Hi cadbury team,

I bought a bournville dark chocolate 50% dark from a bigbazaar store near city pride kothrud area in pune, maharashtra, on 5th june 2017, and found that the sugar content is more than usual.

I am not sure why the sugar content has been increased as it is spoiling the original taste it had. Also the sugar is tasting powdery which is really bad.
It is tasting as if i am having powdered sugar along with the chocolate.

Request you to keep the sugar content as much it was before.

    Inner wrap / wax paper used in chocolairs 3.5/5.5 gm is not made up of food grade wax. Paper is being coated with refined paraffin wax which is not a food grade wax. Supplier of wax paper in mondelez is nexgen laminators p. Ltd located in patiala. They never purchased wax from henkel as mentioned in your specs.

    So, please get it checked in your lab and if found result as per above then give a surprise visit to the company where you will find paraffin wax in plant. Don't even disclose the same to the people direct coordinating with the people at plant levels in nexgen.

      Few minutes ago I bought the new Oreo silk worth 75 rs. But as soon as I opened the cover, it started to stink. The whole chocolate was looks dipped in some bad smelling oil. After I touched the inside paper cover, my hand also started stinking with the same smell. Cadbury is my favourite chocolates. I never expected this from Cadbury. Hope I get an answer and reimbursement!

        I have checked the date and found that they sold me expired chocolates.

        We are living in a advanced world where the system will not allow to sell expired foods. Why its not happening in india???

          I had purchased cadbury gems 10 packs today[protected] for my kids. Out of the 10 packs they consumed 2-3 packs. When i was seating with them, i ate one piece of gem from another pack and it was having unbearable smell like perfume. I asked my daughter not to eat the remaining pieces but by that time she already consumed one of it. I threw the remaining. I opened two other packs and the same issue persisted. I raised a complaint with cadbury about this. They are saying we will replace it. But it is beyond imagination that a product from company like cadbury has such serious flaws which may be dangerous for health.

              i have almost 7 dairy milks all seven long days for 20days in a month
              i love it taste "marvellouos"
              today i got oreo
              and it is totally oily inside and smells bad
              i went and asked the shopkeeper about it
              he refused to take any action and asked me to contact customer care
              The lot no, packed date and M.r.p, all are faded, is this any malfunctioning thing?

                Bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk (60gram pack) on 20th May, 2017 from the local vendor. Opened it on 23rd May, 2017 to find the inner wrapper and golden (foil) wrapper glued with the chocolate bar, and the entire chocolate is pale white in color. Looks like some kind of fungus has grown on the chocolate.
                The vendor refused to take it back and suggested we write to Cadbury directly.
                Feels bad when a premium brand of a multinational company has such poor packaging!

                  I bought a diary milk silk oreo flavor from "kwality bakers" opp. Trinity movie max, pathanamthitta and had the biggest disappointment of my life. The whole package smelled of leaked oil and was stinking. The outer packages seems to be drenched in oil, and the whole chocolate smelled of stale oil. I haven't eat even a single peace. Shopkeeper refused to take it back. For the higher pricing of silk chocolates, we expect little more of better quality. I hope that others dont come across this bad experience from cadburys, a brand that we all trust, at least used to trust!! Please ensure that the retail shop keepers accept such defective packets and replace it.

For last one year we hv been asking from cc patel but instead of providing the same he always talks in very rude manner by saying that buying volume is less... Even small dispenser is not providing.                           Firstly the customer care services of Mondelez is the worst. I complained on the toll free number about cadbury silk oreo chocolate dripping with vegetable oil on 27th April 2017. I was promised a visit by their sales officer within 6-7days. Well 6-7 days are way past still no sign of the officer who was supposed to visit. Since then I have been regularly calling them up to take some action The customer care executives are trained only to keep reading the same script every time I call "your complaint has been forwarded to our back office team." When i insisted on speaking to the supervisor today I was promised a call back within one hour. Well guess what, it never happened. The supervisor strangely never happens to be on the floor whenever I call. I have been promised a call back by end of day twice before in vain. I have written emails to [protected]@mdlz.com as well as
                          consumer.service.[protected]@mdlz.com. I doubt if there is such a thing as back office at all. I am absolutely frustrated and angry with the customer care service. The loss of chocolates is one thing but the kind of action that is expected from such a popular brand is highly unwanted.

