Yesterday, on 13th November, 2015, I bought Cadbury Celebration Pack, to my notice there was alot of white fungus like patches and the chocolate was kind of dried out and powdery. It looked like an expired one but the expiry date is May 2016. I called on your toll free number [protected] 4-5 times but it is out of coverage area. Its really disappointing to see such damaged chocolates from such a renowned company...!!! This is a serious issue as we consume this product frequently. I am planning to send this cadbury sample and file complaint with " Food Safety and Standards Authority of India". Hope you people would take a serious action about it...!!!

I had purchased rich dry fruit box of 600 bugs from dadar west. By the chocolates within the container were not fresh, the butterscotch ones were completely melted & almonds were not fresh Aral. Had not expected such kind of quality from Cadbury

Two days back i have bought a 10 rs cadbury dairy milk chocolate. When i opened its cover it has spoiled. then after i saw the expiry date, which is not yet over that means the chocolate is spoiled before the expiry date. I want perfect solution for this. Hi, I purchased 1 cadbury fruit n worth rs 40. when i opened it at home, one of the corners is black dark in colour looking as spoilt and un healthy. When i informed this to shopkeeper he refused to take it back saying we get it from the company in this condition only. I am thinking to file complaint with Food & drug safety. It looked like an expired one but the manufacturing date was on Jan 2015. Its really disappointing to see such damaged chocolates from cadburys, as its the only dairy product which I love. It has happened many times before but I never did complain about . But this is serious concern as alot children consume this product daily, I expect to hear from some one on this product quality since i am sure that there has been utmost care taken by the RND team for sustaining the product for a longer duration, Hope you people would take a serious action about it. thank you!!

The Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Carmello chocolate cost Rs 70. I have purchased from M/s Amrit Provision Stores, Lanka, Varanasi U.P. 221005. When I open the packet that a person can't eat. It seems it is duplicate or made up of poor material. I have not eaten even a single peace. I have already complaint in toll free no. but no response till date. It's code no. is 150203 C2. It is packed on February, 2015, it is not expiry yet. Expiry is November, 2015.This was a shameful incident from a so called brand "Cadbury Dairy Milk". I am filing a complaint against Cadbury Dairy Milk.

I had bought Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, 60g, Code:[protected], from a bakery at the AXA building signal, BTM layout, Bangalore on 12/09/2015.. On coming home and opening it, I had 2 slices. On having the 3rd piece, I felt hair in my mouth. On removing the piece from my mouth, with a very disgusted feeling, I found a very thick and dark long hair. ( I have short hair). This feeling and sight of the hair in my mouth is disgusting and awful. Never expected this from a brand like cadbury.

Hi, I tried to contact Cadbury's customer care but the numbers given on the pack are not working. I am writing here regardless that such a good brand like Cadbury's is selling unsafe/ unhealthy product in good packaging . I had bought their product Dairy Milk Silk worth rs 275. Product code- F50120A. When we opened it the taste was like a toffee and oil smell was there. It was totally unsafe for kids. And it was not an 10 or 20 rupees chocolate it worth 275 rupees which is a huge amount for a chochlate like this.

I was purchase a dairy milk chocolate of rs. 5. i saw that there is white small spots there over the chocolate. its not a first experience . i think it was fifth time for me that i found. so please improve the quality of chocolate otherwise stop to sell it.

I bought Cadbury dairy milk chocolate on 28 August 2015. When it opened i found that chocolate is powered type. When I rub finger on chocolate, powder came out. The color of chocolate not like its actual Color. Manufactured date is Feb 2015 and best before date is 12 months from date of manufacturing.

Got Cadbury celebration as gift on raksha bandhan opened Cadbury dairy milk and found white patches and round bubbles on it and opened five star it also had powered white patches and bubbles. Manufactured date is 2 months before April 2015.

I bought a Cadbury Silk (160 g) on 1st september 2015 which was well within its expiry date, the pkg date which being feb, 15 and as stated on the wrapper it's best before 12 months from packaging. I would Consider this to be taken very seriously as it may have harmed the health and well being of my near and dear. I have an image taken as well of the perished product. Do take this complain Seriously.

Dear sir, I Was very fond of dairy milk chocolates but these days whenever i buy the small pack of dairy milk for me and my sister there's a small spot all over the chocolate which looks like fungus.i didn't kept it in the refrigerator whole day to check that I might get normal if it melts but there was no change. I am very much disappointed with the quality.please do look after it.

Sir i purchased cadbury silk the bigger one mrp 150/- from a local shop and when i opened the silk, i was shocked to see the fungal growth upon silk bar.. It was giving foul smell and terrible to look as it was covered with fungus.. The very moment i reached the shop keeper and he told he cant do anything in this as it was a company sealed product and could only be replaced by the company.. I m not interested in the refund or replacement kind of issue..i m just concerned about the company product the quality the brand name and the final product which the end user is getting.. I also posted pics on their facebook page through my wife id but they never bothered to offer any comment on the issue.. Sir i request your good body to go in to the depth of the matter as these kind of product can be an issue of threat to consumer health..

Today I found worms inside a cadbury Daily Milk. Manufactured Date:Sep/2014. Best before 12 months after manufacture. It was my fault that I'd already ate 1 chip of it without noticing. Why would I? Don't we had a trust for quality? Yeah, but that trust is no more. When I offered my friend, she took 1 chip and was doubtful if the chocolate was okay. Beacause there was white tiny spots all over the chips. It was fungus. I said her that "Don't worry, date is okay. Then she suddenly cried out loud "WORMS! WORMS!". I thought it was a joke. Well, anyone would. But she got real panic as it was on her hand. My other friend saw it and said "This is rediculus!". I was like- now everyone's gonna blame me because I was the person who brought this CADBURY DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE WORMS. To Cadbury- Keep breaking and oneday noones gonna like you.
