I received two rs40 packet of dairy milk and was surprised to see worms and fungus in it. Disgusting worms were crawling ans making holes in both the chocolates. Didn't find any hole outside the packet so how did they come inside. Both the chocolates has full of holes in it and webs like structures. What if my children without noticing would have eaten it. Really unhealthy and disappointed. This is completely unexpected from a renowned company...

Terrible experience. Bought chocobakes yesterday when i teared the wrap i found something crawling over and it is a white colour worm and found some insects also. Really really disappointed. What is yout response regarding this?...

It was on the day of raksha bandhan 3rd aug 2020 evening when we wanted to give sweets to our kids we gave them three dairy milk and in one of the choclate we found 10cm big white plastic piece and upon removing from the mouth we could see, it is 10 cm long and wide plastic piece, this is so dangerous, what if it would have gone to kid's stomuch, please let me know what compensation can be given for such a blunder by this reknown company....

Hey my name ruchi leaving in udaipur rajasthan i m buying some cadbury cocholate in udaipur bus stop but 2 cocholate price 40₹ are bad quality but questions is there i checked package date and best before... Package mention pkd 2/20 and 12 months best befor then how it possible toh chocolate are smelled and bad quality... I teared the Cadbury fuse wrapper to eat Cadbury but I got shocked..there was insects inside that Cadbury with some spider net...date of manufacturing is 02/2020 and it's shelf life is nine months from date of manufacturing..we really got shocked..if same Cadbury would be in child hands..he would have ate it...so shocking...

Worms and fungus found inside the packet. Really really really horrible. What if kids have eaten this. Much disappointed and it's taking a toll on me. How can a brand like cadbury does not care about safety. Could have caused serious health issues if eaten. Could not upload video due to large size. Worms were crawling. Its really a bad experience. We should be compensated for their negligence on this product ....

Gift hamper bought on amazon by my sister based overseas for delivery to me in india on occasion of rakhi. Products manufactured in june 20.

I dont have invoice, it was ordered by my sister who is based in new zealand on amazon india.

I have purchased the silk chocolate (Red velvet oreo flavour) yesterday. It has expiry date till aug 2020 and manufactured in aug 2019.

But when i tasted the chocolate, it was like it was dipped in some oils and it has little bad smell. It is the first time very bad experience with cadbury. Please look into this. I am sending you the pictures for this.

I bought cadbury celebration pack and all. The chocolates in there were spoiled... It's is not a expired pack though...

Toys are bad quality
There no surprise in the ball
My daughter is disappointed
I paid more mony than the quality...

I'm retaile shop keeper i have purchased all cadbury chocolate and within the date of expiry all got fungus attack date of packing is 12/19 and expiry date is 12 months from fate of packing please resolve all this problem such a reputated company please maintain your decorum kindly resolve it as soon as possible...

Last week i have purchased 4nos. Of 5 star chocolates (Rs10/- each) nearby my house. Product was unhygienic and dried out. I had a small bite and some sort of mud kind of thing are there. Immediately i rushed to the shopkeeper to return the product to shop keeper where i purchased, agreed taken back 1no. Which is not opened, there is no proper response from him. Never expected such a big company maintaining such a standards....

My order id is[protected], which is already shipped but the awb no. Of bluedart states incorrect ie [protected]. I am unable to track my order. I have contacted bluedart couriers who told me that it is not yet received from cadbury folks.
This is a kinda fraud as i have already done the payment of 800 rs.
Please do the needful.

I am vijaya krishna, I was scammed 7050 Rupees by one lay named preethi sharma from delhi NRC, India. She said that there is a Store super visor post in Coimbatore branch, she collected me 1550 rupees for Uniform charge, and 2800 rupees for salary account opening process, and 2700 rupees for Health insurance policy. I made payment through Gpay UPI to her account. She sent me fake job offer letter and CTC break up to my email. And she also...

I purchased temptation chocolate and when my sister opened it we couldn’t find anything wrong on it and I, my sister as well as my mother we almost ate it but we really don’t know suddenly we found the worms coming out of it and how many worm we ate with the chocolate.

We never saw something like this before
This is ridiculous when it comes to cadbury.

When i contacted bluedart they assured that the orde ris still with the seller. They are not even responding to the mails i have written more than 7 mails to them. Coudnt reach their customer care number....

I had placed an order on 23rd July 7.27pm in the website www.cadburygifting.in for chocolates and rs650 also deducted from my account but after transaction it was shwin unsuccessful.. I haven't received any update regarding the order. The company website is not working, custumer care number is also not working and also I raised a complaint regarding transaction to the Bank and they told that the Merchant has received the payment... So looking...

I Bought silk on mrp 160 rs..when i opened the packet it was stale.bad smell coming from eat..it was literally melted and stale ...Even submitted the form from your side got no reply..i have taken the photos of the product as well..dont know why you are compromising quality of product...
