Mobility World — Very Poor service

I have bought one lyf falme2 mobile on[protected] from mobility world galleria gurgaon (bill no - sp/galle/mw0025/00899/2), staff said my sim will be activated in 2 days. its more than 10 days and my sim is not active. i have visited 5 times to store and same answer i got every time that its pending at reliance jio, then i have visited to reliance's office where they send these forms and got to know that my form was not reached there. now they (mb) saying your form is rejected and yesterday i filled a new form, wait is on... what kind of third class service you are providing your employees telling lies continuesly still doubted whether and when my sim will be activated.

Really frustrating situation and hope nobody should go to mobility world stores never.
