This is the third time, it has happened. I have purchased a Cadbury Bournville (50% Dark) from a local shop in Howrah, West Bengal. When I opened the product it was ruined, white granulated duplicate substance inside, no 'Bournville' sign engraved in it.

This had happened approximately two months back as well, I bought, found it's ruined, complained to the shopkeeper, he compensated me with another...

I bought a cadbury celebrations packet.

So far all the chocolates like dairy milk and five star had a particular chemical oil kind of taste.
I bought other and tried but it was fine.

Only the chocolates in that particular celebration packet had that taste

There are pores and air bubbles and some whitish layer like
It doesn't look like cadbury dairy milk
And doesn't taste also good
It is tooo brittle
The texture when broken is complete disaster
It trurns out like powder
I've checked the expirt date it's not a expired product but yet the quality is poor.

I am writing this to bring to your notice the last experiance I had with Brand Cadbury Product...
I live in Greater Noida and I love cadbury SILK chocholates too much. On last Saturday I bought two Silk chocholates from Hari Om Provision Store next to my residence, but when I opened the pack at my house the chocholates had a FOUL SMELL and OIL inside the packet. I threw the packet than and there.
I bought a bigger SILK chocholate again from the same store and the condition of the same could be seen in the pictures attached.
I am wondering if at all I have to stop eating Cadbury Silk at all!!!
Wanted to share as such QUALITY COMPROMISES are not at all accepted from such a big brand like CADBURY!!!

The chocolate bar is white in color! There's absolutely no flavor of cocoa and doesn't melt at all even on a double boiler! There's a white stretchy substance that doesn't melt. Also tastes weird. What a poor quality of chocolate from cadbury. I'm kinda surprised and also disappointed. : (

Cadbury treats had fungus. Bought the chocolates from a plus store in #34'pand plaza' 3rdmain road, ramanjaneya nagar, chikkalasandra, bengaluru, karnataka 560061 on the 27 mar 2020. Chocolate had fungus was returned immediately to the store. The store did not give a refund nore did they replace the chocolate. Its disgusting to see such pathetic quality from cadbury.. And such lously association with stores that cannot mange supply chain. If it's spoiled replace or refund.. Why the fuss. You can call me back on my number [protected]. I recently bought a cadbury hazelnut (Rs 290) which had a 07/08/2020 expiry date from a frequently visited grocery store on 10th july 2020.

Unfortunately for me the quality of the product was really bad, the chocolate tasted unusual but the hazelnuts were stale and it was inedible.

I found a very stretchy white rubber while eating this chocolate inside my mouth. Just by stretching the rubber it broke into two piece.. I'm not sure how many little pieces would be inside.. When i opened an unpleasant smell was there and i couldn't even taste it because of the smell. I Revathy satheesh work at Bangalore airport as an executive and had purchased two bars of Cadbury chocolate (70₹) on the[protected] at Bangalore airport Canteen.I purchased it to give it to my colleagues as the 28 of June was my birthday! It’s very unfortunate and shocking to see that there were live worms in not “ one but both the bar which were Manufactured on the 12/2019! The wrapper was sealed. Cadbury is my favourite childhood chocolate and it is very unfortunate to see the standards of the company go down. I am mentally traumatised by the event and will be filling a case in this regard to compensate the trauma it has caused me.

I just purchased a Cadbury cracker, and while eating I found it hard to chew, after struggling I found a stone which is in black colour which is heavy and huge! Seriously!!! I can’t believe that Cadbury does this .. what if a kid ate it? I just can’t tolerate and expect this ... I bought a Chocolate which is for 40/- along with a stone !!! This is bad, very bad!
