Subject: Moglix My Complaint Ticket No.#1040119 and request for replacement / exchange of 1.TB non-working hard disk drive with new 2.TB surveillance (WR) Purple Western Digital hard disk drive – regarding.
Dear Sir/Mam, Good Morning,
My previous complaint ticket no. #1040119 and I have received the relevant reply email from your end and I hereby remind you that last Saturday, I had a telephonic conversation with your Moglix Customer Care Officer/executives and I wish to inform you that the following for your kind reference and further proceedings.
1)Reference (Old Ticket Number: 1044811 and 1040126 merged) and latest live ticket No. #1040119.
2)My purchase order No.[protected], dated[protected] and CCTV cameras kit and all accessories delivered to my home address on Wednesday 15th February 2023, amount for above purchase order is Rs.20, 848/- to Xpressbees, your payment gateway ID: [protected]@paytm - The above payment was made to the account by our Axis Bank UPI on 15.02.2023.
3)The above Mumbai seller is M/s. Securitykart has sent me the invoice billing list for the items mentioned below: Hikvision 5MP 2 Dome, 4 Bullet Camera, 1TB Hard Disk 8 Channel DVR Kit with all accessories and above Package Parcel Contents Items: 4 pcs bullet camera, 2 pcs dome cameras Kit with all Accessories.
4) 90 m co-axial wire roll cable for Instead of sending they sent 15m co-axial wire roll cable and did not provide HDMI cable’s and all related accessories. And After installing all the cameras, your hard disk 1.TB is not working at the time of installation.
5) I have properly packed the above non working 1.TB hard disk drive and sent the parcel by professional courier to the address of the above seller M/s. Securitykart in Mumbai, I have attached this for your perusal along with POD/ AWB Receipt No. PRO14633418, date 22.02. 2023 of sending the parcel by Professional Courier and As 1.TB hard disk drive is a fragile item, I would like to inform you that the above courier company has charged Rs.450/- as parcel courier fee for safe handling of 1.tb hard disk drive which gives me great pain and regret. Note that the above parcel courier charge of Rs.450/- is an unnecessary cost to me if you have sent the correct 1. tb hard disk drive items.
6) my complaint regarding replacement of non-working 1.TB hard disk drive with new 2.TB Surveillance (WR) Purple western digital hard disk drive and I have already paid for the payment of 1. TB hard disk replacement drive and I promise to give the remaining 1.TB hard disk if you tell me how much for them, I agree to give them to you existing COD Mode of Payment.
7) Kindly note that for the last one week I have not been able to download any CCTV cameras videos and photos recording due to non-availability of hard disk and I humbly request you to take immediate action regarding my above complaint.
I humbly request you to send the said new 2.TB Surveillance (WR) Purple western digital hard disk drive immediately to my above home address without any further delay on the basis of my above legitimate reasons. And I would be truly grateful if this request is accepted and Please fulfil above my request immediately. Hence, kindly do the needful. Waiting for your valuable feedback reply. Thank you.

Moglix customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Feb 28, 2023Moglix Customer Care's response Hi Sir, We can understand your situation. As per our records, on the 25th and 27th of February, we replied to your email and informed you that the supplier will dispatch 2 T.B. hard disks, once you will pay the amount of Rs. 2200 to the supplier. We have also shared the supplier's contact number yesterday via email.
