I bought a cadbury dairy milk riasted almond choclate for rs 65 from a local shop in bhadrak, odisha. But when i opened it i found it to be spoiled and not fit to be eaten. I m attaching the images of the chocolate. I m not begging for my money but you should ensure that your product quality should not detoriate as the local shops are not replacing it.. This is the 2 nd time, i have lost my money. Take steps or i will find another way to...

    This to bring to your notice that i bought a cadbury bournville raisin and nut and to my very surprise i found a piece of walnut shell inside the chocolate while i was having a bite of it.. I even had a cut inside my mouth..
    Is cadbury that irresponsible??? Or you have degraded your safety standards.. It won't take me time to drag this case into the social media and get you ripped off of your 'trusted' image.. Or drag your firm to consumer court..

    A truly dissapointed bite from a 'trusted' brand.

      Here with i want to put a complaint about the dairy milk silk oreo buyed on[protected]. When it was opened on the same date the silk purchased was not good. The white cream present inside was not creamy instead it broke into small pieces, which it should not. When eaten it's taste was not good. The expiry was far enough but the silk was not good as it should. Here with i ask you to give the refund.

When i opened the packet the chocolate is degraded/ spoilt. I am very disappointed in your company. This is not hygienic at all. It tasted bad too. It can cause severe food poisoning. I want an explanation and apology from your company....

        The dairy milk brought is in completely rotten and filled with fungus. The packaging clearly says that it is best before an year from packaging, the packaging is of 8/18 and i have bought it on 12/18. It is clearly not expected from a big brand like Mondelez. Highly Disappointed!!

          I purchased Cadbury yesterday from a retail store near me. Its expiry date is ok but the chocolate has caught fungus in it, i ate some of it and then realised that its spoiled
          Now im having vomiting sensation and slightly stomach pain do resolve this issue and pay compensation for the same or else i will file a case in consumer court against your brand hope i get compensated asap

            Hello sirs
            This is a reminder to bring to your attention about the 2 chocolates i had purchased 3 days ago. It happened that me and my friend hastily chomped on one of the chocolates but we realised the other chocolate on opening had white circular fungal patches. It had a rotting odour too. Not only it made our stomach upset, it nauseated us and had diarrhoea for a day or two. (I have the sample with me). I had reported it on your website for and i thank you for taking note of it. However there has been no action since then. It is appalling that health of individuals be taken so lightly. It is requested that the issue be expedited and adequate compensation for the mental and physical agony be provided. Else, since i'm a doctor i can test the food products in our public health laboratory (Nablaccredited) and can file a lawsuit against your company for gross negligence in upkeep of food standards.

            As i eagerly opened the cadbury dairy milk i saw some black stuff in the corner. I dont know what that is. It is similar to grease but does not have any smell.
            I tried Cadbury dairy milk
            When I open it it's already turned white and not tested like usual
            Its loosen its test, texture and quality
            Bought from chondhi store, chondhi, alibag
            I bought chocolate from one store and when opened the wraper I found degreded product. It's not good for health. Dangerous for our children if they will not able to identify. Plz do the needful.

                The other day i bought 2 cadbury celebration packs from my nearest metro cash and carry store. After i opened the pack i unwrapped a dairy milk chocolate and saw it was whitish. I tried eating it but the texture was brittle and unpleasant to eat. So after some research i found out it was chocolate blooming. Then i opened the other chocolates and saw the same thing. With the gems pack however there wasn't anything like that but one of the gems was twisted in some way. I couldn't eat the chocolates after that.

                  I am in love with Cadbury. The chocolates are truly delicious and irresistible. And all the variants of Dairy Milk in particular are my all time favourite. Infact my entire family prefers Cadbury. But purchasing that same chocolate one day and realizing it looks so unpleasant to even watch or hold, leave alone bringing it even remotely close to my mouth is what really shocked me. The chocolate had white very unpleasant spots which looked like some kind of allergy sort of stuff. Getting such a product from my favourite brand is really disappointing.                   When I opened the packet of Mondelez the entire chocolate looked eaten and in a unhygienic condition. Maybe it melted in and looked the way or it was packed that way. I have attached pics of the unwrapped package.

                      We purchased perk double with the following details, code no-m81012; mfd date : 10/18 c7, net wt-29 g (28g+1 g extra) from 3348 hq mao af canteen, metro, mumbai on 24/11/2018, bill no - 030139.
                      The bar of chocolate is half filled - refer photo and video. Just one piece instead of 2 for a rs.10 pack.

                      Kindly replace this defective product with a better one.

                        I have a store at kanpur uttar pradesh. Which is enlisted as p7 counter under your company. Name of my shop is the baker’s shop. I did not receive my p7 payout till first half of 2017. After repeated complaints asm nitish srivastava initiated the payout. Since last month again there are grave mistakes in p7 points and despite of repeated reminders and complaints the asm is not resolving the issues. Sich unprofessional behaviour talks low...

We have ordered the product and the supplier has come to deliver it but he didn't deliver the order as he need to wait for 5 mints..                               We brought two cadbury from a shop nearby. When opened found that inside worms. This is not acceptable. We have kept chicklets safely. Manufactured date is 04/18.

                              This is a very serious matter and i am going to take up with the consumer department. Ficci.

                              I have made video and taken pictures.

                              We want you to look into the matter.

                                Dear sir,
                                On occasion of deepawali festival one cadbury celebrations pack of rs 135 was gifted. On opening the wrappers of all the chocolates (6 dairymilk and 02 five stars) were found with fungus.
                                Only the pack of cadbury gems was fine.
                                The photographs of chocolates with fungus is attached for reference. Kindly arrange to replace this pack and arrange to provide fresh one and inquire the reason for infected items.

                                  I wanted to complain about the product cadbury celebration pack all the chocolates that were inside were nof in a good condition and the chocolates had some kind of spots in then will they were not even expired. The chocolates did not good as the cadbury chocolates usually does every choclate in that pack had small doted spots of white colour all over it and not up to the taste that it should be. Please consider this complaint as a serious issue.

                                    Found white worms inside the chocolate bar. The product is Dairy milk Roasted Almond. We found this after having few pieces.
                                    We had a good view of your product but after seeing this It's disgusting that we are loosing hope in your reputation.

                                    Two kids also had this chocolate and now we don't know who will feel responsible when something happens to them.

                                    We demand an explanation for this.

                                    We hope a responsible person will look after this situation and give us a solution.
