[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Stop messages of TA-MEdals | |||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, My self Raj Pattani owned a cell number[protected]. I had customer of TATA DOCOMO before around 2 months ago. But I have made portability in IDEA from TATA DOCOMO. Since long I have already registered for DND with IDEA, still i have receiving messages from TA-MDeals. I have talked with customer care too. But they don't response for the same. Idea — non delivery of messages FROM tata docomo
Am Harshavardhana who's a long-standing customer to idea but recently a friend in mumbai bought a docomo connection and wasn't able to message ONLY to me. she was able to message to people with idea in different states but not to me..this is really annoying as we'r not able to text each other..kindly help..r we required to change our message settings?
