Subject: Complaint Regarding Unlawful Charges for Unsupplied Products

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint as a seller on Moglix. I was subjected to an unjust charge by the platform for failing to fulfill an order that I had already communicated I could not supply due to stock unavailability. Despite requesting cancellation of the order, Moglix has imposed a penalty charge (monet) on me for not supplying the products.

I had informed Moglix customer support well in advance that the ordered products were out of stock and requested the order be canceled. Despite this, the platform still proceeded to charge me a fee for non-supply. This charge is completely unjustified, as I made every effort to inform them and cancel the order before the dispatch date.
Violation:
Unfair Trade Practice: Charging a seller for non-supply when the platform was notified in advance is an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.
Deficiency in Service: The platform failed to fulfill their obligation of appropriately managing the seller-customer relationship, causing unnecessary charges.
Breach of Agreement: As per the terms of service for sellers, cancellation should have been processed without penalty, especially when there was prior communication of the stock issue.
Request for Resolution:
Immediate refund of the amount charged by Moglix for the non-supplied order.
Compensation for the financial inconvenience and potential harm to my reputation as a seller on the platform.
Clear guidelines from Moglix on penalties and cancellation policies for sellers to prevent such issues in the future.
Please find attached all relevant documents, including the order confirmation, cancellation request, and the invoice showing the charges imposed by Moglix.
