I bought a celebration pack this week and when I opened a medium size dairy milk, I found that the chocolate is rotten with its colour changed to light brown. 25% of the chocolate is converted into chocolate powder. There is whitish small dots all over its surface. I am not sure what is the reason for this but I would definitely not consider it as healthy to eat. I need an answer from Mondelez India Foods about their quality check and the reason behind this.

Purchased 5 dairy milk chocolates each of price 20 rupees and shockingly found Fungus in it which is very disgusting and went to shop keeper who says its not their fault at all which is true.
As cadbury is a reputed company never expected this kind of experience. Can you please help me out and maintain the standards.

I bought dairymilk chocolate. When i open packet and found whitish dotted grain sports and the Chocolate coular Is whitish. And teast is also defferent .than i go to again shop For return but shopkeeper is not return. I brought and found 90% like this type of defect. All are packed within 3-4 months.Please explain which type of defect it is.

I purchased a dairy milk family pack chocolate in june 2019 which was packed in april 2019. When i opened the chocolate for consumption it smelled bad and i tried a small piece which tasted sour and rotten. Who will be responsible for the piece of # i received for rs.100. We buy cadbury products because we trust the brand but it is no more trustworthy. The amount of complaints we see on different platforms can tell where the company stands now... It is not just about money but who will be responsible if our health will suffer.

July 27th 2019, I had purchased a 5 rupee diary milk and was disgusted to see these weird white ball like structures and dark patches. I hope it's not eggs of a worm or fungus. It's disappointing to see no action taken regardless of numerous similar complaints registered. KINDLY SOLVE THIS ISSUE!

This is regarding 10 rupees dairy milk chocolate that are kids relish to eat. Its a humble request please ban or change the packing of the 10 rupees dairy milk. The problem is the wrapper glue gets mix with the chocolate. The packing is really bad.in the heat the chocolate melts and gets mix with glue in the wrapper. And our kids eat that too. This is really bad. Please do the needful.

When I open this Cadbury 5 star packet then i see that its very white in colour (u see this in photo). Then i think that its a normal like all other Cadbury product but when i chew this. Its afew bitter in taste and i see bubbles inside this...
I Hope that it Cant happen again with me and i will enjoy to eating it freely.

We got this celebration pack as gift on my daughters birthday today and to my shock, we find worm egg like objects in it.. The product was packed on march 2019.

Is this the quality and chocolate expected to be given to kids? Luckily my little one opened the wrapper before consumption else the damage would have been so much because of careless attitude and poor qc of your company. Will never buy or recommend cadbury to anyone in lifetime.

The box of dairymilk chochaletes are infected some weird fungus.attached are the pics. This is absolutely not acceptable as our kids health are at risk. The purchase was made in this month in Ratnadeep super market Hyderabad. I never believed some forward messages about infected dairymilk thinking them as competition tricks. But today i was so upset to see as my 10 year old daughter asked me to open and give the wrapper. She has been taking to school daily in her lunch box. Now we are worried for her health. I also saw complaints in consumer forum, which i think has not changed company's stand on hygiene and standards..time for action and punishment.

I am complaining about a cadbury 5 star. I have opened the chocolate and oil is coming out of it. This is an error in chemicals used to produce these chocolates. Its odour is very bad. Not fit for consumption.

This can even cause anyone's death. How can they be so careless while production? This is not acceptable. Such a big company playing with people's emotions anf health. Definitely the company is responsible fot it.

I am not able to use the coupon code on Amazon app that I received from the inner wrapper of the 5star chocolate, when I write the coupon. Ode then it shows that you entered wrong code but I again and again see that the code is similar to that one but still not verify the code my contact no.[protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com

I had an offer of Amazon voucher code and they didnt gave me the same and i complained it like several times through phone and no reply from them. Its like now 2 months and still no response from them for the offer code for the amazon voucher.
