a repaired piece. Why cant they replace my phone.
                    Also recently there have been many cases of defective Nokia phones . I advise customers to think twice before they go for NOKIA.
                    I also purchased a Nokia 6070 on 07-09-07 from Bambino, Guwahati.The phone strarted giving problems from the day one.I took it twice to their care centre at Bhangagarh and they failed to rectify the problems and advised me to take it to the care Centre at B. Baruah Road. After taking it from this centre, it worked for an hour and stopped working . Now I can.t even switch on the mobile.This is their quality the machines and service.

                    nokia cell phone — defective handset sold to me.

                    Dear sir,
                    I bought a nokia handset 2626 from the mobile store, 55-b S.P.Mukheree Road, Kolkata on 02nd Jan 09.
                    Its been 07 months from the time i bought this handset.It has a problem.It gets switched off automaticaly.I also visited the nokia care where they kept the phone for almost 22 days.After they gave it back to me the problem persists.

                    When I showed the handeset to a local mobile repair shop, all he had to do was stuff a small piece of paper below the battery and its working fine, which means that the connection between the battery and the handset is loose and the great nokia service center could not rectify that.They should shut down all of there service centers if they cannot rectify this simple problem.

                    I want to get a new handset or a replacement from nokia as this is a defective set that they have sold to me.I have lost complete faith on this brand.

                    I bought a Nokia 5220 xpressmusic last October. Since then I have faced innumerable problems regarding the handset. Within 6 months of purchase, my phone started hanging, it used to switch off n restart, the voice used to get inaudible after disconnecting the headset. Every time, i had to restart the phone.
                    One day when all my sms's got deleted, and programs got corrupted, i took my phone to the service center [Anand International Behala (Job sheet no: 811/43)] where they formatted and gave it back.
                    it was fine for some days till it stopped taking charge. Now that I have given the phone to the service center, they formatted the phone and gave back with the problem still there. when I intimated them that the problem was not yet solved, they sent it to the factory and since then I an calling them repeatedly only to get new tentative dates of delivery which they don't follow themselves.
                    I am stuck with a good-for-nothing handset and irresponsible customer service..Please help..
                    I have purchaed a Nokia set. After 3/4 days, there was display problem. When I contacted dealer, he told me that go to nokia care. Nokia care took 4/5 days and return my set. Then it was working. But after 4 days, it still shows same problem. I re- submit my phone to same nokia care. After 15 days, nokia care told me that It can'r repaired because there is some liquid in the phone.
                    Phone is in warranty.

                    I have purchased Nokia Handset (Model No. 2323 c) on 17/10/09. After 1 month we have started facing problem.

                    Problem like automatically data lost, automatically switched off and always gets hang even that mobile was not worked for many days.

                    We have took it to Nokia Care 3-4 times for checking and rectifying the problems. It has been formatted and returned to us with the assurity that it works properly and will be working fine. But still the handset is giving same problems and not working at all.

                    Vendor is not ready to replace the handset as it is in warranty period. Also that handset was sent 2-3 times to Nokia Care by Vendor. They have changed the software also, but mobile is in same condition.

                    Requesting to look in the matter as vendor has harassed us too much.

                    Nokia released 2 handsets E5 AND C6 in India in the mid price range at the

                    start of this month.I was eagerly waiting for them for the past five months and

                    Take your Matter to the consumer court and get your money back with interest. Do not buy or let buy another Nokia Phone.

                    I had purchased a mobile NOKIA N8(latest model) from Singapore cell park (Parrys) on 22.10.2010 for MRP Rs.23000/- paid in full using my debit card.

                    The mobile was a gift to my husband who is a visual merchandiser if a MNC firm.

                    The mobile has problems where it will not switch on. As he was in Cochin at that point of time he returned to Chennai to check on the problem with the dealer. We were advised to visit the nearest Nokia care center(an agency by name jyothi communications in Parry's). The handset was submitted on 03.12.2010 with invaluable pictured taken at various displays done by my husband. The handset has been sent to Delhi for repair.

                    We were told that the handset was a faulty piece and that all images will be corrupted and non-retrievable.Till date (21.12.2010) we are been given answers from the Nokia care center that they need to get the handset from Delhi and they do not have a status as of now.

