Purchased a few bars of the cadbury dairy milk silk roasted almond range and two out of these have faulty packaging where the inner wrapper didn't cover the chocolate all the way. One of them had the oil/fat leak out from the chocolate and soak the white wrapper as well. Thought it will be ok and tasted it, the chocolate and almonds have a rancid taste....

I have purchased cadbury tempatation raisins from a retail shop and it was not the same taste and texture although smell of the product is same. It has bubbles over it anf i feel not in a condition to eat...

We got a worse silk. They had packaging of dairy milk silk heart pop but after opening the package we got small silk and that silk is not in good condition....

I bought a packet of bournvita biscuits on 15/4/2020 which had the packaging date of 22/01/2020. I don't know where has this thing taken place whether in the factory or somewhere else. When i opened the packet, the first 2 or 3 biscuits were completely damaged, clayey, was black in colour and was smelling very bad. It was rotting and had a very very foul smell and appearance. I bought a bar of dairy milk of 40rs. I gave it to my 2 year old niece. She ate one piece and luckily i happened to notice there were some circular spots on it.
