Dear sir,
This is prem chandu from chinni enterprises hanuman junction
Sir we are holding the company cadbury since 8 years long
Very confidentially and sincerely and ruling our targets very
Frequently, and since from 2 years we have achieved the target.
But from last 7 months there is no response from the company
Persons

The main problem that we are facing was that the
Company persons are very irresponsible and they are not doing
Their duties upto their mark. And the company persons are not
Coming to the market since last 4months so we are facing so
Much problem in the market regarding the sale of the products
That we are giving in the market and we are unable to know that
We have achieved the target last year (2017). But the company
So have told the we have achieved the target in the phone call
But there is no response, and last 15 days back your asm had
Came to our office and he talked for 5minutes without any
Conclusion of the problem that we are facing right now and he
Went away so we have stopped the billing this month january (2018).
So please follow. Up our problem as early as possible and give the response

Purchased a Silk Oreo and found a plain silk in the pack. I'm a frequent buyer of Cadbury but am very disappointed this time. It was a gift and the person I gifted to wasn't satisfied either and we're worried to even buy any flavored silk.

    The valentines day special edition silk is nowhere to be found. I've searched dozens of shops in my city but they all say, it didn't hit the stores. It's out of stock on amazon. And that too, they force us to buy in combos. We aren't allowed to buy single piece. Good work cadbury, first you make such a wonderful ad and a great product and then restrict us from buying it. There's not a single shop where i couldn't find it. Chocolate day is just 2 days from now. And our very favourite chocolate company hasn't dispatched our most awaited chocolate. Very disappointing.

      Bournvita’s quality is becoming worse every time i order it. 50% of it contains of sugar content, which has rose to 75% (I feel) when i recently ordered it (Too sweet!!!). Previously it used to be 85-90% chocolaty with almost no sugar content.

      I would request you to please try & improve its quality & make it like it used to be before.

        I got a cadbury silk in gift from my friend,
        That was of 160rs
        I was about to share it with my other friends but when i opened it that was not chocolate silk known for instead it was like powdered form and brittle.
        When i pressed that it turned into brown powder like substance, though it was not expired.
        I have been a regular customer of cadbury that's why i know it was just some mistake.
        So please kindly make sure these things don't under the image of product of our company.:)

          I bought a cadbury fuse. After opening i found out that on the chocolate there is a dead fly. 2 weeks ago, i complained on the customer care number. But i didn't received any answer yet.

          Seriously your management is worst. Openly i'm telling you. And your product quality is also worst.

          I want my money back. I did not pay for such a messy product. I need refund.

          cadbury fuse - smelling kinda foul. some liquid (which i've never seen in fuse because i have consumed it before) is visible and its smelling. fuse has got its upper layer sticky n liquidy too. I want another good one.
          live spiders in my cadbury fuse today and it was covered in webs, i was so scared seeing the spiders crawl out that i immediately had to throw it away

            Maine aaj dairy milk silk kharidi aur uski exp. Date 10/18 he fir bhi uski quality kharab lag rahi he uska taste aur texture bhi alag he it happens 4-5 times with me. Generally dairy milk ya kisi bhi chocolate ka color brown hota he per silk ka color white dikhta he maine photo bheji he lekin usme utna jyada white bhi dikh raha he maine wo silk waise hi rakhi he agar aap chahe to me aapko bheji bhi sakti hu. 70 rs. Me agar hame aisi quality mil rahi he then we r wasting our money. Hope you give reply positively and we want our money back...

              cadbury silk oreo - oily and awful smell

              Hi,
              I had received one cadbury oreo as a gift. But when i opened it, its wrapper and inner cover was oily and it also smelled awfully bad. I had to throw away the whole chocolate because of that.
              The chocolate manufacturing date was 03/17 and it said one year expiry period.
              Since the day i got it it's been kept in the refrigerator only.
              I request you to take corrective action.

              We bought 2 boxes of 5 rs. Dairy milk on 17/01/18 from vraj parlour, vraj vihar-7, prahladnagar, satellite, ahmedabad to be distributed in school on the occasion of our daughter's birthday. We received complaint today that from the school that several chocolates had insects in the product. It was a big embarrassment and my wife unfortunately returned one box left back to the shop. The parents and school may further escalate this incident further. The vraj parlour shop rather than discarding the box, kept it back for further sale. Kindly act to prevent further damage to the health of children who may consume it and result in further complaints. Such contaminated product is not expected from a reputed company like yourself.