                    The dealer has meticulously detached himself from the whole Dilemma stating that he was only a dealer.

                    We are still date tracking the mobile .We seek the interference of the consumer forum to make our voices heard.

                    This incident has nothing but turned on what could have been a pleasant gift to a tragedy that i brought on my own self.

                    dear sir/madam,
                    I bought new Nokia N8 mobile on 29/10/2010, the mobile worked good for 15 days after that the mobile is switched off automatically. I've tried to charge the battery and the phone is refused to switch on.On 25/11/2010 i've submitted the phone in Nokia Care Center. After struggling with the customer care people, i got a call from customer care and said that i've got replaced by a new N8.After reaching the Nokia Care i was shocked, the mobile they are giving to me having scratches on its body and the customer care people are tried to convinced me. then i went to home and checked the mobile again. Again the mobile is not functioned well, the touch screen and the main speaker are not working. then on the same day i've given it back in the customer care and asked for the replacement on 17/12/2010. they said that they'll replace the mobile with in 10 days.
                    I've waited for 12 days and called customer care on 28/12/2010, the people are saying that they don't know the exact date and trying to convince me.

                    when i had gone to nokia centre in the month of jan-2011 for the same issue with my handset they said that the internal seal of my handset is broken so they are not able to repair it under the warranty.
                    i dont understand how can a customer will check as what had happened internal hardware of handset.
                    i am continuously follow up with nokia team reagding the issue but of no use from last 4 months.

                      I am Garima Agrawal resident o[censored]daipur City, Rajasthan, India, has recently purchased Nokia N9 from one of the Nokia Stores in Bangkok, Thailand. I am very old customer of Nokia phones because of its Brand name and the reliability it has but this time I felt cheated and fraud in the name of NOKIA. In the name of Nokia phone I have been sold a duplicate China phone which looks alike and even has a Label of Nokia Printed on it....

                      I bought Nokia Lumia 820 from shopping.indiatimes.com on june 1st on this year , in spite of people telling me not to buy because I have always been a nokia costumer. after 3 weeks o[censored]sage I started experiencing problems with touch and software. I t opens up various apps on its own . and the touch doesn't work at all sometimes. I gave it for repairing since they wont exchange it for a new piece . after 13 days of wait , I still havnt got my phone back . which is very annoying because I dnt have a spare phone, which is the reason I bought the phone at the first place. It is really annoying that the company doesn't understand the importance of a phone in daily life, and delaying the procedure. all this Is making me loose hope from noi=kia. I would never recommend nokia lumia to any of my friends and relatives. I am also worried that once the touch screen phone opens up for repair , it will continue to have issues later. I have given my 2 months old lumia 820 for repairing at accurate care Bangalore on 19th july. I was supposed to get it on 2nd august but apparently there hasn't been any progress in the repairing.

                      it already annoys that my brand new phone has problem without any physical damage; on top of that I have been without a phone since 19 th july , delay in the procedure is making it worst.

                      I have always been a nokia customer, I have had like 4-5 models of nokia ,but this one has given a lot of trouble.

                      from my side I assure there hasn't been any mishandling that caused the trouble.

                      I hope you ll take an action soon and handover my phone in perfect condition soon.

                      Nokia — byeing a new phone

                      Sir/Madam,
                      I am showing a large number of nokia handset through your website among them I choose 2 numbers of handset i.e. Nokia-5200 & Nokia-5300. I am very much interested to tack a handset one of them but these two handsets are not available in the market. So what can I do please reply immediately.

                      Nokia — Defective New Brand Handset

                      Reg. my [protected] Nokia number which i purchased in 1st week of January.

                      After using the handset for 2-3 week i started facing problem of handset switching off automatically .
                      I visited Nokia Care Lajpat Nagar Branch. I showed the handset to them, they told me that its a software problem and can be rectified after reinstalling the software.
                      Again After 2-3 days I started facing the same problem with an additional problem i.e. whenever i tried to use WIFI my cell gets switched off. I again visited Nokia Care Lajpatnagar for the same. They again told me that its again software problem, and will be rectified after reinstalling the software.
                      Then again after 2-3 days i started facing both the problem with one more addition problem i.e. No network. This time Nokia care executive told me that I need to submit the handset to them as there is some major problem with my set & the problem will be rectified only when Nokia care executive will send my handset to Head office of NOKIA.

