[Resolved]  Moglix — Broken parts are supplied

I have received my 2 chairs Regent Butterfly Net & Metal High Back Black Mesh Chair Brand : Regent. When I opened the box I found 4 damaged parts. Immediately I called the customer care and the customer care personal advised me to request for replacement through the portal and asked me to take the photograph of the damaged parts. Which I did on the same time. On 26th I got a message saying my request is rejected. When I called the customer care they asked me to take the photograph of the carton box with shipping bill, which I already disposed as the size of the carton was big and the shipping bill was stuck to the carton box with the gum tape. Just because of this I have been declined by the Moglix for providing the replacement.

1. The customer care personal (Madhan) didn't provided me the right input.
2. Customer care personal Madhan was not even ready to listen, and cut the phone
3. When I requested for the supervisor. I have been connected to the supervisor Astha, she was extremely rude with the customer. I never seen such a customer service else where.
4. I also noticed the the parts were not damaged during the transit as there were no pieces were found in the carton box. That means, Moglix deliberately sent the damaged parts.

JUst because the carton box is disposed with the shipping bill, do I have to accepped the damaged parts????
