The quality of "cadbbury silk" purchased was very poor condition. This is obviously because of improper handling. The chocolate was flattened and all the butter had leaked out of the packing.
The vendor (Kaushik general stores) has claimed the amount and deprived me of the chocolate.
I have the copy of the sale and will take this to consumer court.

The vendor also could not provide me with an invoice and have received the bill on a cash memo. I have made him write his vat number on the same. I have attached it along with this complaint.
The amount of rs.65 is small but has caused me tremendous stress and i refuse to eat defective choclate that i have paid for.
This is a matter of ethics and our country needs to understand and adhere to the basic priciples of business.
Treat as urgent and serious.

For the Retailer Shops, one side Margins are very less & other side, Display boxes are not being provided for months together while it should be available from day one... Company is lacking very seriously in supporting Retailers

    Bad quality dairy milk cadbury

    I purchased a cadbury dairy milk yesterday of rs89 on 25th june, 2016 with. I am also attaching several images where you can also find the details of the packet from the barcode. The product, when i took out from the packet was not in full shape of a rectangle. Also with it there were many white pores all over the body of the product.

    i'm very upset for this poor quality product...

    I purchased a cadbury bounville cranberry (50%) flavour worth 99 rs manufactured 4/16, thus it hasnt crossed the expiry date, but on opening the wrapping i found it to be decayed with holes inside it and half in quantity, with a foul odour!
    This is ridiculous.. My child could have consumed the chocolate and fallen seriously ill. This is utterly unaccepatble.

      I purchased a cadbury dairy milk silk bubby worth rs 70.

      The product was packed in february 2016 and reads that best before 9 months from packaging. Hence, the product had not expired.

      Product was taken out from a freezer but as soon as i opened it, there was oil all over it and the chocolate smelled like a dead animal.

      I have been calling various customer care numbers, truecaller shows them to be valid but I my network provider shows then to be invalid.

      There is no customer redressal system in this company and it is highly disappointing.

      I want compensation for the wrong which has been caused to me.

        Two roast almond packs each of 137g were bought from one of the stores in defence colony, delhi but on opening found that at some stage between leaving your factory and me buying it, the chocolate had melted and been frozen again. You need to ensure that transportation and storage is done in cool temperature.
        Let me know how you propose to compensate me and assure me that next time i buy cadbury that it had not melted and frozen.

          I found the left overs of a used ciggerette inside the cadburys dairy milk packet worth 25rs.

          I had and still hv severe vomiting, dizziness and ill health aftr consuming it.

          I had notified the company but no action taken other than delivering another chocolate through their sales man in kochi.

          I want justice fr the ill health caused and action against production of cadburys dairy milk choclate.

            Hi, i purchased a cadbury dairy milk today on 10th june, 2016 with. I am also attaching several images where you can also find the details of the packet from the barcode. The product, when i took out from the packet was not in full shape of a rectangle. Also with it there were many white pores all over the body of the product. I am certainly not an expert to judge whether it is fungus or germ but the look itself is preventing me from consuming it.

            I purchased the product from a bhuj at shop near r. T. O. There wasnt any delay between purchasing and opening the packet - hence i didnt mishandle the product. So i guess there is some problem in the product itself.

            We are purchasing this branded product from many year and we are putting our trusts on it, what happens when we eat this type of harmfull product or when we are giving this product to our kids. This thing must be stopped and caudbury india must have to make proper testing of this type of edible product before doing the marketing of the same.

            Also this is the responsibility of food agency testing the product on the behalf of government they must take care of this type of things happening specially after the incident of maggie india and some other noodle co. Please there should be any proper steps in respect of this comlaint as soon as possible.

              I have opened new retail shop (Ma shakti shoprite) in vadodara. While giving first order, self have asked to provide display box and some advertize materials to make good display but really surprising by seeing yr sales person's response. They say lead time of 15/20 days for display box and 7/8months for small refrigerator. Being a reputed company, needless to mention the need of proper display of products in shop and company is spending huge money on advertise then also mtls is not avlble (Ultimately, it reflects company's image). It is really lethargic ness / sleepiness of your concerns in this area (Waghodia ring road, vadodara). Now a days govt depts are working faster and private company's system is becoming handicapped whatever may be the reason. Please tighten your belt till the stage of retailer shops, as loose system of a company gives the opportunity to grow yr competitors.