                      I submitted my handset at Lajpat Nagar Nokia Care on 12 Feb, 2011 (scanned copy of service jobsheet enclosed) & Nokia Care Executive (Lajpat Nagar) told me that I will receive my handset within 1-2 week. I was surprised & happy (as i received call from Nokia Care within 6 days) when I received a call from Nokia saying that my handset has been repaired & I can collect my handset ASAP.

                      on 26th February 2011 I visited Nokia Care Lajpat Nagar to collect my handset. But Nokia care executive was ready with another surprise for me. At the time of Delivery I found the problem was as it is, there was not network & Internet was not working [as checked by Nokia care Executive (Counter Number 7 at 01:00 pm approx)] .

                      Now after checking the handset they said that they will again send the handset to Nokia Head office as the problem has not yet been rectified. I have again submitted the handset. But unable to understand the below given things:

                      1. Why am I facing such problems in my new brand handset?.
                      2. How cum customers are being called without even checking the working condition of handset. Is it that Nokia and Nokia executives are unable to understand the problem?
                      3. Why was my handset problem not rectified after sending it to their HO and was resent?

                      Also, I would like to add that at the time of submiiting the handset for repair, I was not offered a replacement handset (as according to Nokia executives, they do not provide repalcement stanby handsets) but on my request they offered me an old handset. This was my fourth visit to Nokia care. I believe Nokia should understand the value of time which the customers have to spent on visiting your service centre. It is actually irritating to visit the showroom again and again with no positive result. Instead, a new handset should have been offered (keeping in mind Brand Nokia and customer satisfaction) if the problem cannot be rectified also should avoid making fake commitments to its customers. Afterall it is the executives at the front desk who represent the company. I feel this handset has not worked out well. I have another C-3 handset which has off and on being showing problems but I am managing the same somehow.

                      Please let know where was handset for the last 1 week, I feel as if Nokia care executive may be using it for their personal use. Why was my handset not sent to Nokia Care for repair & if they have sent it to Nokia Care why were they unable to rectify the problem. I think either Nokia has started supplying defective handset to its customer or have started recruiting unskilled technician.

                      Please let me know If you are unable to resolve the problem of my handset, so that I can purchase some better company handset.

                        i brought nokia e5-00 handset during 2010, now the battery is not working properly...even though after recharging of the same, the battery signal will show full after sometime,it indicates low battery or in power deactivation mode.
                        kindly resolve the battery problem which creating more trouble and i doesn't want to have other company in my life.

                        Nokia E5-00 — Improper Quality

                        I purchased a new Nokia E5-00 mobile phone on December 10, 2010 from Vijay Sales – Maninagar, Ahmedabad.

                        My mobile phone has been replaced by the Company for 4 Times till now and still I am facing the problems.

                        The problem started in the first month itself. I submitted my mobile phone for the first time on January 10, 2011. At that time the software was updated & phone was returned back to me.

                        Second time the cell was given on February 21, 2011 & was returned on February 24, 2011 when I forwardingly took the initiative to ask the status of my mobile phone and was handed back after updating the software again. In the mean time i.e. from January 10, 2011 to February 21, 2011, I was facing the problems but was not able to submit my mobile phone to Nokia Care due to constant exams and trainings that I am undergoing.

                        Due to recurring problems the mobile phone was given again by me on February 28, 2011, and was returned back to me on March 10, 2011 after replacement.

                        On facing the problems again I filed a complaint on website of Consumer Complains that is www.consumercomplains.in on March 17, 2011, but it did not affect the company at all. They replied for the same on March 24, 2011.

                        On March 25, 2011, I again submitted my mobile phone in Nokia Care and filed a complaint on Nokia Care Line. I got a call from Delhi Office of Nokia on March 28, 2011, and on the same day my cell was send to Delhi on my request as according to the personnel at Nokia Care the cell was proper and was not having any problem or defect. Since then, I was in constant touch with personnel at Delhi. My mobile was returned on April 2, 2011 after replacing the Handset for second time.

                        On April 9, 2011, the display of the replaced phone was suddenly gone and the same problem was solved on same day as software was updated again by the Nokia Care.

