[Resolved]  Moglix — Faulty weighing machine from Moglix need to be returned and refunded

I have a serious issue with Moglix if you can resolve it. My order id is 3720066. It is a Voda 200 kg weighing platform. Order placed in last week of March and delivered on 29th March 2022. The product was not weighing more than 7 kg. Voda also tried solving and finally said sensor is not working. Then I asked for an exchange, giving Moglix a chance to rectify their defective product. They delayed pickup by about a week and finally delivered a replacement on 11th April. This replacement product didn't even switch on. So I filed a return request and asked for a refund on 12th April itself. After 3 full days, they rejected the return request saying photos were not clear. It is a Moglix App issue since the App seems to be cutting resolution and uploading. I wrote to them on [protected]@moglix.com. They asked me to raise a return request once more. This time I called them and sent the photos on their whatsapp number [protected]. Though they said they will look at whatsapp for photos, they didn't do so and rejected the return request once again after 3 full days. I spoke to them again and they said sorry and looked at Whatsapp where I sent the photos once again. They said they escalated the matter internally. But today that is on 21st April, they sent an email that vendor Voda will call me and fix the issue. I gave them a chance to rectify the error the last time and they sent me a defective product the second time also. My request this time is for return and refund and Moglix is just playing football with me and refusing to take back a blatantly defective product and give me my money back.
