[Resolved] Moglix — Poor packaging and delivery and return not accepted

The ordered printer was delivered in a torn packaging and in bike tying on sides. When requested for return of the product due to this, the customer care didn't accept and disconnected the call midway. I wanted a replacement which they rejected. I don't want to use the product this is delivery poorly which may affect it's performance later.
