This is to inform you that i had bought office chair from you & its very disappointing due to the product being faulty.

I received the product with fault and now within 10 days wheels are repeatedly removed automatically and also the seat was unbalanced.

This is like that you are selling only third class material with service.

Kindly replace new chair as soon as possible...
