This is anandh mani from Ariyalur district tamilnadu state.today I bought diary milk fruit &nut from one of the retailer shop in My district.when I tasted it looks like expired one and too bad to eat.suddenly I checked expired date it's was manufactured on[protected].however this diary milk still in market for sale. how this suppose to happen. i still don't know how to register regarding this issue.this choclate is good only...

Today on 6th June, 2021, I bought a pack of cadbury dairymilk from near by store [Ambivli/Kalyan].I'm really disappointed by the product that I got. When I opened the packet there was only granules of the product, and its tasted bitter. It was packed on 9/12/20 which is absolutely under the edible as per standards and by the company guidelines[best before 12 months from packaging. Then why did I got such poor quality of product. this is not...

I had recently bought a Cadbury lolly. But I was very disappointed at the unsustainable and excessive plastic packaging it had. For a 5 rupee chocolate it had the same outer packaging as that of a 40 rs diary milk and had another inner wrapper in addition.
This raises a larger question at the environmental commitment of the company at time when humanity is facing a climate crisis and several MNCs are taking pledge of action to mitigate...

Me and my family using your many products since childhood. Today when buy a Gems 5 Rs. Pouch which is one of the my favorite too and we all like this and have it regularly. I see all chocolates seems pour quality and it seem chocolates was eaten from inside and only top layer is pending. (may be by some fungus or else)

It is too bad as children's just open it...

I bought 2 Cadbury chocolate for Rs 45 and packaging date was march 2021. On opening the packet I found fungus all over the chocolate.
Please find the solution .otherwise i will complaint on consumer forum against your comapany.

You might receive many complaints and I dont know if my complaint/suggestion would be addressed- hopefully it will. Like always, I bought a 500g bournvita bottle pack and like every time when I open it I expect it be of 500g!. I did not obviously measure it initially, but when It appeared prima facie - it is something which cannot be ignored as the difference is huge.
Its like literally in a 500gm bottle i bought-...

I was purchased a cadbury celebration few days back but the product is damage though the product is not expeir. What to do now . How could you compromise with quality....

Tomorrow I order two small Cadbury's celebration 50 rs packs for my kids, in which the Cadbury bar (dairy milk) found of bad quality, and having white colour fungus on it .this was sooo bad, by mistake my 2 year son eat some part of it..can't accepted from company like Cadbury to deliver such a bad quality product..I am writing to you to take some immediate action on it......

I bought 2 dairy milk today and both are faulty on one choclate we didn't find the dairy milk logo and another one we got half inside I'm sharing both images....

The chocolate was within its expiry date (pkd on 03/01/21) and unopened till I opened it to find oily and sticky secretion all over the paper cover giving off a foul smell. I didn't open the golden foil but the foul smell is very prominent. Please provide support....

Yesterday I bought a Cadbury Temptations Almond Treat and now while I opened the paper cover I saw that the upper corner portion of the chocolate bar was missing. The packet was intact. It was neither torn nor leaked!! I always trusted Cadbury but never really imagined that it was becoming fraud like the others too!!!...

Hi Team, I bought a box full of dairy milk chocolates for my sons birthday to distribute to his friends, as i opened one chocolate from the box, the color was changed and spots were seen.. then i taught the product must be expired but it was manufactured 29.01.21 and hold 12 months of expiry......

Cadbury Bournville 70% dark . This chocolate is very bad and taste is very worst. So please stop the product. The product quality is very worst. I'm not satisfied.some health issues will come.i vomit it. Thank you...

I bought a pack of Cadbury Hot chocolate on April 6th and its manufacturing date on Pack was 11/2020, according to the pack the expiry date was 12 months from the manufacturing date (i.e. 11/2021) I opened it on 19/04/2021, and found live worms with worm web in the pack. I use it for my kids and just imagine the after effects if i haven't checked before using. I am totally disappointed with the cadbury company for risking in other's life...

Dear Sir,

This is with regards to the chocolate we purchased Qadbury Temptations Almond Treat from pista house today. When we opened the pack the chocolate was half of the actual size. This is not at all expected from Qadbury.

Kindly find the attachment of the photographs of the same.
I would request to escalate this immediately and make sure you address it.
