I am a regular consumer of Cadbury Celebration products and often celebrate various occasions withy your products.

As I purchased chocolates from a local shop as soon as my little brother opened the wrapper we were shocked to see to worm in a chocolate. And you guys know we prefer this company because of the quality you maintain but now its the matter of trust. This incident made me think that in future should I need to buy your products or not.

Dear Production Department,

I received a pack of 100 dairy milk chocolates as a gift from my office on occasion of company founder day. As I took one chocolate out of the pack to consume, I noticed that there was foul smell emitted from it. I tried another the same happened.

My wife opened Silk Chocolate Cadbury gifted by her student today. To our surprise, we found that the chocolate was partly eaten.

I am attaching the pictures with the complaint. Request you to be please be careful in future. I feel that it has been eaten by a mouse.

I had purchased this DairyMilk on 1/1/2017 and had fungus on it signing health hazard to the customer. I request you to look over to the matter and try to reduce hazards to other customers(especially kids).

I purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Crackle Chocolate from Spar Hypermarket, MG Road, Gurgaon on 22.12.2016. While eating the chocolate i felt something hard and sharp in my mouth which actually came out to be a plastic piece of significant size.
