Manufacturing date is 03/21 (best before 9 months)

Looking like fungus on it, Totally textureless, very bad taste
Even it was scattered and broken.
Worst experience.

      Last week i bought a cadbery choclate .and i was shocked regarding the quality of the product...it was totally damaged and bad quality...it was a totally horrible experience...a waste of money...jt was my birthday and i was very to sad by this...o didn't think of that... but cadbery has a downfall in its quality...i demand a free choclate..otherwise i will tell this in my internet

        Where I used to sell Cadbury chocolates form decades.. today I just want to have a chocolate and when i opened it.. I just shocked I never ever see this on my Cadbury. Very much disappointed

              We have baught a Cadbury dairy milk minis chocolate pack and these are full of white dotes. i got defective chocolates in my cadbury pack and found defective product quality.
              its scaring me that i have eaten few chocolates.

              So, pls take action on this.

                I bought Cadbury dairy milk champion's pack chocolate and as I was about to eat the last piece of it I found an ant stuck to the chocolate. It is highly unacceptable. One could easily eat it without even noticing. This shows the level of hygiene taken care of while making the product. I have the picture of it as proof.

                    This is anandh mani from Ariyalur district tamilnadu state.today I bought diary milk fruit &nut from one of the retailer shop in My district.when I tasted it looks like expired one and too bad to eat.suddenly I checked expired date it's was manufactured on[protected].however this diary milk still in market for sale. how this suppose to happen. i still don't know how to register regarding this issue.this choclate is good only 12 months from the package. but as of now it way behind the expired. approached the agency with the expired product and the agency not inclined to change or refund for the expired product. I would really appreciate if you could look into this and do the needful. this should not happen anymore..

                      Today on 6th June, 2021, I bought a pack of cadbury dairymilk from near by store [Ambivli/Kalyan].I'm really disappointed by the product that I got. When I opened the packet there was only granules of the product, and its tasted bitter. It was packed on 9/12/20 which is absolutely under the edible as per standards and by the company guidelines[best before 12 months from packaging. Then why did I got such poor quality of product. this is not expected from a brand like you. Please have a look into this matter. I've attached some pictures for your reference.

                        I had recently bought a Cadbury lolly. But I was very disappointed at the unsustainable and excessive plastic packaging it had. For a 5 rupee chocolate it had the same outer packaging as that of a 40 rs diary milk and had another inner wrapper in addition.
                        This raises a larger question at the environmental commitment of the company at time when humanity is facing a climate crisis and several MNCs are taking pledge of action to mitigate climate change by changing their way of doing business.
                        I demand that you take prompt action regarding the same and if it's not possible it is highly recommended to discontinue the product.

                            Dear Customer Care Manager / Complaint Manager,

                            Me and my family using your many products since childhood. Today when buy a Gems 5 Rs. Pouch which is one of the my favorite too and we all like this and have it regularly. I see all chocolates seems pour quality and it seem chocolates was eaten from inside and only top layer is pending. (may be by some fungus or else)

                            It is too bad as children's just open it and directly put in their mouth. This time i open it for having it and i see that.

                            I think that is serious matter. Hope you understand the seriousness of the said things. For reference i attached pix of pouch for tracking batch / mfg. details. and pix of all chocolates.

                            I am not expecting this from your company. Hope you understand matter became critical if my daughter or any other eat this and some thing unusual happens.

                            I store the said pouch in my freeze for your reference if you need the same.

                                I am retailer of Shell India pvt ltd, i have sold Cadbury product from last 3 years at my shell outlet JILL ENTERPRISE Surat Gujarat. Client Code is 8905 has been given by your company. I have complained about chiller not working properly at my outlet to Mr. Shashikant Dubey (SO) of Cadbury India in surat. I have request him that Water leakage from chiller and so much noise from chiller. I requested him that get repaired the same by sending some engineer and solve the problem. But Mr Dubey without listening complaint properly, immediate dined that engineer is not going to come due to covid condition. He was talked with me very rudely and told me that stop selling Cadbury items at your outlet. His attitude is very rude. I am not expecting such rude behavior from Cadbury India.                                   You might receive many complaints and I dont know if my complaint/suggestion would be addressed- hopefully it will. Like always, I bought a 500g bournvita bottle pack and like every time when I open it I expect it be of 500g!. I did not obviously measure it initially, but when It appeared prima facie - it is something which cannot be ignored as the difference is huge.
                                  Its like literally in a 500gm bottle i bought- its almost 60% filled in.
                                  That is not something I am paying for.

                                  I am attaching the true photos for your reference- kindly take some actions on it!! I wont just send a mail in here for time-pass.

                                  Just give out whatever is written in on it like you always used to do. We trust you and hopefully you won't do it further is what i Hope.

                                      Address: Topaz B18-01 Godrej hill, Barave road,next to D-mart,Khadakpada Kalyan 421301 (9930747095)

                                      I bought 2 dairy milk today and both are faulty on one choclate we didn't find the dairy milk logo and another one we got half inside I'm sharing both images.
