My name is nikil kumar and i have saras dairy booth in jaipur rajasthan. When i opened the booth one of your cadbury distributor came to our shop and asked to book and display cadbury items all the items taken from him bills are attached. He told us that when we will bill 3-4 bills of cadbury the co. Will issue us a small fridge to display chocolates etc. After taking the first bill of 3500 he told us that your fridge will come soon in 1 month so we started taking other cadbury items from him.in oct. Starting he told us that the fridge will arrive before diwali and need not to worry because we told him that without fridge the chocolates are melting and customer wants freezed choclates not melted ones that time he said before diwali your fridge will come.

Now yesterday a customer came and asked for 20 rs. Dairy milk when he opened the chocolate it was all shatterd like chocolate powder. I called him yesterday he told me he will come tomorrow on 29 oct. 2018. He not came to our shop nor pic up the phone. Today on 30 oct 2018 when i called him for the condition of chocolate and freez he very rudly misbehaved and said no fridge is there do what ever you want to do. The behaviour is like i am being for money from him like a beggar and he behaved like that.

Cadbury is a international brand and if your distributors behave like that to a retailer who is selling your companies product this is very bad thing for an mnc.

    I had purchased 3 chocolates and there were minimal nuts in the same n fruit (raisins) were not in all the chocolates. I think the same is not as per the quality ethics. I have experienced the same many times n I want to raise a complaint this time. With a such a big name company should provide the best products to the customer so that they Cherish there experience n they don't want to switch the product.

      This is avtar singh manchanda, owner of a retail firm 'manchanda65' sector 10 panchkula. This is to inform you that i own a retail firm in sector 10, panchkula. Iam facing a issue with the distributor of cadbury in panchkula i. E. J. V. Enterprises, industrial area, panchkula.
      In my case iam facing a issue regarding wholesaler rude behaviour of not answering to my calls and not providing me with cadbury products in regards to my order for required products... As it is the festival season but the distributor is not dealing with my firm because of his personal ego. As this leads me to sell other brands. His ego started when i got in touch with him regarding big refrigerator for placement of chocolate as i am a retailer with enough sales of cadbury to get a larger refrigerator and also my refrigerator was not working properly & in regards to this i also registered complaint but again i got to face the same problem. Then when i regularly called up the distributor for new refrigerator he kept on saying me that few more days.. Then he started giving me excuses and then it got enough and i got over my control and told him that i will not deal with him again... He was that rude he never called up... It was a really very irresponsible act.. I need a urgent reply in regards to this problem

      I was shocked to see the quantitiy of milk powder in the box when i opened the lid. it was just half in thay 200g pack. I want to get another one

        cadbury silk oreo

        I have bought 5 cadbury silk oreo lately and when i opened the packet the white wrapper was all coveres in oil and i thought it was due to the melt so placed them in referigertor. Even after refrigeration, the oil was still there and then i tasted the chocolate and it felt like i am eating mud with some machine oil. I dont know what happened to cadbury but how can they make a product like this....

        I order cadbury celebration box worth rs 199 from bigbasket when i received box it has mrp 199 but inside the box it contain product worth rs 130 mrp they charge 70rs for tax and packaging and last year when i buy same box it contain product for nearly 175rs but this year they cheat us and charge 70rs on each box for a cadboard packing and they told taxes it is done that a product has to pay tax twice because chocolate inside the box has 130rs mrp which include tax but when insert in new pack they it again pay tax so why cadbury charge 70rs on a name of taxes is anyone ask cadbury how much it cost for packaging and taxes and they doesnot mention it on box that box contain 50% extra charge for packing like 130 rs product +69 rs (54%) packaging charge= 199 rs
        Ask cadbury to compensate buyer or change the box with new one or provide anyother satisfying resoution because seller does not accept return because box seal is open but company do something and provide this imformation on box

          My kid bought 2 oreo silk from neighborhood shop. The wrapper did not carry expiry date on both packets. On opening it realized - the inner wrapper was too oily, it smelled of oil that may have been stored for years kind of smell. It appeared as if it was a melted one which later got hardened (The cut lines of cubes were missing). Why are shopkeepers encouraged to sell faulty items with wrong promises.

Store proprietor is dealing Cadbury product in a large sum time to time, but local Dealer/supplier is not maintaining/giving proper co-ordination as well as facilities provided by company time to time.

              I bought a bournville rich cocoa chocolate on 21st october 2018. Batch code - i80625b packed 6/18.
              There are visible signs of fat separation & the taste is very bad.
              Request you to kindly look into this as there is still time in expiration date. This is not expected from the kind of chocolate that cadbury makes. I was really disappointed as the last chocolate i bought had the same issue. I used to love this chocolate but now since the quality of this chocolate is not that good, i would not recommend this to anyone if nothing is done in this regard.

