I’m Anjali Surana, I’m Jain… My complaint is that ‘e’ code *E442* means glycerol…. Glycerol is obtain from both animals and plants…. Then in Cadbury dairy milk which one is used as they give green mark on it …..

    I've received this as my gift. All The dairy milk chocolates and 5star chocolates in the box both found to be in worst condition. The taste was soo horrible, the chocolate was soo hard and filthy. I never expected this from a great reputed chocolate company .

            Yesterday i have received a cadbury dairy milk silk in a gift. I am really dissatisfied with your product. There is a horrible odour of refined oil coming out of it.

              I had baught a Cadbury dairy milk minis chocolate pack and these are full of white dotes. i got defective chocolates in my cadbury pack and found defective product quality.
              its scaring me that i have eaten few chocolates.

                        I am eating your Cadbury chocolate from my childhood but today when I bought chocolate for my son from near by shop i purchased 3 chocolates in which one was ok but after opening rest two I was shocked, after opening the wrapper the chocolate was spoiled by fungus. When I saw the expiry date it wasn't expired i.e on the packed it was written PKD 05/04/21 10:29, (on both of them) it's not good you have no right to play with lives of our children. UNFORTUNATELY MY CHILD HAS EATEN SOME PORTION OF YOUR SO CALLED CHOCOLATE, IF ANY MISHAPPENING OCCURS THAN I WONT BE SILENT.
                        AND I WANT YOUR EXPLANATION.

                          We are purchasing your product from Chikhli stockist, of Buldhana District 443201 in Maharashtra. stockist till not provide GST bill avails he says will provide you in next time. deals very roughly and till on regular demand of display refrigerator which requires to keep on counter to increase our sale. he says it did not come at our stock center Retailers should purchase itself, if you want this then you can buy it from shops.
                          this is not the proper way to deal with retailers and not good things, do not provide original GST bills, and also not providing display counters.

                            On 15th June 2021, my son had his 1st birthday. And got 7 to 8 packets of Cadbury celebrations big packet as gift.. and we refrigerated as usual we do with dairy milk chocolates.. but after opening the sealed pack, only the dairy milk chocolate seemed like powdered substance Instead of smooth chocolate.. rest all gems, 5star chocolate we in good condition.. what must be the reason can I know.. m now 38 years old.. and had dairy milk chocolate as one of my favorite since my childhood.. never that sort of issue arrised.. please let me know the reason.. so dat my kids too would enjoy our favorite Dairy milk chocolates..

                              I have brought 3 psckets of Cadbury Oreo Original Chocolatey Sandwich (Vanilla Creme) Biscuit Family Pack, 300g from Amazon pantry recently. Those products are of poor quality and my daughter fell sick after eating them. The product even appears to be fake and duplicate.

                              After contacting amazon they did not gave a proper explanation. It seems amazon is procuring this product from suspious vendors making fake product in West Bengal.

                                Temptations Almond Treat

                                On 25 June, I bought Cadbury Temptations, Almond Treat Flavor being a fan of temptation chocolate, I am a very frequent buyer of this chocolate. But it came to great disgrace when I opened my chocolate and there was just half chocolate even though there were no signs of opening the pack. The chocolate shape was unusual and was not given in the exact amount as promised by the company. The chocolate was half empty and appeared as half eaten...

                                I had bought a dairy milk silk red velvet. When I opened the fully sealed pack, the white paper cover that usually is used to cover the foil covered chocolate was soaked in oil. The chocolate too had a bad and oily smell.

                                    I bought dairy milk roasted almonds big pack and while I’m eating the middle piece of it I had some crunchy feel in my mouth. I thought it might be chocolate foil and taken out of my mouth. By seeing the dark colour of it I got suspicious and had taken close inspection and found that it is roasted bug.
