Moglix — Product/subject I'm complaining about damaged V-Tron Smart 48V 120Ah Lithium Solar Inverter Battery (Order #6386772)

I received the V-Tron Smart 48V 120Ah Lithium Solar Inverter Battery (Order #6386772) in a severely damaged condition.
The packaging was inadequate and worst-handled, the handle is broken, the MCB is not working, and the battery does not turn on. The item was delivered on 14 July 2025, and I requested a return on 15 July 2025, which was approved. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, the refund process is delayed, and no resolution has been provided. I have attached photos/videos as evidence of the damage.
As per company policy it should be resolved within 48-72 hours (but it is alredy delayed by more than 120 hours)

Request immediate action for a refund or replacement.
