Our store is in operation since the month of March 2021. We are asking for a freezer for our chocolates. The customers are complaining regularly of the quality of Cadbury chocolate as it melts due to severe summer heat.
I have made several requests for a freezer as it would boost our sale of Cadbury chocolates...but the dealer(Ms Paramjyoti Enterprise, Jalpaiguri) is in constant denial mode.
I would request you to look into the matter and find a solution to our problem.

        we bought "Cadbury dairy milk roast almond " chocolate at Samarth dhooth dairy at Raver, district jalgoan, state - Maharashtra, PIN 425508.

        we found chocolate was covered with fungus (may be) and it was not looking normal.

        We have shared pics of chocolate and shop also.

        kindly have a look at chocolate pics and confirm whether its really bad product OR its looks like that only.

        If it look like that only then you can ignore IF not please go ahead with complaint and take strict action.

          Yesterday bought 3 Celebration packet of cadbury 50 Rupees each. But the chocolates were not in good condition as it was visible that it can't be consume . After consuming one child is now suffering from food poisoning. This kind of product is not acceptable from such a big brand. It's really not a good thing .

              I'm writing to inform you that, I'm very unhappy after reading your mail about the cancellation of my following two orders, for which I received an order confirmation, which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd Aug 2021. This was not expected from reputed companies like yours. Because you canceled my orders you spoiled my Raksha Bandhan, I am very unhappy with your services. Your inefficient employees were unable to even complete my two orders.I will prefer not to order in the future from CADBURY INDIA.And you suppose to compensate for such unexpected/unethical behavior.Â

                I am Rohit Vishwakarma Complaining regarding cancellation of my order no[protected], without my permission and also wasted my precious time (they kept the order in process till 5 days )

                I order the product on 15 Aug hoping that product will deliver before rakshabandhan and it supports to deliver on 20 th Aug.
                But today I got message from cadburygifting that I my order is cancelled...

                I am very angry from cadburygifting service that they wasted my time and also cancelled order without my permission...

                Now I cannot get any order deliver from any portal on or before Rakshabandhan.

                I want compensation for doing cheat on me and also order my product again.

                  I had order first time from Cadbury with order ID[protected].but your service is pathetic, Cadbury is the only big in names not in service I swear not to order again from your worst ever company.                         I am Neha Mehra from Rishikesh Uttarakhand and i am writing this compalint to raise a concern regarding a bad experience which i had to face with cadbury diary milk family pack.
                        I am a die-hard fan of cadbury diary milk chcolates and I used to buy it very frequently, But the quality of diary milk chocolate (family pack) bought last time ie on jan 8 august 2021 was so pathetic. I opened the packet and had few pieces and felt there is a some taste and texture difference. Noticing that I opened the entire packet and was shocked to see the pathetic condition of chocolate. (Please find attached the images). We checked the expiry date to confirm whether this is a mistake by the retailer. But surprisingly the packed date was 6/21 and I understood expiry date is not over and the problem is with the manufacturer. More over, the whole night I was having severe stomach ache.

                        I initially thought to go to consumer court, but then thought to raise our concern to the company itself, since I have been eating diary milk chocolates from our childhood and it is for the first time we are facing this. I don't know what is the reason for the deteriorating quality of our favourite chocolate brand from childhood days. On 8/8/21 I placed complaint and 10/8, 15/8/21 I placed reminder regarding my complaint, I received I call from your side that you will take that product by 13/8 but no action has been taken till now.
                        I am really very disappointed with your this behaviour. If my complaint doesn't get resolve as soon as possible I will definitely go to consumer court regarding this.

                        Sir I am not satisfied with the way you resolved counsmer's complaint, I didn't understand how my complaint get resolved, the faulty product is not picked up by you no serious action has been taken till now u guys just replied to my mail and made a consolation call.do you this this is sufficient for a complaint. It seems you guys were not serious regarding Consumer's health.
                        If no action will be taken by you I will file complaint in Consumer's court.

                              I had ordered a rakshabandhan gift hamper with order number:610159 on 5th of august and estimated delivery date was 12th august. Its 19th now and the product is not yet delivered and their has been no update regarding status of the order.

                              I have written numerous email but have received no reply. Have tried to contact customer care but the number given on the website doesnt work. It all feels like an elaborate scam.

                                I had purchased this Dairy milk chocolate from local shop in Andheri (Mumbai) and found the same in rottened and fungused condition (Photograph attached)

                                I had bought this chocolate on 03/08/21 and Manufacturing date on packet was mentioned 04/2021 (Photograph attached)

                                Kindly look into the matter since it is very shocking and now we have to think twice before purchasing such product from Cadbury.

                                    I placed and order of dry fruit chocolate pack today 17th August at 12pm but I want to cancel this order so I requested cancellation at 5 pm . But didn't get any response from them. Also according to their policy, order won't be cancelled after 24 hours . I have mailed cadbury thrice. Still not a single response.

                                        We purchased a bunch of 5star chocolates last week. Yesterday while eating one of the chocolate, there was a sharp metal piece inside the chocolate. My mom was able to luckily detect it and she quickly spat it out.
                                        Had the kids in the family been eating this, this would have turned out to be a disaster. The metal piece was sharp and could have easily caused internal bleeding.
                                        I am attaching pictures for your reference. I tried reaching the official 5star pages on FB and Insta as well as sent an email to the official email address. I don't the customer support team paying any heed to this. If this an issue with a batch of chocolates, then I am worried about others who would be consuming the chocolates.
