[Resolved] Xolo — not getting phone | |||
i purchased a xolo A500 from online shopping(infibeam.com) after receiving that set i was found that there were some manufacturing defects on this set like i cant connect or configure my wifi using xolo a500 while i am trying to configure wifi then the connect option was didn't highlights so,i was calling to xolo customer care and register this complain and they send me a case Id[protected].and they told me to send that set to their servicing centre,and after 3 days i again calling to xolo customer care to know the status when i am calling them they was told me that my set was already despatch and they send me a tracking id my tracking id no is :[protected],when i am track my item using this id i was getting shocked because "fedex reply me that my item is already delivered to noida" but my address on invoice is kolkata which i already send with set xolo A500 to their customer care.now whenever i call them they told me only one sentence that they are inform to vacume team and i have to wait till they inform me its impossible for any one to wait for a unknown time what should i do i don't know please help me please my phone description: Xolo A500-(IMEI no :[protected]) Reply from fedex:(courier service ) April 27,2013 Dear Customer: The following is the proof-of-delivery for tracking number[protected].
