To the team,
Tomorrow I order two small Cadbury's celebration 50 rs packs for my kids, in which the Cadbury bar (dairy milk) found of bad quality, and having white colour fungus on it .this was sooo bad, by mistake my 2 year son eat some part of it..can't accepted from company like Cadbury to deliver such a bad quality product..I am writing to you to take some immediate action on it...

    I bought 2 dairy milk today and both are faulty on one choclate we didn't find the dairy milk logo and another one we got half inside I'm sharing both images.

      The chocolate was within its expiry date (pkd on 03/01/21) and unopened till I opened it to find oily and sticky secretion all over the paper cover giving off a foul smell. I didn't open the golden foil but the foul smell is very prominent. Please provide support.

        Yesterday I bought a Cadbury Temptations Almond Treat and now while I opened the paper cover I saw that the upper corner portion of the chocolate bar was missing. The packet was intact. It was neither torn nor leaked!! I always trusted Cadbury but never really imagined that it was becoming fraud like the others too!!!

          I bought a dairymilk (₹40) and it was packed on 09/03/21. When i opened the seal, i saw this pattern on the choclate. It seems disturbing.

                  I bought a pack of Cadbury Hot chocolate on April 6th and its manufacturing date on Pack was 11/2020, according to the pack the expiry date was 12 months from the manufacturing date (i.e. 11/2021) I opened it on 19/04/2021, and found live worms with worm web in the pack. I use it for my kids and just imagine the after effects if i haven't checked before using. I am totally disappointed with the cadbury company for risking in other's life like this and not sure how fssai has issued certificate for such standard less company.

                    This is with regards to the chocolate we purchased Qadbury Temptations Almond Treat from pista house today. When we opened the pack the chocolate was half of the actual size. This is not at all expected from Qadbury.

                                  I opened 3 fresh packs of Cadbury dairy milk but found them all to be infected with fungus and is inedible. They all are packed on 01/2021 and absolutely under the edible period as per standards . Then why I got my product bad.
                                  This type of quality is not expected from a brand like you.

                                    Which is a 3 star Hotel and i have a shop beside of it. Its been a nearly a month our Cadbury fridge is not working we've given complaint to dealer of our city. They just send some guy and told us that this fridge have a gas leakage after that there is no process please do something fast that i get a another fridge/cooler
                                    Because of not working of fridge the customers are not buying the chocolates if they don't buy it. It will be expire soon we buy approximately 10000 in a month

                                      Brand Manager

                                      My name is Ms Akanksha Kumari. I am in +2 and will be appearing for my intermediate exams this May. I live in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Post the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, I have taken a decision to stop eating Perk, which is my favourite chocolate until your brand ambassador Ms. Alia Bhatt will continue promoting it. I do not wish to spend on brands that continue promoting bollywood faces.

                                      Instead I would strongly recommend you to consider real life heroes such as Mr. Sandeep Verma, a Youtuber promoting channel named Stylerug as your brand ambassador. The reasons being we can connect with Stylerug, he is passionate, honest, hardworking and most important belonging to middle class family. If your consumers are mostly middle class then why face promoting your brand should be a rich arrogant actor who doesn't carry middle class values?

                                      I hope you will take my suggestion in right context and would discontinue Alia's association with Perk. The moment this change happens, I will immediately start buying Perk.
