Hello Sir This is not a solution of my problems as i spoke to your customer representative and he confirm me that yes if you are ready to bear shipping charges for it so ya we can replace it so I am requesting you to please help me in it. Again I am saying that i am ready to bear shipping charges for it and ready to pay any difference amount if you have but kindly replace it as I am here without safety shoes and I don't have much more money to buy it again.