                        On April 19, 2011, the display was again gone. The mobile was replaced for the third time now and was returned on April 23, 2011. At this point of time my university exams were going on, for last year of my graduation.

                        On April 29, 2011, I again submitted my mobile phone to Nokia Care for the same problems. The cell was replaced for the fourth time and returned on May 7, 2011. I requested them to replace the model and provide me with another model having same features. All the communication was done verbally. They accepted the request and told they will take steps for the same but the same model was given back again for 4th time.

                        Even after replacing the mobile phone for 4 times the problem continues.

                        The main problems faced are.

                        1. The mobile phone stops vibrating after it is removed from charging. Sometimes the ringer also gets off. Due to this I am facing many problems as it is not possible to know the incoming calls or messages. For the same I have sent various videos to company but no action has been taken.

                        2. The flash is very improper. The pictures fade up due to flash. The camera quality is also not proper as per the camera given.

                        From March 25, 2011 I am in constant touch with the company.

                        I have also filed a complaint before but no satisfactory results have been taken.

                        Please do the needful immediately.
                        I want to know till when the solution of my problem will come.

                          Two years back i had purchased one NOKIA C3-01 which touch screen started malfunctioning few two week back , So i took it to NOKIA CARE agency ( Telesystems , 47 , Ashok Nagar , Janpath - Bhubaneswar , ODISHA - 751009 , Email:- [protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) & given for rectifying the existing problem on 20/07/2013 vide Job Sheet No:[protected]/130720/6 Dated:- 20/07/2013 . Unfortunately the concerned NOKIA Care couldn't rectify the problem & stated we have to send it to their Nokia IMC - Gurgaon for this problem solution . On 31st July 2013 when i inquired about my handset again same statement that " It has returned back from IMC-Gurgaon & the existing problem can't be rectified by us '' .Finaly the NOKIA Care has taken Rs.150.00 as courier charges from me & returned the hand set . My concern is if a Customer purchase one costly hand set which started malfunctioning just after completion of warranty period & customer doesn't get any after sales support from one MNC company like"NOKIA " , ( For which customer is ready to pay the required service charges also ) it indicates knowingly NOKIA company has manufactured such a mobile hand set which definitely will start malfunctioning just after warranty period so that again customer will go for new one .It is just horrible & unexpected service attitude .Pl help out .

                          Nokia has avery poor after sales service in india. i have given a n 73 under warranty for the same defect the service center, the customer care center in madres and nokia international web sit complaint have been to no avail.                           I have complent about Nokia Care Hadapsar center.Today Date 10/02/2011. I went to the hadapsar service center for repearing my nokia 7230 mobile. After submittiong my mobile they told me to come back after 2 hours, when i go back to bring my mobile that time they delivered me my mobile but when i checked my mobile then i saw they dont repair my mobile when i asked they CSE about it then he told me youe mobile is not support for that application but when i told him i used this application befor some days after that he told me sorry sir,we can not help you you need to contact our customer care executive...
                          and when i asked him nokia customer care contact number then he gave me wrong number.....
                          and that executive name pradeep and he was sat on 5th number counter.
                          so i want to complent on his behavour and their service....

                          i have a complain for my nokia 5233 nokia mobiles.i purchase it in 6th September 2010.from the beginning phone has a major problem 1st of all frequently touch screen doesn't work and time fluctuating . so i bring this phone to my nearest nokia care Barasat Manasi Nokia Care.but they doesnt slove out the prob.I send the phone 4 times in nokia care but the executive reply thta the phone goes to Delhi nokia head branch.. after few days later when i get back my phone and see the same problem happened .
                          they cant resolve the problem or doesn't swap the phone.I m really fed up to interact with the executive still i cant understand what nokia doing ??? if customer are not satisfy then who purchase nokia????

                            Today I went to Nokia care for update software and after updated my nokia E5 model all my phone book memory gone all sms and message all songs all picture it is just a talking phone I gave them a smart phone and they have handed over just a phone. Only they say sorry for inconvenience. I just to ask Nokia competent authority if the same thing happens to USA citizen how the company dealt with matter?

