I purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk of just 10 rupees on 18 August 2015, it was packed on feb 2015, what i saw chocolate have some fungus, even it was smelling bad. I cant believe Cadbury is a reputed brand though product cost does not matter .

I bought a two cadbury dairy milk silk a last week 05th/08/2015. i was eating silk yesterday, the chocolate taste is not in good. and also i felt tat i've rotten chocolate. then just threw it in dustbin. then my friend suggest me tat "just sent what u faced with chocolate, they'll consider ur complain". that's why i register in your page. i request to ur company to refund to me. my no :[protected]

On 9/August/2015 I buyed a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Worth 60Rs. On 10/August/2015 I opened the pack and I saw that the chocolate had some type of fungus or something in it. Pkg. Day by day Cadbury is decreasing the size of the bar of its Dairy milk product. But if we go into the quality it is not at all maintained. So it is like they are taking more money for least quality product. It doesn't even test like chocolate any more. It has come in the range of Parle's Melody. Even it is better and cheaper. It seems Cadbury is not at all worried about maintaining their product quality. It has happened so many times that we get Dairy milk from someone on their birthdays and we literally have to throw it in the dustbin as it smells very bad and tests like clay. It is literally insult of the person who is giving us the chocolate. So either they should stop the product or else please try to maintain the quality of the product.

I have bought the dairy milk on 7/8/2015 on which i found the white spot on the dairy milk chocolate after searching on the internet i found that this spot are of fungus on chocolate .so i want to registered a complaint for the knowledge of food safety and cadbury company against the bad product in the market which can harm the human lives .

I purchased a bonvita little pack of 10 ruppes. Three times i found unwanted thing. 1st time i found a plastic thread just as bonvita colour, hardly anyone can recognize that., plastic thread. 2nd time i found a flies. 2 times i ignore this irrresponsible acts of cadbury.. But now i fed up .. This time found thread... N i attached the image below

I bought a whole pack of 10 chocolates of Cadbury dairy milk for my office. They were of July 15 batch only. To my surprise, all the chocolates were in bad state. To see them, it seems as if they have been packed long back. No one can eat them.

A reputed company can never afford to place such product in the market. It can ruin your company. I had never experienced such bad taste from Cadbury specially.

I bought a temptation chocolate as my stressbuster, as i had exam next day. But when i opened the pack it turned to more stress and depression because chocolate was wet and rotten. The pack was properly sealed when i bought. But it was sticky n wet on opening. I was shocked that i how it is wet. When i went to shopkeeper, i refused to take back opened chocolate n said it matter of company product.
N my exam time was wasted, money wasted, and spoiled my mood.

Look at the state and quality of product available in our markets. Dairy Milk silk (fruit & nut) which I bought on 25th July 2015 shows lots of white deposits on its surface. The chocolate didn’t yet reach the expiry date (still approx. 7 months to go). Code: 150222 Packed : 2/15 Mrp: 150 rp Assuming it to be some kind of fungal infection, the chocolate is not fit to consume. I ask an explanation for this. The packaged food products quality in our country seems to be degrading day by day. This poor quality of package products seems compelling & guiding our burning hearts to come out in rage. Kindly explain what's this and how could this happen? Nobody can consume this even if given free of cost. What are we paying so much for, if the quality check is not happening? Check attached pictures. The product is still with us. Request you to see to this complaint asap and replace it.

Hi, I bought a lot of 10 rupees diary milk bars for my son's third birthday party for piñata. One of the Bars had only half the chocolate and the child was bawling as though I cheated him on purpose. Bought a cadbury celebration pack on 20/07/2015. Opened the pack on 25/07/2015 and found white dots and bubbles on all the dairy milk in it which has a pkd date on 03/15 and best before 12'months mentioned on the pack. So, we are afraid to eat and tried 5 star. Even those 5'stars are looking weird in color which has a pkd date of 4/15. I have attached a proof image of the chocolates. It's really weird and cadbury is losing their quality it seems. I don't know how much they take action to this. But please consumers please avoid taking chocolates till then.

I want to register my complaint that i had bought a Dairy Milk chocolate on the evening of July 24, 2015 after unwrapping the same i found that the chocolate was contaminated and it was having white spots and small white bubbles all over it. It was properly packed when i had bought it and was also stored in freeze. On thoroughly noticing the bubbles i found it was highly contaminated as well was having fungus all over it. Hello, I am one of your million customers and i'm a huge fan of all cadbury products especially the chocolates. I would like to share one incident with the company. i was standing in a grocery shop when a watchman enters, gives a 10 rupee note to the shopkeeper and asks for two dairy milk chocolates. the shopkeeper gave him two 5 rs dairy milk.. i felt really sorry for him at the moment as the quantity of the 5 rs dairy milk was so tiny that his children would hardly be able to enjoy the taste of it. 3-4 years ago the 5 rs dairy milk now, was worth 2rs and the 10 rs dairy milk was also bigger in size and worth the money. Now the quality is the same but quantity has reduced massively in respective of the cost. Many customers think the same way, suggests the same and expect some changes. The company has always satisfied its customers I hope it will consider the suggestion this time too and spread happiness as always so that everyone says Kuch Meetha Hojaye. :)

I just purchased a cadbury dairy milk from a nearby store .It had the manufacture date 5/15 . I opened it d same day and noticed that it contained some kind of greasy looking substance in it and also some odd looking organisms . Clearly it was not in an edible condition .Sorry to say ...but have now lost d trust in cadbury products .

Hi, I purchased a cadbury silk choclate for Rs 150 from a store near my home. It was manufactured in march 2015 so there is no issue of expired unit. When I opened it, it had a different taste than usual and was looking as if it is stale(some powdery stuff visible when broken). My kid has eaten some portion of it but the remaining choclate is still with me in my fridge. One more thing, the boxes were missing and it was totally flat choclate(as if it was melted totally and then stored in fridge). I want of replacement of this choclate as the shop owner is not ready to do that. I deserve to have a perfectly eatble unit if I am spending money. thanks Abhishek

Today I bought 2 pkt of cadbury silk today on 20th July from m / s Food corner station road barakar District burdwan West bengal .The chocolate had white spots on the entire piece and even it had germs coming out of it. I want a replacement for it or else I will share with social networking sites and even consumer court.need reply at [protected]@yahoo.com

A box of Rich dry fruit collection was bought on the18the July 2015. On opening the chocolates they had a whitish layer and the chocolate pieces are flaky which means that the chocolates are expired and unfit for consumption. On closely observing the box for the manufacturing date I found 2 different dates 14/09/15 printed dark and 12/09/14. The new date is reprinted on the old date for the box to be sold. This is ethically and legally not acceptable. Need compensation favourable reply and compensation for this by the 25 th July 2015. The price of the box is Rs 575/-. If no reply/ action is received the complaint along with photos will be posted on all social media.

Yesterday i purchased a cadbury gems of Rs.10/- from a store situated in Baroda, gujarat. Today morning my daughter was having gems and unfortunately that gems has fallen down and broken and from inside that gems we saw a white coloured insects.