                Recently i purchased cadbury bourn vita from a departmental store in new delhi, india. As i was pouring the contents in a jar, i found a strange thing in it due to which i couldn't use it. The amount of bourn vita that i had poured from another packet also got wasted. It is really careless on your part to sell products without checking the contents. I expect response at the earliest so that i don't have to contact the consumer court.

                retalor from south mumbai, company ko complet karke 1 month hua regaring 32ltr fridge, company sales officer (SANDIPAN sir), Swapnil bhargav & sales men Ravi jadhav nat rispondig till 1 month, Dist-royal distubitor also not
                about this.. stores name-NIYATI STORES. Hope ur rply best.

                A guy came to examine the product and even took the sample months ago. Since then there has been no communication from your side. This complaint has not been resolved.
                The guy by the way had come with a packet of bourn vita and two dairy milk chocolates, ten rupees each. I mean it's pathetic. Do you even realize how much compensation you owe me?
                I would appreciate response within 48 hours or I am bound to contact the consumer forum.
                And in case you don't know about compensation in these cases, refer to the case Donoghue Vs Stevenson ( 1932) . That might give you a better idea regarding negligence.

                  I bought two packets of dairy milk home treats in the reliance mart located in my town - tirupati, chittoor district, andhra pradesh.
                  The manufactured date of the chocolates is 07/18
                  When i opened the pack almost all the chocolates were spoilt with some white droplet like bumps
                  Probably fungus
                  Not even a single piece of chocolate is edible. But by the time i opened the pack, i didn't have the bill statement with me, so i couldn't return it at the mart.
                  My 250/- rupees got wasted
                  I want refund of that amount or compensation for the loss.
                  (As per the company the shelf-life of their chocolates is 12 months) but the ones i bought were spoilt in 2months

                    I was gifted dairy silk the tiny ones of small nice this morning wen I opened the chocolate which was kept in the fridge it that white granules in every silk packet I was soo freaked on seeing it
                    In order to confirm I opened other silk of the same packet all of them had same kind of granules. The chocolate was dated to as 8/18 manufactured.
                    Cadbury being such a big company in the market we people go these company's hoping they keep u hygiene and standard but when this happens it's annoying.

                      My name is nimrat and i am from bathinda (Punjab). I bought bournville rich cocoa (50% dark) and it had white granules all inside the chocolate and smelled also wierd.
                      It was manufactured on 02/18

                      Also after opening the outer wrap it had white flakes sticking to my hand.
                      Highly dissappointed.

                        Found worms in cadbury fruits and nuts chocolate,
                        Purchased 02 chocolates on 10th october, 2018 from star bakery located at (Gurudwara road, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059)
                        Chocolate was manufactured in the month of june 2018 and the expiry period is 12 month
                        We have eaten 1chocolate before checking the 2nd one, and also it may be possible that there should be worms in 1st chocolate which we have consumed, so if it causes some problem to our health we will directly sue the company in court.
                        We are regular consumer of cadbury's products and don't know many times this type of defect presented in the products which we have consumed unknowingly.

                          This is a serious complaint about quality of the Cadbury Bournvita product which my child frequently uses. I have recently found worms in the refill pack of 500mg Cadbury Bournvita. I have enclosed pictures of the same for your follow-up to bring into the notice of the company. This has been a serious issue as my child has consumed some quantity of product before it came to our notice. I need an answer about the quality check from the company otherwise I have to approach government authorities to request them to stop the production of this product.

                            Furthermore in a 40₹ dairy milk chocolate there are 8 pieces however the chocolate received by us had only 6 of them. That too were crushed and tasted weird and were even discolored. Kindly rectify the product as it has a large consumer base in india.

                              *the marketing man is concentrating on supply of products other than cadbury.
                              *they are not supplying the products, even though we are doing bill to bill payment.

                                I purchased cadbury dairymilk choclate and after 4 -5 days kept at normal room temperature the consistency of the chocolate went very bad as if it got fungus growth inside it. It feels sandy and i do not want to eat it anymore. Please the image attached. This doesn't happen with any other choclate than cadbury. It hss been happening every time these days

                                  I brought oreo silk and the moment i opened it, it soiled my handd with oil and there was a smell emitting from the chocolate. It was stale vegetable oil seeping from the chocolate. This is not the kind of quality i expected from the catbury silk company. I dont know if i should buy again, and there is a need to spread an awareness about the quality you are providing us.

                                    Hi my name is ataulla khan based out of bangalore karnataka indian, i would like to complaint about the cadbury silk chocolate we have found worms in cadbury silk chocolate purchased from local store in our locality.                                       The 13.2g Dairy Milk that my mother bought on 29th September 2018 from Piravom, Ernakulam district, Kerala, with code A80624A appears to have small blisters all over it and looks spoilt. All 4 Dairy Milks that were bought had blisters. Though the cover shows it was packed in 6/18 I suspect they were already expired and repacked. Please investigate and send a reply...
