I bought a 6 piece chocobakes of cadbury. But upon opening the pack only 5 pieces were found inside.

Complaint was made and their customer service executive says, i will come and give you the 1 piece missing, but they refuse to provide an email acknowledging that they made this error and that they will take measures to prevent such in the future.

But they are refusing to acknowledge the problem officially.

It seems that there could be a larger problem at hand and they dont want to accept.

        I have brought five star chocolates from a shop near to my house for my kid, and i have noticed that the product is full of insects on it. I feel very depressed a lot. The cadbury firm should bare my mental agony. Now a days big firms are playing with people health, if we have ate these in a dark place, we wouldn’t have noticed it. It can lead to the health hazard, i think my government will take a quick action against the firm mondelez india foods (Cadbury india)

          I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and anger regarding a recurring issue with your products. I have encountered fungus on multiple occasions in Cadbury chocolate bars, including the most recent one. Initially, I tried to overlook this problem by disposing of the affected bars. However, it has reached a point where nearly every 5 Star product I purchase is defective due to the presence of fungus.

            Chocolates were spoilt. They had whitish layer on them and the texture didn't seem fit to be consumed. This is very disappointing! Almost every time this happens with me. I used to be very fond of Cadbury dairy milk but the continuous disappointment has developed an aversion from my side.

              I have bought a cadbury bournville chocolate worth 100 rupees but half of the chocolate bar is missing i have dissatisfied so much as this seems to be frequent when buying cadbury products so i want to file a complaint

                I have received cadbury celebration pack from my brother. All of the dairymilk cadbury were having fungus ok it which can be seen with naked eyes. It was really disgusting to see ani so shameful of dairymilk to provide this type of service. I want compensation on this that's it. Otherwise I'm seriously going to take strict actions against cadbury

                  Today I took out the Cadbury Bournvita pack that I bought this year, when I opened the pack I saw it turned solid. I noticed that the expiry date was not there on the pack. I took out the solid bournvita and I saw some part of the bournvita turned white. It surely is something other than the contents of Cadbury bournvita as the white part was looking like powder. It's so unhygienic, It seems like the bournvita gets fungus or other.
                  I just want to know about the white powder that came on the product, I want the answer that what this white powder is? And where did it came from?

                      What is the hell is going on here? I bought some ₹20 Dairy Milk chocolates and found it was completely infested with Fungus! These chocolates are not even expired, for god's sake! This isn't even the first complaint someone has posted on CONSUMER COMPLAINTS about the dairy milk product, and all this times, they respond with "please CONTACT us with this email for further information" like anybody gives to ###! This is a [censored] company.

                            I totally wast my 185 rupees on this ... it smells so bad like rotten food and the taste was disgusting.. not accept from Cadbury to sell these sort of things. Its smell and taste was able to bring gag reflex to any person

                                I bought 5 star from near by store on 09/09/2023 and it was fully spoiled with fungi. The whole batch has same effect and doesn't reach its expire date. cadbury is a world wide company with many customers and this drawback was never expected. unknowingly some of them has consumed sometimes it may effect their health condition.
                                i need a good solution for this complaint and the company should be responsible for the problem.this complaint can be informative for others who face problem.

                                  I Bought a Cadbury celebrations Pack of INR. 100/- on 28/08/2023 from the local shops. Packet was fully sealed. But when I open one Cadbury diary milk chocolate then I was shocked some white bubbles are showing on its surface in all chocolate excluding Cadbury Gems. In this pack mention MSg date May 2023 and Expiry date Jan 2024 and Pack was sealed, So, It was not a expired product which I bought. I request you kindly take some stong action against them and refund the full money .

                                    I had ordered a gift hamper on the occasion of rakhi for my sister. When the delivery person came for delivering the package, by seeing the package it was clear that something was wrong. Hence I made a unboxing video of the package which clearly shows that the order was partial not the full order. Hence I dropped a mail to them on 22nd August, 23rd August, 29th August for my issue. Also not only this I also used to call them everyday on their toll free number & those people were just saying that they have sent a mail to *JOY DELIVERIES* Team.
                                    Not only this the quality of photoframe was very very bad and that is not for what we pay them for.

                                      I purchased Cadbury twice from a local store and found it having a foul oily smell. When I showed it to the store they upfront declined saying the Cadbury has any foul smell. I have handed over the two Cadbury to the store and asked them to show it to the distributor.

                                        Dear Team,
                                        On 20th Aug 2023 we had placed an order (Number[protected] on the website www.cadburygifting.in and paid on the PayU UPI link of Prestige Pursuits Private Limited for the amount Rs 680 (UPI ID cadburygifting.[protected]@indus) via my UPI ID [protected]@paytm.

                                        The goods were sent thru courier arrangement of Cadbury which was DTDC with tracking number X45085131. On 22 Aug 2023 the status is shown as delivered by the courier website, however the good were not recived at my address B 261 Yojana Vihar Delhi. The complaint was raised with the courier company and Cadbury via links provided on their portal.

                                        Cadbury has not responded to my request in any form.

                                        DTDC has closed my Tickets #8898627 and #8898570 stating that these are Fake Update Issues.

                                        My good are not delivered till date 23 Aug 2023 4 PM and there is no way to track any of my shipment or queries

                                        Kindly get me a resolution on the same .
