i ordered an krost angle grinder from moglix on the 9th July that i have on 21st july When I unboxed it some parts were missing I put a return request on Moglix support whatsapp on 23rd After this the customer executive return request was approved in 4 days After this, on 28th July, the delivery boy took the package and with great difficulty reached the seller around 7 pm yesterday. Now the customer executive is talking rudely and saying that money will refunded in 4-7 days. I had ordered for the work, and the time was wasted for so many days.This is the wrong method, I am loss my work and my money was also trapped . i can't wait already it bothers me so much Please get my refund so that my work can go on. No, I will have to take any step under compulsion because this has happened to me for the first time Very bad service.I'm wasting my day, I'm losing my work please get my refund by tomorrow
