I have bought perk chocolate of rs:10. When had first bite I tasted over burnt wafer with chocolate on it. When I saw the wafer it's actually over burnt. I am adding pic for clarity

I bought Cadbury dairy milk family pack chocolate from near by shop and when I opened it was contaminated with white fungus.
This is so unexpected and unhealthy especially for children if they consume it by mistake. Please take action on this.

I bought big pack of cadbury diary milk yesterday from store it looks different and taste like medicine it looks like acne prone skin even though it have best before date of 4 months then also it looks like ### if anything happens to me after eating this is company going to take the incharge?

I received an incomplete order and the company accepted their fault and sent me a confirmation email about the refund 3 weeks ago but the refund has still not been processed. I have emailed them, Tagged them on twitter but I'm being ignored now. Order[protected]

Purchased from local market dairy milk chocolate . Chocolate had fungus on it .
This is not the first time I saw fungus on cadbury product but never complaint before.
My only concern for the health not for the 20 rupees chocolate I purchased as it is consumed by kids too .
Please take care of your product before it create some massive health issue .

Chocolate not good condition its is color white and entire chocolate is small small holes this is not a good

Today I bought Dairy milk Cadbury of rs 40. packaging was good.but when I opened it n about to eat found a worm in package net around Cadbury . This is not expected from such huge brand. You should maintain quality of your product.i
I am regular customer but from now every time while buying I will think twice before buying.
What would have happened if the children had eaten this chocolate???

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased below product on 22/09/2021 and the same was found to be unhygienic as per the below pics.

There is some fungal bacteria type on Cadbury silk heart pop dairy milk. Though the product is not yet expired.

Request to investigate the matter on urgent basis and let us know. Request to withdraw the product from Market till further investigation for the health and hygiene of public.

I bought a Cadbury Hazel nut and when I opened it had live worms in that ..I have never seen such thing after that I have even complained and thinking to take this to consumer forum as this is not safe for kids or anyone

I find cockroach while eating the chocolate i am not satisfied it is dangerous for health

Today i have purchased a dairy milk fruit and nut from a local shop in my area and as i opened found a fungus on it...as and then i thank god not to eat by my children or any other member of the family.

Please see the pics attached as the said product even under the expiry.

This is very serious and should be raised.

Recently I had purchased Cadbury cocoa powder for my homemade cake but it turned out unsatisfactory. This is not the case with previous purchase. The products made from January 2021 has some soil particles in it(not only the cocoa powder but also the hot chocolate powder of Cadbury), may be this is due to unhygienic work place or the company deliberately did a food adulteration. We may never know. The cake I made now is inedible and who is going to pay for it?
Forget about the compensation, the company should be held reliable and the products made from January should be recall.

The dairy milk i brought is in the expiry period but i received in a very bad condition. this is very disappointing. if any child would have eaten and spoiled health, who would be responsible for that?

Purchased a Cadbury celebrations Box and two of the items were already eaten, with open packets . One of Dairy Milk and 1 packet of gems . Products were not there .

One of my close friends opened up a new store of Magsons in Ahmedabad. I visited his store on 2nd September 2021 and was confused about what to buy. I felt the safest bet was Cadbury's Chocolates as we know the quality and everyone in my house loves chocolates. When I came to Mumbai on 4th September 2021, I opened the chocolates, and trust me it was the worst quality of Cadbury's I ever had in 32 years. I purchased 2 Cadbury Twirl Bites which were for INR 250 each and 1 Cadbury Dairy Milk Peppermint Chocolate which was for INR 480. When I opened the chocolates, I could not believe that it was from Cadbury. Twirl Bites had only powder when I opened and Peppermint Chocolate was very brittle and while breaking even that is turning into powder with some weird taste in it. I could not call up my friend because it is his new venture and it will not give a good impression if I call him up for complaints. I spent almost INR 1000 only on 3 chocolates which are not worth it at all.

Did not expect this from such a huge and trusted brand.

I am not even sure if you will provide a resolution but who should I reach out to? I am such a big fan of Cadbury products but now I feel will not go for it ever. Feeling cheated. We do not get such good quality of products in India and hence I purchased imported ones considering that it will be a nice experience but it is all waste.

The recent cadbury dairy milk is much sweeter than before thus making it very unfavorable to buy. The sweetness is a lot enhanced and it does not taste like anything before. I am a big fan of cadbury and wish that its taste and ingredients remain intact since when it comes to a chocolate in India everyone knows only cadbury. I hope the loyalty is not abused in future.

We have bought a new box of Cadbury chocolates from the market . Though the packing is new but all the chocolates are old faded. Taste is also bad. Never expected it from a brand like Cadbury. Shame on you. How can you poison your customers. Because of customers like us you are there in the market. Will surely sue you in court.

I found a live worm in Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate deeming it unfit for human consumption.

I paid by billDesk, ptm my money is deducted but still order not conformed pls give my money back or conform the order .!

Bought Cadbury silk celebrations of recent manufactured date but i found some white spots on it. It's not even close to it's expiry date. I didn't pay freaking 300rs to eat defective chocolates. This is really very disappointing. Same thing happened with the mini silk chocolates i bought.

If you can't manage to produce good products then kindly stop selling this ###!!

This is such a trusted brand and you serve us like this? People use it as a gift in several occassions and this is what you sell us? Fungus covered dairy milks? This is so not acceptable.
Very bad. This brand is totally risking our health and money. Playing with our emotions.
Most of your chocolates are always defected no matter which chocolate we buy. Your company should be banned totally
Do something about it or shut your company totally.
