[Resolved]  Reliance Communications / Mobile Broadband — Cheating by Reliance Communication

Last Month I purchased a prepaid 3G connection from Reliance Communication. The purchase price was Rs 600/= and the MDN no of the 3G SIM is [protected]. According to this plan I will get 6GB for 3 months (2GB each month). The first month I got 2GB data from Reliance. After the completion of 1st month period (30days) I noticed that my 3G connection is not working, so I contacted the local customercare office of Reliance Communications at Fortune Tower in Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar. One of the officials asked me to call by the toll free no. 198. So accordingly I made a dial to 198 from the said number [protected]. But it was shocking for me when I heard from the customercare executive Mr Sushant that my GPRS account has no prepaid balance of data (that means 2GB for the second month) particularly when I did not consume any data from my 2nd months quota. I asked him to lodge a complaint....he told that he has done it and the complaint no will go to my registered alternative mobile number (for contact : [protected]). But till now I have not got any such sms quoting my complaint number. That means Reliance Communications is doing totally a cheating business. I have heard from the market this is happening with most of the customers in the market. I have also thought of making this matter informed to TRAI and to be shared through blogs and facebook. Atleast people should let know the cheating mentality of Reliance Communications. Hope your house will help me in this regard to solve the problem at earliest.

Reliance Communications — Broad band - cheaters

I disconnected my Broadband connection of reliance after a great fight with customer care. They say ' same will be resolved at the earliest and will not disconnect the connection'

Though I took only broadband connection without phone, I was receiving calls from Customer care that I have a phone. They gave some dummy number. With ina month of getting broadband connection, I disconnected it. 4 months after that they sent a bill 3500 Rs. Ididn't pay. They sent a lawyer's notice to threten me but I didn''t care for this. I sent a reply to lawyers stating the billing does not make any sense to me as I have disconnected 4 months back.
Reliance people think they can threten people by sending lawyer notice. I will take this matter in Consumer court.I am ready to fight.
Any suggestion on how we can take it ahead? I have all email documentation with reliance communication customer care.
I hope this will help me.

Reliance Prepaid Services — definition of reliance mobile is cheaters

the prepaid tariff is not published in an open market ,hence does reliance mobile phone services expect that a literate or illIterate person will know what are the various tariff and the benefits of the tariffs ,although reliance is proud that they are the nos 1 mobile phone services providers but i feel from the back side .my labour who is illiterate had RS 200,CREDIT AMT WITH ME HENCE he requested saying boss please recharge my phone for rs 200 since i had a credit card and no money in my pocket i went ahead and used the citibank kiosk recharged phone but to my surprise found that my laobour got a recharge of only 2paise 0.02. i called up reliance they said you have not recharge correctly incase you wanted a talk time they said it is a 30 validity recharge facility only and no talk time.hence i am asking you and reliance do expect a layman to know what are the various tariff on prepaid phone.
the fact ahead every month i refill my labour's phone with rs 399 so that he gets rs 175 talk time on this tariff and 0.50ps per min call reliance to reliance free call services so do they want me to get my existing tariff lapse and go for a tariff that would be an entire loss i lose my existing tariff and go onto a tariff which wil have no talktime and only validity which i already had .
and on top of all of this every agent i speak with no one is telling me that my existing tariff has lapse and i am no more on that excepting of a person who calls himself floor supervisor ( i feel with no authority) he made me aware about this shocking fact .he gave no help no benefit at all his name is BHAVIN THAKAR FROM RELINCE CUSTOMER CARE .
FINALLY I AM LOOKING FOR A TALK TIME ON MY PHONE FOR THAT RS 200 ,

Reliance Prepaid Services — Reliance Prepaid Service fraud

Hi Every Body,

I am Ashok Reddy working with CSC(Computer Sciences Corporation) as a Sr.Software Engineer.
Last Dec ,2009 I have taken Relaiance Prepaid Connection, that is number is using my brother unfortunately he went hyderabad for job purpose from last 3 months on words we are not using that number From Aug 27th ,2010 i was trying to use that number when i was going to insert in to mobile it was showing Inactive SIM , again i was switched off my mobile and i swithed on at the time it was active mode working fine and same day i have made rs.300 recharge in to that number it was successfully recharged and happyly i had made a calls to my friends and talk with them also. Suddenly from Aug 28th 2010 on words it was showing Inactive SIM like that then i thought mobile problem then i have inserted that SIM in to another mobile also even though it was showing same message. then I had decided to speak with customer care people while speaking with cutomer care executive i have wondered he was saying like you number was terminated from data base like that he was saying , then I had argument with him how is possible man with information my number was terminated then he had replied you are not using from past 3 months like that then i had replied how is it possible recharge in to my number then he replied some times terminated numbers also can possible recharge like that he replied then i replied ok fine then how is possible to made a calls to another numbers with terminated number then he replied i dont know i have information only terminated status.

Then I demanded open your 27th aug 2010 day Pro data base you have information about recharging and call historys and all he was no it was not possible.


Please Provide me suggestions how i can reimbursement all the things.

Reliance Communication — cheating with my connection

Dear sir/ma'm

myself Shweta sharma have connection in R. COMM. it is a post paid connection. On 16 august 2010 I requested to Executive in R world Ajmer to disconnect my connection because I dont want to continue it. R COMM executive given me reciept to accept it. Than This number given to other person and connection is still running on my name and R comm changed only billing address on the name of that parson instead to disconnect it. now this connection is running on my name and other person is using it. R COMM customer care told me this information that connection is name of Shweta Sharma but billing address is diffirent. so kindly help me because my name connection is using other person and do needful regarding my this request. Reliance — doing cheating.

simply deducting balance from my mobile no and subscibing services by their side and they are telling us that we have only subscribeed it .there should be severe action taken against reliance communication.if possible close the pakka fraud reliance assoul,,,motherchaud,bhanchaud company.