                          Yes...I received a callback on 17th, the officer promised to visit next day, however he didn't. The day after that I called him, he said he would visit that day. He came with two dairy milk silk chocolates priced at 65/- each while the oreo ones are priced at 75/- each. Obviously I didn't agree with the resolution, I expected chocolates of equal or greater value. Especially after putting me through so much trouble that's the least you could do to prove you do really spread happiness like you say in the adverts. He said he'd come back with oreo chocolates, but again as expected he didn't return that day. He came the next day with the oreos. I said I'd like to check before I accept the exchange. When I opened the wrappers in his presence both those chocolates too were dripping with vegetable oil and smelt bad. The officer again went away with the promise to bring some other flavoured chocolates. He didn't return that day. When I called him to ask reason for delay he said he opened a few more wrappers and all of them had the same problem. He said he'd have to report this in office so he can visit again the next day. He asked me if I was fine with an exchange of one big silk chocolate priced at 160/- in exchange for 2 oreo ones I had priced at 75/- each. I agreed. Next day on 21 May finally the exchange of chocolates happened. He gave me a feedback form to sign and said rest he would fill up. I of course filled up the full form before signing. That's how this issue was resolved and I resolved never ever to buy Oreo chocolates and also warn everyone not to do so. So much for khushiyaa le chalo...!

                            It's a matter of great sadness that I being constrained too write against the company that I loved and trusted since childhood... And which enjoys the same pan India and abroad.

                            Some days back, I picked up a pack of my loved Diary Milk Silk chocolate from a shop in Link Road, Cuttack, Odisha, India.

                            What followed later was beyond the word SHOCKING AND LIFE THREATENING...

                            NEARLY CHOCKED WHILE EATING A PIECE OF THE CHOCOLATE BY PLASTIC !!
                            WHICH FORMED AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CHOCOLATE...

For the higher pricing of silk chocolates, as a normal consumer in india, we expect little more of better quality. I am not sure if there will be any response to our complaint too. Still we want this to reach the respective authorities so that proper quality check is maintained for the product and we hope that others dont come across this bad experience from cadburys, a brand that we all trust, at least used to trust!!

                                Such an unsatisfactory service by the Mondelez India. What do you think that the shopkeeper's Who are selling your products are some ######S or what is there only an dairy milk brand or what whose chocolates can be sold or what am such an old customer of your company you can just see my Records Company has provided an Display to us like an Dumb-### we are complaining from last six months that our Display is not Working properly no response from last month We are been Calling the service engineers but no one visited since our refrigerator which is been given to us is not working What according to you we are such an ###### ok just bring this into consideration that if i didnt got a proper service within next week then i will see in my whole circle who will sell dairymilk products

                                  I have purchased two Dairy milk lickables from sapna stores, meenakshi mall, Bangalore. One of the product did not have the toy inside the pack. The batch number is P70424 B2. Manufactured date 24/04/17. The toy was missing and this is the first time we are trying the product and the experience is very disappointing. Never had this experience with the competitor (read kinder joy) product

                                  The day i bought chocolate from MK ahmed store in hsr layout 560102, bangalore i.e dairy milk 54g i opened it at the same time and found it to be so gluey and slimy with some abnormal white lill ball like things was seen. date of expiry was fine too. it tasted bad too. please do something as soon as possible now i am afraid to buy any dairy milk

                                    Subject: Sub standard quality cadbury chocolate from Nilgiris
                                    Dear Sir

                                    I went to Nilgiris store at C P Ramaswamy Road Alwarpet Chennai and purchased a cadbury Bournville rich cocoa 50% dark chocolate for rs 45. I picked up the chocolate from their general shelf as they do not have a refrigerator for cadburys chocolate. Its batch no is 170218B pkd on 02/17.

                                    I brought it home in my airconditioned car. hen I opened the chocolate, it had completely melted away and was not solid and edible.

                                    Kindly ensure your chocolates are stored inside a refrigerator and sold in a solid and edible form in the future.

                                        Dear cadbury, your customer care is so horrible that they have taken almost a month to resolve an issue.

                                        I had purchased bornvita refill pack from a reputed store online in april (Bill available) i found that there is rava mixed in the pack which is food adulteration. I immediately called your cc and told the issue but first time on 7th april the cc din register the complaint.. Again when called on 12th for followup the issue was registered.

                                        Now till date your executive has not turned up to take the sample or to give a resolution of the same..

                                        Your customer care executive is doesn't have information of the postal address of head office and regional office.

                                        Let me know what you can do to resolve the issue or i[censored] want me to resolve it my self legally.
