I boughg a five star chocolate from a shop near to my house, and i have noticed that the product is full of fungus on it. Its very disappointing. How can you play with our life....

I live in Viman Nagar, Pune and purchase only Bournville Chocs == 50% Dark, Cranberry, Fruit & Nut.
Since past two months, availibility is virtually NIL. Even though I go to each Kirana shop, Medical store and even Dorabjee.

I want to know the reason...

I am Pravin Pisal, received a gift chocolate from one of my friend in Mumbai, she purchased it from Global Chemist, Shantivan Borivali east.

My Son, consumed the half of the Chocolate and found whitish threads similar to Cob web and found live worms in the chocolate. Code mentioned on the pack is I20418C3 with Packed date 18/04/22 and best i[censored]sed by date is 13/01/23.

I rushed my son to my family doctor for further...

I bought dairy milk pack of 40 rs, which has the expiry date of May 2023 on it, on opening the packet, the product is in the dried up powered form which makes it fault and bad...

I have bought the hot chocolate powder recently when i opened it i saw worms in it . The product is packed in february 2022 and is to be used before Jan 2023....

The white wrapper was completely drenched with oil and the taste of the chocolate was horrible. This happened with many dairy milk silk chocolates...

Dear sir we are authorized cadbury distributor from humnabad bidar district karnataka we are not getting the chocolates from ur side...from last 6 months...ur depo is in hydrabad they are selling the chocolates there only. Then what is the use of distributor...I want to resolve the issue

On 12th of September 2022 I bought a packet of celebration and where I was given a dairy milk. When I opened it up i was upset to see the white layers on it and the condition was not at all good. It is totally unsatisfying that being one of the best companies of the world few products of yours are getting damaged due to packaging or some other kind of issues. We are not so rich to buy Cadbury all the time. Kindly...

I bought a Cadbury dairy milk silk and it's printed expiry date is February, 2023. Today (12th September, 2022) when I teared the plastic wrap, a foul smell came out. Then I saw the chocolate and it was covered with fungus.
I believe this happened because of negligence during packaging. This is unacceptable, I didn't expect this kind of negligence from Cadbury India....

Chocolate that i have bought today from (saket store budaun up india ) is smelling very bad and oily and rotten but it is not expired according to its date...it taste really bad and can not be eaten......

I bought a box of 6.6 gram chocolates and i opened it, it had small white spots all over it, it was infected. Cadbury is such a big firm and i never expected this kind of products from them. I want proper explanation on this.

This is my 3 time to find fungi on dairy milk silk chocolate. First I thought it is the white layer that they have mentioned on the package and had few pieces but later I found it is actual fungus on it. It is extremely disappointing to get a molded product. It's expire is "next year".
It is not my first time though, during Rakshabandhan I bought a cadbury celebration box, every single chocolate in it was molded and was consumed by...

Yesterday I bought cadbury daily milk ₹5 chocolate15 numbers. The chocolate is crispy there is no chocolate taste. Please solve this issue, I attached photo of the chocolate which I bought....

Wish to complain about my recent purchase of Cadbury chococakes brand. I purchased 22 packets of this brand for distribution. This was purchased from Haikosupermarket, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India .
Not only am I disappointed but I am shocked at the turn of events.
Instead of getting what we purchased we have received 4 packets which were tampered in some way or the other.

I purchased temptations almond retreat and got a half and deformed chocolate inside and it look unhygienic too. This had happened twice. If you can't maintain the quality then simply don't sell it. Its my hard earned money....

When i eat that chocolate i feel some different type taste and smell before buying only i checked date and everything. But when i eat it it was not good i opened complete pack of the chocolate i same small white dots on that and smell dots on that like fungus...

I got cadbury celeberation and 1st chocolate i opend silk it had a very worst odor it stale or smell as if it has some kind of chemical or petrol etc plz change it as its not fit for consumption...
