Mojo Pizza — not refunding money

It's been a month and mojo pizza, powai mumbai are not returning my money of around 600 ruppes because of a cancelled order (That was also their fault)
I have the bill and they have bow started neglecting my calls
I am a iit student and same has also happened to other students too
Please do take strict action against them
