I purchased 2 cad bury dairymilk chocolate 25g today morning (15/08/2019) from arush retail shop, mugalivakkam for raksha bandan celebration of m son and daughter.

But when we opened the cover, we found it spoiled. (Please see the pictures attached)

I returned them to the store and got the replacement for those 2 chocolates.

I am sending this because i want you to be aware of this.

We always use cad bury chocolates for all of our celebrations. But this has made us to gag and not pleased.

Do look into the matter and do the needful.

I purchased a gems ball on 13 aug 2019 from a nearby retail store for my niece that comes with a minion surprise. But as she opened up the ball there was no gift within just a packet of gems inside. This disturbed her a lot as she is a big fan of minion and she is crazy about gems ball only to add up to her collection of minion toys. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I bought 2 dairy milk chocolate from my nearby shop and those were sealed properly but when I opened it I found it moustourised and found some white spots on that. I called on customer care no but these cut my call. My issue is I took care while eating but you can't explain the reason to a child. Eating that may cause food poison. Totally disappointed with customer care service.
Look into the matter otherwise someone's health is much...

I bought dairy milk silk hazel nut which shows expiry date as september 2019 but i found worms in it. My son was about to eat the chocolate. I my issue does not get a proper solution i will have to approach consumer court. I am a regular buyer of dairy milk but now i am very much disappointed my son is just 4 years now so can't imagine the situation if he had to consume it.

I bought the plain dairy milk chocolate which was spoilt even though the expiry had not been reached yet, there were white spots all over the entire chocolate and the taste was also odd leaving a bad after taste in the mouth, refrigeration also did not help, this was the case with an entire lot of the small chocolates that were bought, around 5 of them

I got a damaged cadbury dairy milk, when i opened the packet it was already damage like some small insect/mouse/cockroach had eaten it.
It has some tiny tiny bit marks i think your company should try to fix this problem as soon as possible, it has happened many times previously. Figure out that problem

I buy some cadbury chocolates and i found them that they are not eatable by human being it looks like the chocolates have fungus. When i checked their manufacturing date then it is 04/19 code a90416b 1 3 it develops a white color dots on the chocolate and its taste is different from normal dairy milk chocolate its taste is not good then please compensate my money immediately otherwise i will go in the consumer form with cadbury dairy milk chocolates i have.

Hi sir/Madam,
I had purchased Cadbury Lickables from Reliance Supermarket. But there was No Toy and Spoon inside the pack.
My son is 4 years Old, he is found of these chocolates becoz of the Toys inside..
But this was very disappointing for him & seeing his face felt very sad.
Please take my complaint seriously and check that these kind do not happen, as these will be disappointing for the little ones.

The product i bought was manufactured and packaged in 02/19 (February 2019)

I opened it and ate it and only one had the caramel nut part rest of them were just melted balls of chocolate. Seemed like it was melted diary milk rolled into balls. This is unacceptable.

Please do something about it.

This chocolate is well loved and we relive childhood through it and this was highly disappointing
I had a really bad day and this was my one way of happiness and honestly. It just made it worse...

The nuts were not of good quality.. Chocolate tastes bitter because of bad quantity or u can say spoiled nuts. I like hazelnuts but in dairy milk which i bought, it does not taste like a chocolate, it was more like medicine. Please look into the matter and resolve it as fast as possible. I am a fan of cadbury but silk hazelnut nut is seriously not working... Please reply as soon as possible.

I ms. Parul joshi regret to share that i have a complain for bournvita.
Tried to feel the customer feedback, but cause of some error, couldn't upload it.
The bournvita quality has been changed. Its too much of big size and hard particles forms instead of powder. It is not getting properly dissolved in the milk. Even if we do it with blender. Some particles gets left out. If we try to chew it. Sometimes its very hard like stone, difficult to chew or its of bitter taste. Children do not feel like having it now. We are drinking since we were children. Now our children are teen ages and have always given them bournvita. But from last 3 times (3 months), its happening repeatedly same.
Worst experience. Do not know how to reach you. Or whether this complain will go to the right person or not. Will you take steps for this or will it be lying in somewhere in your inbox.
Call me if you really genuinely interested in customer's feedback and value for it.

Batch number D90515 B2 pkd 05/19 dairy milk 13.2 g . The product has many white dots like things all over the chocolate which were looking like some kind of fungus. Although I've ate 1-2 chocolates of same batch and taste is not bad or different yet seems not right. Seems as if something is definitely wrong. I checked online also and found my doubt as correct. Kindly do corrective action

As this packs were well preserved in refrigerator conditions by shopkeeper. On opening i observed mottling and white granular material on surface. On chewing the chocolate granular material with unpleasant experience with taste felt like i never got earlier.
This seems rejected lot marketed, which is very serious issue. Kindly look into the matter and revert with site investigation.

I have just opened a diary milk chocolate and i saw fungus growth on that. It is very disgusting. It is a 40 rupees chocolate. Cadbury is not taking enough care in manufacturing the chocolates. This is not the way to manufacture chocolates. I want my money to be refunded. So i want to file a complaint on cadbury for not maintaining proper hygiene. This chocolate is brought from amalapuram area. Near redbridge from a backery store....

We bought a diary milk silk oreo flavor today and had the biggest disappointment of our life. The whole package smelled of leaked oil and was stinking. The outer packages seemed drenched in oil, and the whole chocolate smelled of stale oil. We checked if the chocolate is edible, but the package and chocolate smelled of oil. For the higher pricing of silk chocolates, as a normal consumer in india, we expect little more of better quality. I am not sure if there will be any response to our complaint too. Still we want this to reach the respective authorities so that proper quality check is maintained for the product and we hope that others dont come across this bad experience from cadburys, a brand that we all trust, at least used to trust!!

Cadbury is big delicious chocolate brand. But now a day its very poor quality as well as test last month sane issue found in dari milk chocolate and same issue found in today silk plain 70rs chocolate. Chocolate code is k90218 a5
Its completely wasteg mony. Whitesh bar r found in pack. Its effect on health. I am never by again cadbury chocolates.

I bought a celebration pack this week and when I opened a medium size dairy milk, I found that the chocolate is rotten with its colour changed to light brown. 25% of the chocolate is converted into chocolate powder. There is whitish small dots all over its surface. I am not sure what is the reason for this but I would definitely not consider it as healthy to eat. I need an answer from Mondelez India Foods about their quality check and the reason behind this.

I purchased a dairy milk family pack chocolate in june 2019 which was packed in april 2019. When i opened the chocolate for consumption it smelled bad and i tried a small piece which tasted sour and rotten. Who will be responsible for the piece of # i received for rs.100. We buy cadbury products because we trust the brand but it is no more trustworthy. The amount of complaints we see on different platforms can tell where the company stands now... It is not just about money but who will be responsible if our health will suffer.

The product still have a validity of 7 months and i have shared couple of videos and packing information

I purchased your 2 nos. Product as above mentioned. 1 cadbury is ate by my daughter which i did not check. But another one i unwrapped it,
Cadbury dairy milk chocolate found musty.
If my daughter felt i'll, who will be responsible??
I captured video of cadbury for record. Provide compensation for the same also action required from your side for customer satisfaction as early as possible.
