i want to register a complaint against retailer in MORADABAD - U.P.
retailer name is - vivek kumar jain and his shop name is JAIN GIFT HOUSE, deen dayal nagar, moradabad - u.p.
complaint - the wizicooler provided by company and distributor, wizicooler is used to chill other products instead of cadbury products.
as - PAPER BOAT DRINK, FROOTI, APPY FIZZ, SMOOTH (MILK SHAKE BY PARLE AGRO) and other...

I purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk Minis to give it to kids and to my shock I found very substandard quality of the chocolates. Dry and brittle, peculiar taste, I was almost afraid if it would be infested. We blindly trust your products and it is very disappointing to see the quality of your products drop to this extent. I definitely don't blame the shop vendor as the products I have received from them have been of good quality and if you see in the pics it is well within the expiry date. Sending you pictures of the same for your reference. Please take some action to avoid such disasters.

    I bought a pack of Cadbury Almond Chocolate bar and when I opened it . The pack was full of fungus and Its not at all expired ( mfg - March 2023 ). Very disappointed with Cadbury India. I also ate 1 bite unknowingly. It was rotten. Yuk!!
    If I get any medical problems. It would be very bad. It is a very big problem

      Today (2.7.2023) my 9 yr old daughter bought a Crispello Chocolate from a nearby store. After she ate some part of the chocolate she said that it tasted bad. I checked and found it to be rotten. The expiry date is November 2023.

      Strict action should be taken against the company for selling such products. Children often eat chocolates with good faith without consulting their parents and fall sick because of rotten products sold by these companies to make money.

          Bought a Dairy Milk Crackle today and as soon as I opened it I saw a lot of fungus in a brand new packet. It was not even expired. It’s ridiculous how cheap the food quality is and also sold to us.
          It’s very disappointing and disgusting.
          Cadbury Dairy Milk is supposedly the oldest and the most eaten chocolate in India. And it’s awful how cheap the quality has gotten. Fungus in an unopened pack shows how the quality is compromised. It’s ridiculous.
          I hope y’all take this seriously.

            This is Sinjari Banerjee( Sinjari Bandyopadhyaya), Advocate of Calcutta High Court and resident o[censored]ttarpara, District- Hooghly, State- West Bengal. I used to be a regular buyer of Cadbury Bournville Rich Cocoa 70% Dark Chocolate Bar, however, one month ago after purchase of its five packets worth Rs500/ from a Stationery shop lying at, situate and comprised in Premises No.296 Joy Krishna Street, P.O. & P.S.-Uttarpara, District-Hooghly, State- West Bengal, PIN Code-712258, when I opened the seal of the first packet at my residence, I found that the bars are so broken and half filled that it becomes difficult to give a bite. After few days when I opened the seal of the second packet of Cadbury Bournville Rich Cocoa 70% Dark Chocolate Bar of 80 gm pack, I notice that the bars are half filled and broken. When the shop owner from whom those five packets of Cadbury Bournville Rich Cocoa 70% Dark Chocolate Bar of 80 gm pack were purchased, was informed about this, he advised for making video when I will open the seal of the next packet. Accordingly, before opening of the Third packet of Cadbury Bournville Rich Cocoa 70% Dark Chocolate Bar of 80 gm pack, I have started the video recording of the entire incidence and enclosing that video herein as proof thereof of broken half filled bars in the sealed packets. Thereafter remaining two packets in same condition were shown to the shop owner and he kept those three packets before him as proof thereof to lodge complaint before customer care and he took my phone number and residence address also for this purpose but even after expiry of seven days as he did not specify the customer care feedback in this context so I thought it necessary to lodge complaint directly before the Customer care because I am cheated by Cadbury Bournville for Rs 500/ whom I trusted blindfoldedly for so many years and I think that it is necessary for the people to see the video to know how defective packets of Cadbury Bournville Rich Cocoa 70% Dark Chocolate Bar of 80 gm pack are circulating in the market to make the people fool. Through this complaint, I call upon you to resolve this issue at the earliest, preferably within seven days, failing which I have no other option than to let the people know through the video how for undue gain Cadbury Bournville through wrong packaging are befooling people by deliberately selling defective and less contents .               Yestarday when I opened 10/- dairy milk it was all spoiled with white and violet colored bubbles on it. I thought maybe this was spoiled and other one might be good but unfortunately even that had same condition.
              The expiry date is in 2024 for both chocolates .
              I hope this matter will be dealt with.

                I opened my cadbury dairy milk chocolate, with the expiry date written February 2024 and i found what appears to be FUNGUS! ShAME ON THE COMPANY, for not checking properly. I thought Cadbury was a good company now I realize it isn’t! Such companies make immense money by trying to poison their customers! ACTION NEEDED ASAP!!!

                  I bought a packet of Cadbury diary milk mini from nearby shop (hypermarket) on 25/05/2023. Today (27/05/2023) I opened the package. The first mini chocolate I took from the packet felt like half from touch. And when I opened the mini chocolate it was only half and there where white spots on inside of the packet. And there was green moulds on the half chocolate present inside the packet.

                    Our shop comes under Akshoy Distributor, situated at Sahu Complex near Sakshi Upwan Lahkothi Road, Ranchi and they takes orders from us and delivers products.

                    Our complaints are as follows:
                    1. Salesman doesn't take orders on timely basis. He creates gaps of 10-15 days in two orders, also, he doesn't visit us much to take orders properly and tends to take orders on calls only.
                    2. Dispatchers delivers products damaged and in less quantity as to what was ordered. Like if we have ordered products of say Rs.10000, they only deliver goods of Rs.6000 or so. This creates problems for us in achieving targets given to us on monthly basis and this results loss of schemes for us.

                      I want to bring your notice to this serious incidence of Cadbury’s Bikaner Distributor team. Our shop is situated in Bikaner, as below:

                      We are selling cadburry products since 20 years, almost all kinds of Cadbury products. But, we haven’t recieved any refrigerator from your agency / company. We have asked agency so many times, but there is no good response. I am not sure, why they are not providing. Either they have alloted refrigerator and using it for their personal use, but we haven’t received any, as of now. It seems some kinds of scam or something unethical business practice going on.

                      Please look into this matter, on urgent basis, and provide us the best support. No one is listening.

                        We are general Store selling Cadbury chocolates but the refrigerator provided by company is not working at all. Inspite of complaining the company is not responding . Even the person who came by calling on toll free no. didn't mend it properly.
                        Cadbury agency owner Vinayak interprises pukhrayan says that it's not in hand of them to replace it.Hope to get respond soon. We are suffering from past 4 months. Chocolates are getting melt due to high temperatures.customers are really disappointed

                          Dear Cadbury Team,

                          I had been given a Cadbury mini pack (expiry date 26/06/2023). When I opened the chocolate for eating I saw some white bubbles looking particles in the chocolate. This looks a bit weird and I have never seen this before.

                          Not sure if this is healthy for eating. Request cadbury to further investigate this and return this.

                                  Bought some Cadbury dairy milk silk mousse today and when I ate 2to3 pieces I found a long hair in my chocolate. I removed it and I thought that it can't be packed as I thought that Cadbury might goes with the proper hygiene guidelines, but again after eating 2-3 pieces of the same I found another hair. I have small hairs so surely those were not mine. This is so disgusting and unhygienic. I will not buy a Cadbury anymore. Not expected from a brand like this. Why don't these big brands care for our health. Do they even follow the government guidelines or not.

In beginning i used to sell your products like cadbury etc from my personal fridge. By the grace of god's my business developed then i took your company fridge but since last three years its creating problem that is why i am not able to sell your company products...
