I purchased Celebration box in Agra. All the chocolates in the box are powdery and decomposed. All are discoloured with white marks.

    Recently, i purchased silk chocolate from nearby store. When I opened chocolate cover it smelled so bad. Even taste so bad. It tasted like oil and bitter. I see holes on chocolate and white layer is formed. Please resolve my issue.

      I bought a Cadbury Silk Oreo (Red Velvet) for 175 rupees; it smells and tastes like ###. I read about it on the internet that it is supposed to smell bad, but why does it taste spoilt? It was supposed to get expired on 12/08/2023, and I bought it on 22/11/2022.
      Is it a joke so many CUSTOMERs have to delt with this same issue, which is not good.

          Cadbury Fuse - A Defective Product & Request for refund

          Hello,

          I am Laxmi, today (16/11/2022) I purchased a Cadbury Fuse 45g chocolate bar from nearby More Supermarket located in Jayamahal Extension, Bengaluru, India.

          The chocolate looked completely fine with the packaging. However, once I unwrapped the chocolate bar I found a dead worm inside the wrapper I was completely shocked and opened it further to inspect and found a web sort of thing at the ends of the chocolate...

          Dairy milk chocolate Rotten

          Dear sir/mam,
          I purchased to silk chocolate yesterday. While opening the first chocolate I could smell rotten oil from the package. I ignored it and opened the package to see intact chocolate bar with white layer above it. I tasted the chocolate since in package it was recommend that whitish layer won't affect the fitness for consumption but it was good and tased very bad and the chocolate felt like sand on my tongue. So i threw away...

            I received cadbury celebration as diwali gift, in that i found fungus in cadbury it was very disappointing. It was not expired . Its date of expiry is 07/2023. All dairy milk in the cadbury celebration had fungus .

                I bought a chocolate.. Bournville and when i opened the packet the chocolate was spotted and was crumbling and was hollw from inside... I don't think it's safe to eat it.. Is has some white coating... And according to the details provided on the packet it wasn't expired...

                    Smell coming from chocolate, I was giving it to my 2 year kid. As I opened the pack the butter paper was filled with oil and was smelling bad. Chocolate inside was also not good. This is not at all expected from a brand like Cadbury.

                        I have received pack of Cadbury celebrations in which while opening single pack a bug was found inside even the quality of product also found not in very good condition.

                          I bought dairy milk silk chocolate two days ago and opened it today. It was smellimg foul than i broke two pieces and ate one. It tasted like old used oil or ghee and inside white wrapper was also in bad condition like it was dipped in foul oil or ghee. Though expiry date is in july 2023.

                            I bought dairymilk silk oreo and it looked completely okay form outside but when I unwraped it the paper on inner pack was oily and when I smelled it smelt greasy/ oily, even the expiry date is after few month.
                            And thus happened with me for 2 time with dairymilk silk oreo.
                            Hope this matter will be considered.

                              I boughg a five star chocolate from a shop near to my house, and i have noticed that the product is full of fungus on it. Its very disappointing. How can you play with our life.

                                I live in Viman Nagar, Pune and purchase only Bournville Chocs == 50% Dark, Cranberry, Fruit & Nut.
                                Since past two months, availibility is virtually NIL. Even though I go to each Kirana shop, Medical store and even Dorabjee.

                                I want to know the reason

                                  I am Pravin Pisal, received a gift chocolate from one of my friend in Mumbai, she purchased it from Global Chemist, Shantivan Borivali east.

                                  My Son, consumed the half of the Chocolate and found whitish threads similar to Cob web and found live worms in the chocolate. Code mentioned on the pack is I20418C3 with Packed date 18/04/22 and best i[censored]sed by date is 13/01/23.
