[Resolved] Moglix — order id 2727579 | |||
I placed order id 2727579 for a chair with Moglix on 20th Nov 2019. The order was in accepted state till 29th Nov 2019. On 29th Nov I found the same chair at a price Rs. 360 lesser at their site. I then cancelled my 1st order and placed a new order Order Id : 2735359. On 30th I got a message that the order has been shipped. When I contacted the customer service I was asked to return the 1st order and I will get the full refund once the package is received back by Moglix. The courier tried the delivery on 1st December and I refused to accept as instructed by Moglix. Since then the courier has been trying to make the delivery every couple of days even though I kept on refusing to accept it. Talked with the customer care at Moglix and they say they have sent note to the courier company to return the package but the courier company doesn't seem to stop trying to deliver the package. The new order placed on 29th Nov is still at accepted state and has not been shipped yet. Payment for both the orders have been made in full. Was this information helpful? | |||
