[Resolved] Reliance Communications / Reliance GSM — Incorrect Balance Deduction and not registering complaint and not answering the calls as well as not giving any resolution | |||
I would like to complain against Reliance GSM Kolkata circle that inspite of having a valid 3G service active on my Reliance GSM number my main balance is being deducted and I am having no help from the customer care. No one is registering my complaints for past 28 hours and stating there is a system upgrade. I want to escalate this to the highest level and want a resolution as well and my recharge amounts back of Rs 55 and Rs 50 which have been deducted and also an apology for not attending my calls and not registering any complaint from my phone.