              We hv received cadbury celebration pack which was having paking date 24/09/2017. All the chocolate r spoiled in side the pack. It cld hv harm the children if they wld hv eaten that.
              Why did you stop making bites it was to yumm I would love to eat it everyday its "not a complaint" I just need answer for it please

                Dear sir,
                Last day i bought cadbury celebration (Barcode:[protected] and i found the inside chocolates date have been expired but the outer box has more months to expire. On the box its clearly written that best before date declared on the outer pack is within the best before date given inner pack but totally wrong happen. I completely lost the faith on this brand as most of them buy these well branded chocolates for kids and more care should be taken not to happen like this.
                I would appreciate a quick resolution for this problem, so i can continue using this brand products and tell my family and friends about your excellent customer service solution.

                  stale foul smell from cadburys dairy milk silk oreo

                  I'm writing this only because I've lost trust in the product. Out family always preferred Cadbury's for every celebration, over other brands as there would be no compromise in the quality.
                  Yet, this is the 3rd time there was some oily smell coming out once the packet(DAIRY MILK SILK - OREO, 130GMS-Rs.170/-) was opened and some foul, stale oil kind stuck to inside of the wrapper. Its like the inside cover is dipped in some foul smelling...

It was really shocking to see the worm in such a branded company's product. I will never ever buy any cadburry product in my life.                       Hello,

                      I am manish singhi, resident of bengaluru and i had bought 5 dairy milks from patiala (Punjab) on 30th december, 2017. The manufacturing of the product was 05/2017.
                      It was evening and we were driving from patiala to nangal and was dark. I had gifted this to my 3 year old nephew and he finished one. The 2nd one i opened to have it and were shocked to see the product. It had gone completely dry and was tasting like rotten food.
                      Immediately, we gave a lot of water to my nephew, assuming it might reduce the effect after having. I have kept the bar safely and had taken image immediately.

                      I wish to ask, what action would cadbury take on this and what cadbury would do about it. We are very regular customers of cabdury and since 30 years, this is the first time we got this issue and really taken aback.

                      Look forward to resolution.

                        I bought a silk oreo yesterday, which had an offer from paytm for ₹100 cashback on movies, printed on its cover. But on opening, i realised that i was unable to read the offer code, due to smudging because of the oil from the silk oreo. The inner cover, on which the offer code is printed has always been sticky and oily from past experiences i have of eating silk oreo. So i am sure the manufacturers knew of this issue when printing the code on it. What is the point of keeping an offer if we can't read the code? And how do i get the code now?

                          Just opened the wrapper and it was in an uneatable condition as the color of the dairy milk was different.

                            Dairy milk choclate is fully affected with fungus. It doesnt seems to be eatable. It has 12 months warranty. But it was packed in 08/17 and today is 12/17.. Just in 3 months how it could be like this. It is wasting the user money. How terrible people will feel when opened a pack and seems it was fully ugly and unhealthy to eat.

                            I bought Cadbury Oreo silk from store near my home and it smells like a stinking vegetable oil with rotten egg taste.
                            DO NOT BUY CADBURY OREO or else you family or kids will get sick. This product is injurious for health.

                              I had purchased a cadbury fruit and nut chocolate from a store near my work place. After consuming pieces i noticed a white web like substance on the chocolate so i pulled it out of the packet only to see maggots coming out of it.
                              I immediately spat out the chocolate and preserved int in a sealed plastic packet as proof.
                              I request you to take a strict action against the company as this is not the first time that a person has found worms in cadbury.

                                Your distributor leys traders st. Inez panaji goa does not take orders of less than 10 pieces of each items. We have been taking stock from them for many years now. He is just dumping the stocks on the retailers. Is this the company policy or does the distributor does this at his end. At present we have stopped giving orders for bigger chocolates, as the stock will otherwise just pile up. Request you to kindly sort the matter out.

                                  I want to file a complaint against cadbury as i bought a cadbury oreo silk but it tasted very different from the usual taste and i think the quality of chocolate is not upto the mark and it’s not edible and i’ve complained regarding the same with the company. Till now i have repeated the same for more than 3 times and still there is no response from their side, my complaint number is s9467182.

                                  I bought a cadbury silk worth rs 70 ..Its expiry date have been erased...It had some greasy substance on its foil{golden} cover and it appeared weird in colour. This product already has a complaint submitted with same bar code in 2016...Please resolve the matter or tell me the solution as soon as possible...This kind of service is not expected

                                    Purchased a cadbury celebration, just after opening one of the pieces, the chocolate was in powder form with a real wierd taste and smell. Even though the expiry date of the chocolate is not over yet but looking at it, seems as if wrong manufacturing date is given. It's really shocking to have such an experience. I hated the first bite of it which made me suffer the entire night. Its amazing to see such quality standards be maintained by a reputed company like "cadbury".
