I purchased a bar of chocolate (80 grams Cranberry flavour cowting 100rs) on 28th March 2023 from a nearby mall. However never experienced that i end up opening a bad quality chocolate and that too looked less than a complete bar. This is not just acceptable. Have even tried calling their Helpline number, but just no response and the call drops.

Net wt. given of Cadbury's Fruit&Nut chocolate bar written as 36 g but size of bar has reduced considerably within a matter of weeks. Cadbury India is keeping the earlier 45g sachet size for individual bars but the current bar size and weight is suspect. FSSAI License No. [protected] / [protected] needs to be suspended immediately for fraud and misleading sachet sizes. Stern action resulting in fine/jail needs to be taken against asap against Cadbury and its parent company Mondelez India for fraud and misleading customers.

Helllo my name is Hussain. I own a shop name huda kirana and gernal store. At banu manzil, dr. Ambedkar road kalyan (w), thane, Maharastra 421301. From 6 month the Cadbury fridge not working. I have contact many times to saleman and distributor. But they are giving me only empty hope. The fridge is 10-12 years old. So i request you to change the fridge as soon as possible. In the summer season chocolate melt without fridge. So i am not able to sell any Cadbury product. Please solve this problem as early as possible.

I want to complain that the Distributor of cadbury in our city has withdrawn our cooler as we were late in making the due payments for our products back in 2022, they withdrew the cooler and gave to another store in our near area only, but is billing the products under our name till this date ...we always paid the due on time but that month our sales were bit down so we couldn't pay it on time... their delivery van oftens mistakes our store to be the store where they gave to cooler and come here for delivery. i want to stop this illegal billing and want to register for a new cooler

It is very disappointing that I am getting stale chocolate From Cadburys / Mondelez (though date is within shelf life) but the flavor is pathetic as old nuts/stale have been used. I anyways will not purchase any Cadburys Products now but this is disgusting that you are playing with innocent people by selling stale Products. I purchased 2 Diary Milk Silk-Roasted Almond this Sunday(8th Jan'23) and after a bite, immediately it was choking my throat with stale flavor and smell. This is second instance that happened in last 2 months.

This is a Jumbo pack and we have received a biscuit with no cream in it.
Attached are the pictures for reference. There were offered to a person and it was very bad impression while receiving the feedback due to non cream biscuit found while having it.

I bought a Cadbury Celebrations worth ₹100 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. When I opened its Dairy Milk bar, It was looking rotten. It was a spoiled and decomposed bar. Full of fungus. It tasted like trash. It's expiry date (JUNE 2023) wasn't even passed yet. I want compensation of this fraud done by the company or I will file a lawsuit against Cadbury in Ranchi Highcourt, My Brother is an advocate.
