I bought dairy milk fruit and nut today and it was containing insects. It is very shameful on part of cadbury that the product i am using from so long are filled with insects, as can be seen in the attached file. The health of people and small children are going to affect very badly with these kind of products. Some action need to be taken against them.

    I bought a cadbury silk bubbly and it was not consumable. it was stinking, spoil and giving very bad smell though it had not yet expired but was not in consumable state. after tasting it I felt like vomiting .
    This is highly disappointing and shameful on the part of such an esteemed company for whom we had.blind trust .

      this is highly disappointing and shameful on the part of such an esteemed company. i expected an active response since the company is so named but was highly disappointed. all i expected was a positive response from mondelez india foods but i got none.

          The composition of ingredients given per 100 g is incorrect . Carbohydrates is given 96g and protein is given 7.6 g and fats 2g . This adds to a total of 105.6g. Thus some information is given wrong. It should be brought under consideration for proper action by the food and drug controller of India against such a blunder. We hope that the correction is done as early as possible. Thank you in advance.

                I bought a celebration pack this week and when I opened a medium size dairy milk, I found that the chocolate is rotten with its colour changed to light brown. 25% of the chocolate is converted into chocolate powder. I am not sure what is the reason for this but I would definitely not consider it as healthy to eat. I need an answer from Mondelez India Foods about their quality check and the reason behind this.                   I bought dairy milk Silk from Delhi city, and found it to be infected with worms and fungi. I want strict action against it also I will refer the case to consumer court India.

Today on 06/02/2016 one gust cam to my house and gifted my daughter with Cadbury "Fruit n Nut". when my daughter opened it, she was frightened to see that there are two worms in that cadbury when looked from bakside. It is very disgusting to see all this **** happenning with reputed brand like Cadbury... It is just like playing with lives of people... It is very dangerous an needs to be addressed on priority.. More interesting thing is that date of manufacturing is 06/15 and cadbury claims shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing...

                              Yesterday i.e on 2nd of feb 2016 i bought a cadbury dairymilk of rs 25. though money is never a concern but i found disgusting reason to complain about. After giving it to my cousin, she complained me about foul smell from the cadbury. When I saw it, it was already broken in pieces and had fungus all over. I am very particular about the packaging date and expiry date. So I always check it before buying. The packaging was 08/2015. And the code written here is- K50828. I really expect to look at the complains. I have just gone through this forum and saw many complains same as mine. Is cadbury compromising with its quality?

                                My name is vishal oswal. I brought bournvita from D mart in pune on 6th of dec 2015. Today I found worms & fungus in bournvita pack & it was really very scary to see that. I have been drinking the same pack of bournvita since last more than a month now & to find it now itz really health threatening.
                                Itz really disappointing to find such a thing in a brand like cadbury. I have taken pics for the same which i would like to share on social media websites & all the other available resource. I would really like to lodge a complaint about cadbury about it. I have also complaint on the toll free number for cadbury about the same but i dont think they have really taken my complaint seriously.
                                So i request on this forum to take it seriously as itz something really serious as most of the families prefer bournvita but this kind of instance will surely not help anyone o[censored]s.

                                  The glorious day of 26th January is also celebrated as my Father-In-Law’s Birthday.
                                  On the very same day I had been to Sehekari Bhandar ( at Agar Bazar, Mumbai) to purchase some products of Cadbury.I came across Cadbury Celebrations packets and picked up 11 boxes to be given to guests who were home for celebrations.And let me mention, I am extremely particular with the manufacturing and expiry dates.Only after consideration of the same, the chocolates were purchased.To much of my surprise, little did I know that that experience would turn out to be the worst.I distributed the boxes to each of my guest and to my shock I realised the next day that the boxes were loaded with white powder and the chocolates were covered with fungus.Personally, mine as well as my families health has been affected after eating the same apart from the embarrassment that we have faced after giving our guests these ‘esteemed products’ as a ‘return gift’.Im sure the same would have been the case with every guest of mine after eating these chocolates.
                                  It is shocking and disturbing to know that the services of Cabdury has dropped to such new levels.
                                  I strongly put forth this matter ahead.
                                  I need a clarification and compensation for the ill effects of eating these chocolates on my families health as well as my guests, the embarrassment that I had to face in front of all my guests, the time I have wasted in running for compensating to my guest, the time I have wasted in purchasing and trying to seek clarification from the place where I have purchased the same.

                                    I bought a dairy milk gift pack containing 1 dairy milk chocolates and 1gems & 2 five stars in it. When I opened the dairy milk pack it was fungal infected and having powdery surface with a very bad taste.
                                    The manufacturing date on pack is 8/15.
                                    Such poor quality is not expected from a reputed brand like cadbury.
                                    Thank god that I have not given it to my baby. i will never buy any Cadbury product in future and tell my friends and family to do the so.

                                    Its been a month but no one is bother to contact me after putting 4-5 mails.
                                    What a waste!!

                                      I bought Cadbury fruitnNut silk. in which i found plastic in between the Chocolate when i bit to eat that. I need compensation for that.