                              helo sir, i have already lodged a complaint to [protected]@nokia.com, now the issue is the warranty void because of a scratch inside of the mother board and they are saying it is a physical damage. what i want to know is, the device is only 13 days older, there is not even a single scratch on it.
                              Can you justify how the physical damage occurs inside the chip with out having a single scratch outside the mobile. That too we cant even open that mobile also (NOKIA LUMIA 920). The mobile is opened two times, that was done by care technician only. Please don't play such a cheep tricks with the customers. If there is a mistake of yours please accept it. I am not a fool to loose 32000 mobile with out having any fault of mine. If any thing goes wrong, then I am ready to file a case against your company remember that.

                              i m vaibhav dhatwalia frm shimla.and studying at solan in an engg. college.i had bought a nokia 5200 xpress music frm a nearby shop at solan on 22/09/2008.but one week ago my both speakers stopped working.than i went to the nokia care centre situated in solan, himachal pradesh where i met mr.neeraj.without knowing anything he started blaming at me that this is my fault.than on online he cancelled my warranty and asked me to pay for speaker repairment.i m very much dissatisfied that nokia is a big company bt still they are not behaving properly or helping others.also he told that we get tired by working frm 10 to 6.this is not a gud response.everyone has to work.so kindly check out this thing and take a strict measure otherwyse i will loose my confidence frm nokia.

                              i was purchase a Nokia 5610 headset from 'Basant Electronics , 14, Rama Market, Munirka, New Delhi - 67 on date.12.10.2008 , My headset is creating a problem in keys, So i went to Nokia Care, Kalkaji, New Delhi.Then the customer care executive said to me that In my online checking your warranty period has been expired on 28.09.2009 But the waranty period as per invoice will expire on 11.10.2009,
                              So i am facing lot of problem / mental agnoy due to non rendring of service by Nokia Care Service.

                              So Please take the effective steps towards resolving the matter.

                                Hi, I am absolutely livid with Nokia.
                                I had gone to get the battery replaced in my Nokia Lumia 720 because it was bloated (after only 2 months o[censored]se), at the following nokia care center:

                                The bloated battery was pushing on my screen causing it to pop out a little bit and I could see a blue spot on the screen too. After the replacement, all these problems disappeared but the people at Nokia care also saw that there was a crack in the screen on the bottom left corner.

                                When I asked them to replace to screen too, they said it would cost me Rs.7000 as screen damage is not covered under warranty. I have read the warranty page on your website (http://www.nokia.com/in-en/support/manufacturer-s-limited-warranty/) and nowhere does it say that touch screen damage is not covered. Moreover, it is very obvious that the damage occurred due to the bloated battery pushing on the screen as the crack is on the inside.

                                I paid Rs.18000 for this phone and I am definitely not going to pay another 7000 to repair a screen that was damaged by a malfunctioning battery. They have not even assessed the damage and they want me to pay that much money?

                                The screen damage occurred because of the bloating of the battery and all Nokia is interested in doing is quoting their policies saying that physical damage does not fall under warranty without looking at how the damage happened.

                                I also called the customer care and they too spouted the same nonsense. The senior manager was unwilling to speak to me and service is horrendous.

