    Hello, I purchased a normal dairy milk chocolate from a normal general store today. It was worth ₹135. It seemed normal until I opened the packet, the quality of which seemed so poor, it probed me to check the manufacturing and expiry date. As the attachment says, it was packed on November 2015 and as the description says it lasts for about 12 months. But the product that I received today was gross. Pardon my launguage, but that's how bad it was. It looked ugly and tasted even bad. I had to throw away the chocolate. The only reason why I kept it for more than 5 minutes was to send you guys a mail. I've attached images of how it appeared to be. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make you taste it. I really love chocolates and dairy milk has always been the first priority among chocolates. I certainly didn't expect a product of this level of deterioration. Either use stuff that does nothing but atleast increases the shelf life of your product. I've got acquainted with a similar problem earlier too, but that time it tasted fine. Now, I felt like puking. This has surely left a bitter experience. Please look into this and make sure you maintain your standards and don't provide such items to consumers. Cadbury is a huge brand and I don't think anyone should tolerate such negligence over quality. Thanks

      I purchased 2 Cadbury Dairymilk(Rs25 each) from Karol Bagh, Delhi on 20-Feb-2016.

      When I opened one packet, I noticed the surface of the chocolate was very grainy with faded color. The chocolate itself was distorted and broken into pieces. See attached images.

      Even after almost 1 and half month, there is no response from Cadbury(or Mondelez India Foods).

          I bought a celebration pack this week and when I opened a medium size dairy milk, I found that the chocolate is rotten with its colour changed to light brown. 100% of the chocolate is converted into chocolate powder. Even the other chocolates of the pack are of the same condition. I am not sure what is the reason for this but I would definitely not consider it as healthy to eat. I request an answer from Mondelez India Foods about their quality check and the reason behind this. Please reach out to me as soon as possibel on the below mentioned no.

            I would like to bring to your notice that a Cadbury Temptations Rum Raisin Chocolate bar manufactured by your company with the Code T50810 and manufacturing date of 08/15 was opened by my sister along with my family; my father and mother ate a few pieces also. When the bar was passed to me, I discovered the surface of the chocolate to be weird and unusual, which raised suspicion. To our utter horror, we soon saw a worm crawling on it. It was a terrifying experience; especially for people like my sister and I who have grown up eating chocolate bars from Cadbury. I don't think we will be able to do that anymore.

            I would like you to note that the aforementioned chocolate bar is said to be best before 9 months from manufacture; so if your 'best' chocolate bars come along worms even when they are within the safe period, it is very concerning; not only for you but for your loyal consumers as well.

            I would be highly obliged if you would look into the matter and do the needful; to ensure that the concerned matter does not come into the attention of others and mortifes them equally. I look forward to your quick response and cooperation.

              I bought dairy milk fruit and nut today and it was containing insects. It is very shameful on part of cadbury that the product i am using from so long are filled with insects, as can be seen in the attached file.                 I bought a cadbury silk bubbly and it was not consumable. it was stinking, spoil and giving very bad smell though it had not yet expired but was not in consumable state. after tasting it I felt like vomiting .

                      The composition of ingredients given per 100 g is incorrect . Carbohydrates is given 96g and protein is given 7.6 g and fats 2g . This adds to a total of 105.6g. Thus some information is given wrong. It should be brought under consideration for proper action by the food and drug controller of India against such a blunder.                                   This is to inform you that I have purchased a box (54 pcs.) of your above mentioned product (Five Star Wt.: 10.1 gm) Three days back i.e. on 08/02/16 from M/S Kailash Stores (Owner: Mr. Pinky); Moti Nagar which has a printed packing date of 12/15, the product is tasteless, stale and of Sub-Standard, the seller has given me a replacement but you are requested to get the samples (returned back) tested, analyzed & then revert back to me with the report giving the reason of Why, the Quality of such a reputed company’s product has gone to such low standards.

                                    I brought a cadbury worth rupees 10 rupees on 11th febuary 2016 and i found that the bar was contaminated with fungus! this is not the first time this has happened but now that it happened the fifth time i am compelled to submit a complain about it, From a company like Cadbury to receive such products this is very disappointing, Kindly solve the problem and bring a satisfactory solution.

                                      My name is Deepti Jadhav and my contact number is [protected]. Today on 06/02/2016 one gust cam to my house and gifted my daughter with Cadbury "Fruit n Nut". when my daughter opened it, she was frightened to see that there are two worms in that cadbury when looked from bakside. It is very disgusting to see all this **** happenning with reputed brand like Cadbury... It is just like playing with lives of people... It is very dangerous an needs to be addressed on priority.. More interesting thing is that date of manufacturing is 06/15 and cadbury claims shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing...
