I bought a cadbury's dairy milk 'crackle' chocolate bar today from a general store nearby ('shubham' stores) for personal consumption. When i cut open the package, i found a tiny white worm in the chocolate. More details below:

Complaint marked as Resolved After several follow-ups with Mondelez India Foods, including on their Facebook account, the spoilt chocolate bar, lying with me for over three weeks, was finally collected by their representative in exchange for two good ones. Given the time taken to respond on this simple complaint, they need to really improve on Customer Service.

Updated by sprabhavalkar The product in the complaint has been lying with me since over two weeks now. Despite prompt and relevant communication and providing all necessary contact details, Mondelez Foods has not taken any action on this complaint.

Updated by sprabhavalkar Mondelez India Foods has not bothered to take any action on this complaint for over three weeks now. This speaks volumes about the 'highest quality standards' maintained by them, not only in terms of production quality but also in terms of resolving customer complaints. I have already discontinued purchasing Mondelez India Foods products and would also encourage friends and family not to do so.
