I have placed stock for my supermarket still now i didn't recieved any stocks.. from cake point chennai

Helllo my name is Hussain. I own a shop name huda kirana and gernal store. At banu manzil, dr. Ambedkar road kalyan (w), thane, Maharastra 421301. From 6 month the Cadbury fridge not working. I have contact many times to saleman and distributor. But they are giving me only empty hope. The fridge is 10-12 years old. So i request you to change the fridge as soon as possible. In the summer season chocolate melt without fridge. So i am not able to sell any Cadbury product. Please solve this problem as early as possible.

Recently bought Dairy milk hazelnut, the chhocolate tastes good whereas the nuts in the chocolate taste wierd and bad, it tastes very bitter, nut looks old and oily, request you to take necessary action and support against the same

Our store is a 23 yrs old store since the yr 2000,
I want to complain that the Distributor of cadbury in our city has withdrawn our cooler as we were late in making the due payments for our products back in 2022, they withdrew the cooler and gave to another store in our near area only, but is billing the products under our name till this date ...we always paid the due on time but that month our sales were bit down so we couldn't pay it on time... their delivery van oftens mistakes our store to be the store where they gave to cooler and come here for delivery. i want to stop this illegal billing and want to register for a new cooler

I bought a Cadbury celebrations of worth 100 rs . when i opened it i found two spoiled dairy milk chocolates with fungus mould on it . Both chocolates were bitter in taste also . So i request to refund or replace the product as soon as possible. Thank you

I have purchased 2 Cadbury Dairy milk Fruit and Nut chocolates last week. Both are in bad condition and filled with fungus. Badly smelling also.
Expiry date is also far.

This complaint is against Vishal Agencies, cinema road, dilezakpur, Gorakhpur, I am a retailer in taramandal area of Gorakhpur, distributor refused to supply the stock of cadbury at my shop. I request you to take better action against the retailer.

It is very disappointing that I am getting stale chocolate From Cadburys / Mondelez (though date is within shelf life) but the flavor is pathetic as old nuts/stale have been used. I anyways will not purchase any Cadburys Products now but this is disgusting that you are playing with innocent people by selling stale Products. I purchased 2 Diary Milk Silk-Roasted Almond this Sunday(8th Jan'23) and after a bite, immediately it was choking my throat with stale flavor and smell. This is second instance that happened in last 2 months.

This is a Jumbo pack and we have received a biscuit with no cream in it.
Attached are the pictures for reference. There were offered to a person and it was very bad impression while receiving the feedback due to non cream biscuit found while having it.

Request to share the reason and solution for this same....

I bought a Cadbury Celebrations worth ₹100 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. When I opened its Dairy Milk bar, It was looking rotten. It was a spoiled and decomposed bar. Full of fungus. It tasted like trash. It's expiry date (JUNE 2023) wasn't even passed yet. I want compensation of this fraud done by the company or I will file a lawsuit against Cadbury in Ranchi Highcourt, My Brother is an advocate.

Very bad pathetic taste of chocolate.
Oil coming out of chocolate.
Wrapper was sealed, but inside paper was drenched with oil.
Stomach ache after eating.

All cadbuary are spoilled with black spots on it not even able to consume.its expriry date is in 2023 still its damaged now only.Atealst cadbuary celebration has its own brand.very disappointing to see not only 1 but other cadbuaroes are also with black spots on it .

I purchased Celebration box in Agra. All the chocolates in the box are powdery and decomposed. All are discoloured with white marks.

Recently, i purchased silk chocolate from nearby store. When I opened chocolate cover it smelled so bad. Even taste so bad. It tasted like oil and bitter. I see holes on chocolate and white layer is formed. Please resolve my issue.

I bought a Cadbury Silk Oreo (Red Velvet) for 175 rupees; it smells and tastes like ###. I read about it on the internet that it is supposed to smell bad, but why does it taste spoilt? It was supposed to get expired on 12/08/2023, and I bought it on 22/11/2022.
Is it a joke so many CUSTOMERs have to delt with this same issue, which is not good.

I am Laxmi, today (16/11/2022) I purchased a Cadbury Fuse 45g chocolate bar from nearby More Supermarket located in Jayamahal Extension, Bengaluru, India.

The chocolate looked completely fine with the packaging. However, once I unwrapped the chocolate bar I found a dead worm inside the wrapper I was completely shocked and opened it further to inspect and found a web sort of thing at the ends of the chocolate bar.
I am completely disappointed, as a long-term customer of Cadbury. Requesting a refund for the purchased defective product. For any additional information required, please contact me via email.

As there are many consumers who trust the brand with the long-built reputation of its products. Hoping that the company looks into this matter and inspects the products before distributing them to the store for consumer purchase.