                                MY NOKIA N 95 MUSIC PLAYER VOICE IS VERY LOW SO I WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE NOKIA GOLE MARKET DELHI FOR ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. TO MY FINDING I FOUND NOKIA PEOPLE BEHAVIUOR QUITE RIDICULEOUS TOWARDS CUSTOMER. THEY TREATING CUSTOMER LIKE AS COMING TO NOKIA IS A PUNISHMENT FOR CUSTOMER. LATER I SHOW MY PHONE. I PURCHACHED MY PHONE ON 18TH JULY 2007 FROM CP FROM A NOKIA SHOWROOM. SO MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. HE CHECKED MY PHONE AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE VOICE +- KEYS HAVE BEEN BROKEN THAT, S WHY PHONE VOICE IS NOT WORKING. I SAID OK THEN REPAIR THE PHONE. TO MY HORROR HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY INR 1400.00 FOR REPAIR FOR THE SAME. I ASK HIM MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY AND IF SOMETHING BROKEN INSIDE THEN COMPANY HAVE TO REPLAR OR CHANGE THE SET BUT HE DID NOT LISTEN TO ME AT ALL AND ASE ME TO PAY OR LEAVE. I asked the service centre authorities for give back the old key pad. They informed me that old part cannot be given back to the customer and that part belongs to company and also said that they will claim on the old replaced part which clears that the item eligible for repairs on Warranty.                                 this is the latest jobsheet no.i submitted my mob on 19 march 2010.its 12 april today i didn't get my mob yet.
                                i've submitted 5 times my mob for display flickering problem before.problem repeating again & again.they are not repairing mobile.till now they've kept my mobile for 80 days overall approx.they're not doing replacement also.now 3 months warranty period is left.i'm in big problem & harashment because of this.i don't have other handset also.nokia care people don't respond properly..i don't know what to do now.
                                I have purchased Nokia 5130 mobile handset on 16th March 2010. In the month of July2010 I have feced the problem of non conectivity of handset with the PC so I shown it to the Nokia Care at Pune , they kept the handset for 10 days & returned it to me by saying that your problem was solved, but the same problem was there with the handset, I left that thing.
                                On 29th Sept.2010, the same handset has become totally dead , so I took it to Nokia Care & shown it to them , they inspected the same & told me that the handset was water damaged & it can't be cover under warrenty, & for that I have to pay the cost for repairing. I told them that the handset was never came close contact with the water but they were disagrring with me & forcefully telling me that the hand is water damaged only.
                                My request to you is that look in to this matter & give me Justice.

                                I bought Nokia Lumia 610 in Aug 2012, till now in 6 moths I have been to Nokia Care centre for 3 times for my phone problems. Screen display problem, software problem, charging problem. Firstly they keep our phone with us for so many days to get it repaired that is also ok until they repair your phone properly. Now when I went again today for the charging problem they are giving me an excuse that there is moisture in your phone and you won’t get warranty.
                                You can only think there is no rain in Mumbai from time I bought till now, how can moisture go in. I have kept my phone in cover and care till date so that doesn’t make any chance of even a single drop of water going in. And if there is moisture it can also be because of them when they took my phone for repairing.
                                I bought the Handset considering Quality of Nokia but now would like to say that NOKIA lost its respect and goodwill. Because when you buy 13000 Rs. Phone any you need to go frequently to get your problems solved and now they say it has got moisture and we will take 2800 Rs. to get it solved.
                                I think, you can understand my dissatisfaction level so request you to please revert me on my problem.

But the problem is still in my set.

                                    This has reference to the abovementioned handset which was purchased from your authoried retailer "New Fair Business Center" 551 Jha/16, Ram Prasad Khera, Alambagh, LUcknow on the 22nd june, 2007 vide Invoice No. 3231 against cash payment of Rs. 9500.00 (a facsimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
                                    2-That within a few months of purchasing the set, it's system started hanging and malfunctioning, which was consequently tendered for repair at your authorized Service Centre " B.K.&Co." Leela Mansion, GH, Lella Cinema, N.K. Road, Hazratganj, Lucknow on 3rd January, 2008 vide Service Sheet No.[protected]/080103/106, well within warranty period, but the said service centre could not repair the set and put a remark "MMC Corrupted Needed to be repaired" and returned the set without repairing.(copy a fascimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
                                    3-Again the set was tendered at your same authorized serice centre, as herein mentioned in Para-2 of this complaint, on 30th July, 2008 vide S.No. 6217 and job no. 080719/161 but in vain and without any fruitful results.                                     4-It was again tendered at " Aryans Communication " 6B, Park Road, Lucknow, one of your authorized sercice centre, on 27th September, 2008, but the set was returned by them with remarks" Phone UPP Damage, Software not supported, handset not repairable" and an estimate of Rs. 1250.00 was endorsed on the service sheet by them on 31.10.08 (a facsimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
                                    5-This is really very shocking that a company of your repute and standing in the Telecom. Market have not even a single authorized service agent who could have given a satisfactory service and arranged to get the set replaced which was tendered for repairing well within warranty period if at all it was not possible to repair the same.
                                    I therefore vehementaly lodge a complaint regarding the set and request you to please look into the matter and arrange to get the set replaced, as whatsoever fault and malfunctioning occurred, it was within warranty period, within 15 days of receipt of this letter or I shal be constrained to seek legal remedies.

