[Resolved] Moglix — faulty product received | |
I ordered an vox 1800 watt induction cooktop from moglix on 19/12/18 at time of purchase its delivery date was 26/12/18 but it delivers on 04/01/2018 after th product arrived i unboxed the package the product was i get was novella 2000 watt at first i think it was vox induction cooktop but when i tested product it was faulty it was started irregular and soon my one area of house electricity short circuited, after that i again started the cooktop electricity again shot circuitted my order id was 2429228 i want my full refund of product that i was paid after the incident i called the customer care 5 or 6 times but they disconnect every time after 1 minute saying that our customer care head was busy on another complain please try again later, after that i contact on their custumer care email and they responded after two days images link :-http://www.mediafire.com/file/sic931jwt0eirus/complain_imags.7z/file i uploaded images on mediafire and given a link because hre i cant upload image if imag size is greater than 2 MB Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 09, 2019 Moglix Customer Care's response We regret the inconvenience caused here. We have arranged for the reverse pickup of the product. Our courier partner will get in touch with you within 48-72 hours for pickup. Once the pickup gets done, you can share Account holder name, Account number & IFSC code on [protected]@moglix.com. We will initiate the refund.

And paid through Freechqrge app the same was cancelled on 17.03.2019 due to price problem.Till now I didn't get refund. Please resolve the problem immediately.
