Mobile Micromax — Poor Service

Really pissed of with the Micromax Kalkaji Service Centre, I bought Canvas Juice A177 (Black) in Feb 2015 with warranty of 1 yr, after using it for some time, the sim card slot stopped working in June 2015, I complaint it on customer care number where they suggested me to submit it at service centre, I submitted it at Micramax Kalkaji Service centre on 13th June 2015, they told me that the phone will be repaired within 20 days, I waited but still not repaired and now whenever I am calling to service centre, they keep on pospoting the days, the still telling me that it will take another 10 days, and now they stopped responding to my calls, I really dont know whether they gonna repair it or not, please someone help me in getting my phone..
