Hi, I am Sanjib Kumar Manna, Owner of Full Moon, in Durgapur - 713205, West Bengal.
Our store is a 23 yrs old store since the yr 2000,
I want to complain that the Distributor of cadbury in our city has withdrawn our cooler as we were late in making the due payments for our products back in 2022, they withdrew the cooler and gave to another store in our near area only, but is billing the products under our name till this date ...we always paid the due on time but that month our sales were bit down so we couldn't pay it on time... their delivery van oftens mistakes our store to be the store where they gave to cooler and come here for delivery. i want to stop this illegal billing and want to register for a new cooler

    I bought a Cadbury celebrations of worth 100 rs . when i opened it i found two spoiled dairy milk chocolates with fungus mould on it . Both chocolates were bitter in taste also . So i request to refund or replace the product as soon as possible. Thank you

      I have purchased 2 Cadbury Dairy milk Fruit and Nut chocolates last week. Both are in bad condition and filled with fungus. Badly smelling also.

          It is very disappointing that I am getting stale chocolate From Cadburys / Mondelez (though date is within shelf life) but the flavor is pathetic as old nuts/stale have been used. I anyways will not purchase any Cadburys Products now but this is disgusting that you are playing with innocent people by selling stale Products. I purchased 2 Diary Milk Silk-Roasted Almond this Sunday(8th Jan'23) and after a bite, immediately it was choking my throat with stale flavor and smell. This is second instance that happened in last 2 months.

            Complaint for no cream in Oreo biscuit

            Please find attached pictures of biscuit purchased from D-Mart Airoli Navi Mumbai.
            This is a Jumbo pack and we have received a biscuit with no cream in it.
            Attached are the pictures for reference. There were offered to a person and it was very bad impression while receiving the feedback due to non cream biscuit found while having it.

            I bought a Cadbury Celebrations worth ₹100 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. When I opened its Dairy Milk bar, It was looking rotten. It was a spoiled and decomposed bar. Full of fungus. It tasted like trash. It's expiry date (JUNE 2023) wasn't even passed yet. I want compensation of this fraud done by the company or I will file a lawsuit against Cadbury in Ranchi Highcourt, My Brother is an advocate.

                          I bought a Cadbury Silk Oreo (Red Velvet) for 175 rupees; it smells and tastes like ###. I read about it on the internet that it is supposed to smell bad, but why does it taste spoilt? It was supposed to get expired on 12/08/2023, and I bought it on 22/11/2022.
                          Is it a joke so many CUSTOMERs have to delt with this same issue, which is not good.

                              Hello,

                              I am Laxmi, today (16/11/2022) I purchased a Cadbury Fuse 45g chocolate bar from nearby More Supermarket located in Jayamahal Extension, Bengaluru, India.

                              The chocolate looked completely fine with the packaging. However, once I unwrapped the chocolate bar I found a dead worm inside the wrapper I was completely shocked and opened it further to inspect and found a web sort of thing at the ends of the chocolate bar.
                              I am completely disappointed, as a long-term customer of Cadbury. Requesting a refund for the purchased defective product. For any additional information required, please contact me via email.

                              As there are many consumers who trust the brand with the long-built reputation of its products. Hoping that the company looks into this matter and inspects the products before distributing them to the store for consumer purchase.

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I purchased to silk chocolate yesterday. While opening the first chocolate I could smell rotten oil from the package. I ignored it and opened the package to see intact chocolate bar with white layer above it. I tasted the chocolate since in package it was recommend that whitish layer won't affect the fitness for consumption but it was good and tased very bad and the chocolate felt like sand on my tongue. So i threw away the bar and tried opening the second one and the result was same. I strongly recommend to maintain good products and recommend refund for the faulty ones that I have purchased.
                                I have included the bar code of the second chocolate for your reference so you could withdraw the faulty batch from the public sales.