The Dealer D.P.Electronics Pvt Ltd, Kolkata sent the set to Nokia Care and they returned to them saying that there is water content inside. Upon receiving back the mobile, I approached Nokia Care, AM Mobile Telcon Pvt Ltd., P-39 Princep Street, Kolkata-72 disputing that no water has gone inside the mobile. After checking, they admitted and took the mobile handset under Warranty for repair on 4th May 2009. But till date I have not received the same back duly repaired.

                                    I have purchase nokia 6600Slide on 25th Sept.09 from Authorised dealer of Nokia - Alfa ( Mumbai) & i am facing problem of incoming voice & till date Nokia service centre (Vashi Mumbai) has repaired three times & after 1 or 2 days its again giving same problem & Nokia service centre is helpless in my case. I m not able to use my phone properly for few days.

                                    Sir I have deposited my Nokia N-70 @ your service centre at Howrah Vision Care which was out of warranty they took the set and said that it will charge Rs.400 I said ok repair it now they have heated the IC's and they are saying that I will give you New board but you have to pay to me Rs.5000. then sir say it is my fault I was ready to pay Rs.400 now you engineer had made the mistake then why should I pay for it Sir.So it is a request to You that please look at this matter as earliest as you can because I belongs to a Poor family and is impossible to buy the mobile several times.

                                      N97 — N97

                                      I have already been bought a mobile N97, after one month the mobile was damage and I sent the mobile to the maintenance enter in Egypt where i live, after 4 days they ask me that the mobile is fine now I went to pick up my mobile the day after the same damage appear and resent to the maintenance center again after more than a week they told me the mobile is fine, when I go to pick up my mobile I fond again the same damage, it is not the way I expect from such a company as I asked them for my money back they refused and tell me that they will try to fix it again for the forth time and that is what I will not accept. please act as I expect for Nokia company. Thanks

                                      N97 — Maintenance

                                      From first of Oct till now, a repeated damage appeared in the mobile which is I can't hear the receiever voice so I delivered to the maintenance center more than 3 times in Egypt, last receipt with no. 2856333, but same problem appera again.

                                      Please act as expectde from such a big company and return my monet back or at least replace with a new set.

                                      I PURCHASED NOKIA N-97 MINI ON 27.02.2010 FROM HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE, FUN REPUBLIC, LUCKNOW, INDIA.
                                      SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY, THE PHONE IS ENCOUNTERING VARIOUS PROBLEMS SUCH AS VERY FREQUENT SELF-RESTARTING, VERY LOW BATTERY BACK-UP, PHONE GETTING HEATED UP WHILE TALKING/MUSIC/ AND SPECIALLY GETS VERY MUCH HEATED UP DURING CHARGING, AUTO-DELETION OF DATA AND MESSAGES, BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY VERY SLOW, THE MUSIC PLAYER GOT CORRUPTED, AND RINGTONES GOT CHANGED AUTOMATICALLY TO NOKIA DEFAULT ALL THE TIME..
                                      I WENT TO NOKIA CARE AND MY SOFTWARES WERE UPDATED AND JOB-SHEET COMPLETED. BUT THE PROBLEMS KEPT PERSISTING, AND I WENT OVER TO NOKIA CARE AGAIN AND THIS TIME AGAIN A JOB-SHEET WAS MADE AND MY PHONE WAS DEPOSITED FOR REPAIRS..
                                      AFTER DELIVERY I WAS ANTICIPATING THAT THE PROBLEMS WOULD DISAPPEAR, BUT I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT NOW EVEN MORE PROBLEMS APPEAR.. ATLEAST I WAS EXPECTING BETTER WORKMANSHIP FROM A BRAND LIKE NOKIA.. NOW MY PROBLEMS ARE VERY FREQUENT RESTARTING, LOW BATTERY BACKUP, PHONE GETS EXTREMELY HEATED UP WHILE TALKING AND PLAYING MUSIC, PHONE GETS EXTREMELY HEATED UP WHILE CHARGING, BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY VERY SLOW, SOUND QUALITY OF MUSIC PLAYER VERY BAD, VERY UNCLEAR SOUNDS WHILE SPEAKING ON THE PHONE..
                                      HAVING BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT LIKE N-97 MINI, I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY ITS PERFORMANCE..
