I bought cadbury dairy milk silk roast almond today i. E, 04/08/2020 from my university canteen.
The chocolate is packed on 01/20 and code k00110 a3 mrp rs. 70.00.
I found fungus on the chocolate.
I have attached the picture

        I'm retaile shop keeper i have purchased all cadbury chocolate and within the date of expiry all got fungus attack date of packing is 12/19 and expiry date is 12 months from fate of packing please resolve all this problem such a reputated company please maintain your decorum kindly resolve it as soon as possible

          Last week i have purchased 4nos. Of 5 star chocolates (Rs10/- each) nearby my house. Product was unhygienic and dried out. I had a small bite and some sort of mud kind of thing are there. Immediately i rushed to the shopkeeper to return the product to shop keeper where i purchased, agreed taken back 1no. Which is not opened, there is no proper response from him. Never expected such a big company maintaining such a standards.

            My order id is[protected], which is already shipped but the awb no. Of bluedart states incorrect ie [protected]. I am unable to track my order. I have contacted bluedart couriers who told me that it is not yet received from cadbury folks.
            This is a kinda fraud as i have already done the payment of 800 rs.
            Please do the needful.

              Fake company profile

              Address: Cadbury India, Corporate Golf View Towers, Tower-A, 1st Floor, Golf Course Road, Sector 42, Gurugram, Delhi NCR 122002, India.

              I am vijaya krishna, I was scammed 7050 Rupees by one lay named preethi sharma from delhi NRC, India. She said that there is a Store super visor post in Coimbatore branch, she collected me 1550 rupees for Uniform charge, and 2800 rupees for salary account opening process, and 2700 rupees for Health insurance policy. I made payment through Gpay UPI to her account. She sent me fake job offer letter and CTC break up to my email. And she also...

              I purchased temptation chocolate and when my sister opened it we couldn’t find anything wrong on it and I, my sister as well as my mother we almost ate it but we really don’t know suddenly we found the worms coming out of it and how many worm we ate with the chocolate.

              We never saw something like this before
              This is ridiculous when it comes to cadbury.

              I would like to know what action will be taken on this at the earliest.

                [protected] is my order number. I have placed it on 19th july, it was supposed to be delivered by 29th july, website show my order has been shipped. When i contacted bluedart they assured that the orde ris still with the seller. They are not even responding to the mails i have written more than 7 mails to them. Coudnt reach their customer care number.

                  I had placed an order on 23rd July 7.27pm in the website www.cadburygifting.in for chocolates and rs650 also deducted from my account but after transaction it was shwin unsuccessful.. I haven't received any update regarding the order. The company website is not working, custumer care number is also not working and also I raised a complaint regarding transaction to the Bank and they told that the Merchant has received the payment... So looking for a refund quickly ...

                    I Bought silk on mrp 160 rs..when i opened the packet it was stale.bad smell coming from eat..it was literally melted and stale ...Even submitted the form from your side got no reply..i have taken the photos of the product as well..dont know why you are compromising quality of product

                            I ordered for 6 cadbury silk fruit and nut but received 3 fruit and nut and 1 hazelnut instead of 6. My order id is[protected].

                            These guys are such a cheater. I cannot image a company like this is doing this.

                              I was placing my order for a product related to rakhi gifting from cadbury giftings site so as i proceeded for payment of rs. 600 the amount got deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed and i didn't get any confirmation for the same and hence no order no. Was generated for the same. I'm continuosly calling your toll free number but not getting any response plus i have put sevaral enquiries on your enquiry page still not getting any response. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                I have ordered a Rakhi gift and it is showing as order confirmed. But I am not able to track that order and view that order also. And the customer care number they have mentioned is not at all reaching. I have mailed Cadbury also regarding the order status but I am not getting any response from them .

                                    Cadbury silk roast almonds I've purchased has a piece missing from the slab and many bubbles in it.. Its the first time I've ever seen a dairy milk slab with a missing piece. I have photographed it. Please do consider.

                                      I have bought an cadbury celebrations silk special selection pack worth rs 350 the outer packing and inner packing was good. There was different texture of the chocolate and i could see worms in it. I want a refund or a new pack of chocolate else i will take legal action on this. You can paypal me on this email.
