I have ordered a pedestal fan from moglix app but I didn't get complete fan parts are missing from the packing I have opened package video also but the moglix support is useless not responding, customer care number also not working properly if I connect the customer they are telling we will resolve your issue in 24hrs. They told me 3 times 24hrs but not resolved yet not responding unless app i don't they behave like if I know I don't ordered in moglix app it's my first order they are helpless. Kindly Please resolve my issue from your support as soon as possible.
