Hi sir, I use bournvita from last 18 years.5 September 2020 guru Nanak modikhana, haji ratan road, bathinda .I used it .but today when I use bournvita in milk there is a honey bee 🐝.firsty I think it's bournvita because it's colour and texture look like . I'm just shoked what type of bournvita I used in past years.its weight is 500 g.

    Hi.. I'm rila from chennai.. This is regarding your cadbury celebrations chocolate box that i bought from a shop here near my house.. Id like to bring to your notice that the chocolates in my box tasted soo bad i doubted they were stale and checked for the expiry date but thankfully they were fit for consumption.. This was bought as a gift for my niece's birthday.. She complained of a medicine like taste and asked me to taste that's when i thought i really needed to complain about this.. The smell of the cardboard or i don't wat is so strong in the chocolates.. Im really disappointed.. Cadbury was always my goto option for gifting and here i am wondering if all my gifts tasted this bad.. Really disheartening.. I've attatched pictures for your reference.. Unfortunately i do not have the bill. I bought these just yesterday.

      Dairy milk product is the worst. This is the 4th or 5th time i am experiencing disgusting product. I am scared of comsuing such poisonous chocolate. It shouldn't be called as chocolate anymore. I bought this today. Look at the pics its 2 different chocolate both are faulty.

        There is a shop near my house who only sells defected cadbury chocolates. He has been selling them for 1 year (As far as i have been purchasing). The chocolates are not properly sealed/packed. The string of fevicol on packing can be seen easily. The chocolate is spoiled from the edges. It seems like some sort of worms ate it.

          I purchased the product cadbury celebrations on 25 August 2020. The box says ut contains cacbury gems along with other chocolates but there was no gems in the box.

              Please note that I had purchased 2 packs of 150Rs each of net wt. 165.7kg cadbury celebration pack on 3rd August from Sakti Krupa dairy having expiry Feb-21 nad Dec-20 respectively near palanpur patia, Surat, Gujarat-395009.

              On opening that pack Dairy milk inside the pack when opened found fungus grouwn on chocolate(photo attached) for reference and 5 star inside the pack also was found bitter which was thrown due to poor taste.
              Please check and revert against complaint, attaching proof of packed date and celebration pack picks opened.

                I bought 37 sets of dairy milk and all of them are in very bad quality. I got these from my nearby village hypermarket shop. I have never seen this worst quality of dairy milk product.

                  I have bought a crackle chocolate from a nearby store. It was terrible in taste. I am having this chocolate since my childhood days so i am quite familiar with its taste. It was a bit white in color as well. I don't want my cadbury to be like this.

                    I received two rs40 packet of dairy milk and was surprised to see worms and fungus in it. Disgusting worms were crawling ans making holes in both the chocolates. Didn't find any hole outside the packet so how did they come inside. Both the chocolates has full of holes in it and webs like structures. What if my children without noticing would have eaten it. Really unhealthy and disappointed. This is completely unexpected from a renowned company like cadbury. How will they compensate for such a mistake.

                      Terrible experience. Bought chocobakes yesterday when i teared the wrap i found something crawling over and it is a white colour worm and found some insects also. Really really disappointed. What is yout response regarding this?

                        It was on the day of raksha bandhan 3rd aug 2020 evening when we wanted to give sweets to our kids we gave them three dairy milk and in one of the choclate we found 10cm big white plastic piece and upon removing from the mouth we could see, it is 10 cm long and wide plastic piece, this is so dangerous, what if it would have gone to kid's stomuch, please let me know what compensation can be given for such a blunder by this reknown company.

                          Hey my name ruchi leaving in udaipur rajasthan i m buying some cadbury cocholate in udaipur bus stop but 2 cocholate price 40₹ are bad quality but questions is there i checked package date and best before... Package mention pkd 2/20 and 12 months best befor then how it possible toh chocolate are smelled and bad quality... Last night my niece eat one cocholate i m not seem but she completes me about stomach pain.. It's very risky

                            I teared the Cadbury fuse wrapper to eat Cadbury but I got shocked..there was insects inside that Cadbury with some spider net...date of manufacturing is 02/2020 and it's shelf life is nine months from date of manufacturing..we really got shocked..if same Cadbury would be in child hands..he would have ate it...so shocking

                              Worms and fungus found inside the packet. Really really really horrible. What if kids have eaten this. Much disappointed and it's taking a toll on me. How can a brand like cadbury does not care about safety. Could have caused serious health issues if eaten. Could not upload video due to large size. Worms were crawling. Its really a bad experience. We should be compensated for their negligence on this product .

                                Gift hamper bought on amazon by my sister based overseas for delivery to me in india on occasion of rakhi. Products manufactured in june 20.

                                I dont have invoice, it was ordered by my sister who is based in new zealand on amazon india.

                                Never again will i buy a cadbury gift hamper again

                                  I have purchased the silk chocolate (Red velvet oreo flavour) yesterday. It has expiry date till aug 2020 and manufactured in aug 2019.

                                  But when i tasted the chocolate, it was like it was dipped in some oils and it has little bad smell. It is the first time very bad experience with cadbury. Please look into this. I am sending you the pictures for this.

                                  In that case taste should not be bad like it is dipped in some oil. I am not eating it first time. But it was very bad experience with cadbury first time. I think instead of just clarify you should check why it happened.