                  I had received a mail two weeks ago with reference to my complaint of a spoilt Cadbury Glow stating that your Sales Officer would come to collect the product for examination. I am sorry to say that even after 10 days of sending the details you required, no Sales Officer has visited to collect the very expensive product worth Rs.650. At this rate, I am truly beginning to question the worth of Cadbury's products. I am also very dissapointed at the lack of response when I try to contact your Customer Care Service. This is certainly not what is expected from a company such as yours. One would expect you to hold all your customers in high regard so this is extremely disheartening.

                  I expect this problem to be resolved immediately or I would be forced to take up serious action.

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    This is to bring to your kind attention that i didnt find the quality of cadbury's dairy milk as per the standard one.
                    I brought dairy milk from a local shop at nasik and found it brittle. As i opened the wrapper the whole bar was broken and the taste was also very gritty. It was not broken due to any external pressure but was actually brittle in nature. It was not the case for only one bar but we faced the same for other consecutive five bars.
                    I am a die hard cadbury lover and got very much disheartened by the descending quality of the chocolate from cadbury's.
                    Would appreciate if you look into the matter and revert accordingly.

                      I purchased the product from a vending machine in infosys ltd, pune (My employer) so i dont have any invoice of the product. There wasnt any delay between purchasing and opening the packet - hence i didnt mishandle the product. So i guess there is some problem in the product itself. Please analyse the product from the images attached and let me know if it is safe to consume or to destroy it.

                        I bought Cadbury Glow paying 650, to my notice there was alot of white fungus like patches and the chocolate was kind of dried out and powdery.                         Cadbury India — Warm inside the chocolate

                        I have found a worm in cadbury silk chocolate. it was alive and i was about to have it. see what hell you are producing its about our health. who is responsible for it? i will never have it in my life and suggest the same to other.

                        I was recently checking the ingredients in cadbury silk and I found out something like E322 WRITTEN on it so I checked it on net it meant egg yolk so this means that the chocolate contains egg then why they have put a green dot on it?

                          My monthly retail market is more than 30, 000/- of cadbury products.

                          I’m facing some issues with chocolate cooler from last 6 months.

                          I’m literally feed up of complaining to the salesman regarding the same.

                          I bought a Cadbury Temptation, when I open the packet I saw there are maggots & worms inside.MFG date was 06/15 & best before 9 months from packed, still not expired.

                          I bought a Cadbury Crackle chocolate from my local store in bhawanipur. It was fake and rotten. the wrapper was very thin and their was no manufacturing date batch number etc. the chocolate itself was very powdery and bad tasting.

                            I have purchased the bottle of tang having 4 small Rs 30 packet. After consuming 2 packets which did not had any issues, the third packet i opened and after preparing the drink with water and tang orange in the free bottle provided with the tang. I noticed the taste was not sweet at all and was bit sour and bitter. Then i looked onto the bottle one small cockroach was floating there. I realized that this packet was having thid cockroach which affected its taste .

                            today i purchased dairy milk choclate and also ate 2 pieces but then opening it completely found that the choclate have fungus also have insect inside also have captured images.
                            I have purchased the dairy milk chocolate today and fund insect in it, also the chocolate is fungus due to it.

                              Today and yesterday i bought two dairy milk silk and i opened the wraper then i found the paper wraper was already soaked in oil and when i saw the chocolate that was covered in oil like sticky substance. It happened in both chocolate. And its really very disappointing
                              I wasted 130rs for two choclates
                              I hope you will reply asap and solve this issue and also take some action to refund my money

                              I buyed a total of 3 chocolates of worth rs 80 each..and among that one of them's rapper was soaked in oil when I opened it, it was really awful and bitter in taste, it was a waste of money thou didn't expected this from Carbury

                                I bought one cadbury crackle chocolate worth rs 40.
                                As i opened the raper i found it with full of weird kind of insects i really got disappointed with that.
                                I clicked some pictures also for proof and really disappointed with this incident.
                                We spend dat money fr some amount of good chocolate and v dont deserve insects in return.badly unhappy
                                I find alrdy products costly stil v spend to enjoy bt nt with insects

                                I have recently purchase cadbury dairy milk choclate but during checking for expiry, i found no coding on pack and not mention batch no and pkd.
                                I complain the same on their mail id but they give no amswer on my compliant. I think this compang doing fraud business in india. I also have proof of the complaint by retening packet and mail copy.
                                The chocolate was not good to eat as its taste was not right n it seems to be rotten
                                I had bought cadbury silk chocolate (gift size) worth INR 300 from a nearby shop. It was well within the best use date. When I opened and tasted it after a couple of days it was not good. It seemed that it was already rotten and not good to eat.I have gone back to the shopkeeper to replace it but he didnot replace it.
