Placed an order: odr no: 2944260 Item defective, delivery boy asking extra charger for delivery, cutomer care do not. Respond, return item button on moglix is not working Invoice do not has delivery chargers issues Not i received defective item, unable to return, customer care emails, whatsapp and phone number no response. Sep 01, 2020 Updated by 5yaz Defective item- unable to return - need full refund as it’s my hard earned money . I do not want this fake and defective item Verified Support Sep 25, 2020 Moglix Customer Care's response We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have already approved your return request. We request you to kindly send the product at the supplier's address. You will find the address on the invoice. Once supplier receives the product, we will issue you refund (Product Amount + Courier charges).
