cadbury dairy milk product

Yesterday i purchased dairy milk cadbury, the manufacturing date is mentioned as 02/17 which means the packaging is almost 2 months old, as per expiry product is in safe condition till 12 month but when i opened it, the chocolate was totally in bad condition, there was spots on chocolate & chocolate cubes were covered of brownish white nate.
Its really very bad experience.
Kindly action on it asap.

I am a retailer (Virendra general store, usmanpur, juhi, kanpur, up) my chocolate fridge is not working since 15 days and their is no response from agent as well the agency dealer. The agent has given a mobile number which is always switched off. I am completely amazed with such bad services and it was unexpected from such a multinational company. I request the authorised representative of company to please see to the problem as since 15 days i am not able to sale any product.

Dairy milk rs 20 chocolate had a foul smell with green and white fungal growth in it. It was packed on February 2018 but is is throughly spoiled and stinking. It's terrible that such a spoiled product was supplied and could be harmful causing reactions. Do the needful and please do it immediately.

    Asset number is ak4293. Please help regarding the service of machine. As it is the asset of the company it is the duty of the company to provide service. As if the chocolates get melted it will be damaged and cant be sold out. So its a request to show interest and help me regarding this by providing service for this. Thanks

      I am running a well established bakery, sweets, fast food & restaurant outlet m/s delizia at town kulgam, near degree college, district-kulgam, kashmir (J&k) where i am selling all cadbury chocolates. I purchased the cadbury chocolates from district kulgam but i am not being provided any refrigerator / visi cooler for displaying the cadbury products and selling it in a good condition. I requested the supplier of cadbury products at kulgam town but he is not able to provide me the refrigerator.

      Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

      Purchased a Cadbury original drinking chocolate from Ratna super market in mulund west, Mumbai and have found rust at the bottom inside of the tin.its upsetting to know that I have been giving such contaminted product to the children daily.please look into the matter urgently.

        It's been a month convincing customer with melted Chocolate, but for how long can I do that, now my shop is popular in Vijay nagar as melted Chocolate seller, 100% of my chocolate customers stop coming to my shop, because of your careless and hopeless customer care service, fad up of calling C care I don't have time to miss call.

        what is the use of investing my money on chocolate. Why not investing in some hot selling item, ? I have worth of Rs.[protected] in my stock. kindly take it back your chocolate I want my money back.

              I bought 2 silk oreos yesterday. The whole package smelled of leaked oil and was stinking. The outer packages seemed drenched in oil, and the whole chocolate smelled of stale oil. I checked the ecpiry date but it was not expired. Taking in sight, high prices of orep silks, i want an apology as well as replacement of my chocolates that too as soon as possible.

              My Complaint is similar as Kunal Sharma's.
              The chocolate has crumbly texture, improper taste and improper colour, seemed to be as if it is expired and packed in new packing.
              I have the chocolate packet with me.

              I purchased cadbury fuse today from the store nearby and upon opening I could see worms inside. It was packed on 11/17 and has got an expiry of 9 months. How could we trust you if this is the case. I used to buy chocolates for years and this is the first time I tried cadbury fuse have this terrifying experience with. This is really bad thing

                I have purchased a super saver pack of 750gm bournvita from market but there are guilts in the packet.
                Found strand of hair in Bournville chocolate of 80g code no.18013B.
                It is very bad to receive such products from Cadbury.
                It is very unhygienic.

                        It's having no taste and aroma of cadbury.

                          This is not actually a complaint but a suggestion. Could you please come out with refill packs for the hot chocolate and cocoa powder. Seeing all the plastic unusable empty containers made me realise how your company can take one step towards being environmentally friendly. I don’t know the logistics or the feasibility of the idea but your product is not very price sensitive. It is pratically the only indian product in this segment.

                            I owner of m/s fresh basket owned a store in mahesh nagar, ambala cantt, haryana. I was getting additional rembursement from company on target sales from 2016. But it stopped from november, 2016 incidently however i am entitled to it and company owed amount to me, i confirmed that.
                            Due to 100s of requests i made to company person name harshit, now he stopped replying.

                            The company with such a good reputation can solve this matter in no time because they dont want to trouble retailers.

                            I hope that such problem would be solved in no time as already 1.5 years has been over but no out come has came out yet.

                              Every kids have grown, eaten cadbury products. I am also of those who love cadbury since childhood. My personal favourite is dairy milk crackle and i have only one complaint regarding dairymilk crackle that why don't you manufacture crackle in bigger packs? Please make bigger packs of crackle. I would be very if you consider my complaint.

                                I purchased dairy milk cadbury from one of shop in nashik infornt of sony gift shop at shalimar. I was about to share it with my daughter but when i opened it that was not chocolate silk known for instead it was like powdered form and brittle. When i pressed that it turned into brown powder like substance, though it was not expired.
                                I have been a regular customer of cadbury that's why i know it was just some mistake. May be that product is duplicate version of original dairy milk.

                                  I bought 4 Silk oreo's (on 9 feb'18). Code-170711 A1, Pkd-07/17, Mrp-75, Barcode[protected]. All of them had a pungent stench of oil when its outer covering was removed. The chocolates themselves were smelling too and were not fit for consumption. A complaint was filed on 10 feb'18 via phone, Complaint No.-S9651491. Till now no action has been taken. This is my worst experience with chocolates, a company like Cadbury should maintain it's product quality and customer service. Definitely, I am not going to buy Silk Oreo ever again.

                                    This is prem chandu from chinni enterprises hanuman junction
                                    Sir we are holding the company cadbury since 8 years long
                                    Very confidentially and sincerely and ruling our targets very
                                    Frequently, and since from 2 years we have achieved the target.
                                    But from last 7 months there is no response from the company
                                    Persons

                                    The main problem that we are facing was that the
                                    Company persons are very irresponsible and they are not doing
                                    Their duties upto their mark. And the company persons are not
                                    Coming to the market since last 4months so we are facing so
                                    Much problem in the market regarding the sale of the products
                                    That we are giving in the market and we are unable to know that
                                    We have achieved the target last year (2017). But the company
                                    So have told the we have achieved the target in the phone call
                                    But there is no response, and last 15 days back your asm had
                                    Came to our office and he talked for 5minutes without any
                                    Conclusion of the problem that we are facing right now and he
                                    Went away so we have stopped the billing this month january (2018).
                                    So please follow. Up our problem as early as possible and give the response

                                    Purchased a Silk Oreo and found a plain silk in the pack. I'm a frequent buyer of Cadbury but am very disappointed this time. It was a gift and the person I gifted to wasn't satisfied either and we're worried to even buy any flavored silk.

                                      The valentines day special edition silk is nowhere to be found. I've searched dozens of shops in my city but they all say, it didn't hit the stores. It's out of stock on amazon. And that too, they force us to buy in combos. We aren't allowed to buy single piece. Good work cadbury, first you make such a wonderful ad and a great product and then restrict us from buying it. There's not a single shop where i couldn't find it. Chocolate day is just 2 days from now. And our very favourite chocolate company hasn't dispatched our most awaited chocolate. Very disappointing.
