        The white wrapper was completely drenched with oil and the taste of the chocolate was horrible. This happened with many dairy milk silk chocolates

          Dear sir we are authorized cadbury distributor from humnabad bidar district karnataka we are not getting the chocolates from ur side...from last 6 months...ur depo is in hydrabad they are selling the chocolates there only. Then what is the use of distributor...I want to resolve the issue

            Respected Cadbury India
            On 12th of September 2022 I bought a packet of celebration and where I was given a dairy milk. When I opened it up i was upset to see the white layers on it and the condition was not at all good. It is totally unsatisfying that being one of the best companies of the world few products of yours are getting damaged due to packaging or some other kind of issues. We are not so rich to buy Cadbury all the time. Kindly do the needful. I am attaching the photos too below. It would be great if you kindly help me out in this situation. I have high expectations from Cadbury India.

              I bought a Cadbury dairy milk silk and it's printed expiry date is February, 2023. Today (12th September, 2022) when I teared the plastic wrap, a foul smell came out. Then I saw the chocolate and it was covered with fungus.
              I believe this happened because of negligence during packaging. This is unacceptable, I didn't expect this kind of negligence from Cadbury India.

                    This is my 3 time to find fungi on dairy milk silk chocolate. First I thought it is the white layer that they have mentioned on the package and had few pieces but later I found it is actual fungus on it. It is extremely disappointing to get a molded product. It's expire is "next year".
                    It is not my first time though, during Rakshabandhan I bought a cadbury celebration box, every single chocolate in it was molded and was consumed by my 12 year old brother. Later in the month, I was gifted 2 more silk chocolates and both had fungus on it.
                    It was shameful that such a big company put out such products in market. Hoping for a follow-up and compensation for the inconveniences caused or expect complaint in legal forums.

                          Cadbury chocobakes

                          Wish to complain about my recent purchase of Cadbury chococakes brand. I purchased 22 packets of this brand for distribution. This was purchased from Haikosupermarket, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India .
                          Not only am I disappointed but I am shocked at the turn of events.
                          Instead of getting what we purchased we have received 4 packets which were tampered in some way or the other.

                          I purchased temptations almond retreat and got a half and deformed chocolate inside and it look unhygienic too. This had happened twice. If you can't maintain the quality then simply don't sell it. Its my hard earned money.

                            When i eat that chocolate i feel some different type taste and smell before buying only i checked date and everything. But when i eat it it was not good i opened complete pack of the chocolate i same small white dots on that and smell dots on that like fungus

                              I got cadbury celeberation and 1st chocolate i opend silk it had a very worst odor it stale or smell as if it has some kind of chemical or petrol etc plz change it as its not fit for consumption

                                  I got chocolate 3 days ago and kept it in the freezer and forgot about it. But after 3 days i noticed a strange smell of petrol Or kerosene and found out that it was coming from the packet of dairy milk silk oreo. It's wrapper and foil was completely drenched in oil. The chocolate is also not at all cheap at it was a 175₹ chocolate, and when you give so much money, you have the expectation of a good quality product.

                                    I opened my Cadbury 5 star, just to find chocolate bar covered with white dots all over and patches of dark brown colour on some parts. There is no expiry date or manufacturing date mentioned on the packet.

                                      I purchased a dairymilk chocolate which is expired by the quality but the chocolate is under expiry date...the expiry date is 02/23. My daughter was about to eat...but I stopped her...
