I had gifted a Nokia C5 [IMEI [protected]] to my father. The phone's battery turned out defective and I gave the phone to a service center for repair.

They took 3.5 weeks time to replace a battery[commitment was 15 days] and then they gave a wrong battrey to my father without telling him BL-4CT instead of BL-5CT.
The other battery died in two days and my father needs to again waste his time to resolve this.
I also launched a Nokia Compaint 1-[protected].
Please tell what to do..

i was purchesed nokia N8 but because of its network problems i submitted that to authoried nokia service centre - repal communication sailwada vaishyabhavan sawantwadi sindhudurg.maharashra.but after some days they had told me than my mobile is swaped and they give me used piece.after some days that swaped piece is also show problem of overheating.for that i again go to nokia service centre sawantwadi as above adress..but they simply cant solve my problem...help..help. I am Parthiban. I brought a new Nokia C1-01 model in October month. (4th OCT 2011). But the mobile screen display is damaged in 27 Dec 2011 i.e., Displayed as a White screen. I have went to Nokia care center in chrompet. The technical person was check the mobile and told that, the water is dropped inside the mobile. so the soldering was burned inside the board. I have the one question, I think more than 100 crows peoples have been used the mobile in the world. but everyone gone to the rain and the same time, his/her mobile has been wet in the raining water. So, this is the manufacturing defect (Not an usage problem). The nokia manufacturing is not properly followup the heat treatment in the panal board. Hence, give the correct solution for this issue.

Nokia — cheat with customer
i have nokia 5233 and there is problem of display conector in nokia 5233 and i check out it @ nokia care KANPUR they told me that we submit it over warranty due to physical damage thus it is in under warenty and they give me estimated price of Rs 2623/- and after some day they refund my nokia 5233/ and told me it is not in the condition to be repair!!! and then i checked out it outside off market and mobile speclist told me that they distroy the few track of display conector and there is no original touch pad and display of mobile and also these parts are in not working condition thus i never before chek out side of market! so when i complain to nokia care they told me that we are not responsible for that!!! so now what i do please sugest me!! i hope you solve the my problem!!thank you!!!
