Reliance Telecommunication Pvt Ltd — Issues with Network

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Krunal Mehta and my cell no is [protected] Malad East want to inform you about Reliance Service Provider, from last five Years i am using Reliance Network as a CDMA, But Know form this last month i Transferred My network form CDMA to GSM, but with same Provider Reliance.When my no was activated on 29th March 2013, they told me to do FRC ie First Recharge of Rs 302, in which they told that i would get 200MB free 3G service for 3 month, which i got and my 200MB was used, so i called customer care they told be to recharge of rs 247 as 2G service, my net got started, but i was not able to download any thing, i can just use only whats up application, after which i called to relicance customer care,they told their is some techincal issue in your area, it will get start within 4 days, but still it was not started, they gave me a confirmation call regarding this, i told they the issue, they told that they email my issue to the respective Team,they gave me a time of 4 days, which i waited for the issue to resolve, but after 4 days again i called customer care they told be that 2G will get start after 12 am, you can try after 12 am, this was confirmed,but when i checked next day, i had no network in my cell, but when i went out, i got full network, but whenever i come to home i dont get any network, its not like that previously i use to get network at my place, my Mom is also using reliance she is getting network, but i am not getting,so again i called customer care, they gave me various reason like some told it will get start within 3 hours, some customer people told it will get start tomm because their is a techincal issue in malad, so i didnt got network at home, but my net got started when i am out, first i was unable to open any page, but now just to open google page its taked 10 mins to load and if i try to download any application from play store of just 1 MB, it takes 3 hours to complete that 1 MB, so when i again called customer care they told your internet settings are not done on your cell, so i have done all my internet settings on phone with customer care, but yet my net is not started, and know today i got a confirmation call from reliance that my network is done and GPRS is also not done i got a call form this no[protected] which that lady told me, if play store is not able to open, its third party ie of samsung, but how is this possible if my internet is not working how would i able to access to playstore, now they are trying to make me fool.till know my internet is not working and i am not getting single network at my home, only am getting network outside home or have to keep my cell in balcony to get network,and this whole crap is going for last month.

Please help me out form this, do something in a month i have done a total recharge of rs850 and have got nothing.
