Moglix — Complaint about product missing or wrong product received

Hi my order number 5122227

Hello sir My name is Jitendra Grahwal I have order on 17 January

"CP Plus 2.4MP 8 Pcs Bullet Camera, 2TB Hardisk, 8CH DVR, Cable Roll, Power Supply, BNC & DC Connector Kit"

This is my order which include
1) CP Plus Nvr 8 ch.
2) 8 Pcs of Bullet Camera
3) 2 TB Hardisk,
4) Power Supply
5) BNC & DC Connector Kit
6) Cable Roll

And i Received Item
1) CP Plus Nvr 8 ch.
2) 8 Pcs of Camera (4 Bullet Camera & 4 Dom Camera )
3) Power Supply
4) Cable Roll
5) 7 Pcs Of DC Connector Only

I am Not Receive
2TB Hard disk, BNC Connector Kit .

After check items i complaint and request of return but after 4 days they Close request and said we send everything which in kit .

Please take action on this issue early .
