Address: Spring meadows techzone 4 greater noida west Gautam Buddh Nagar

Smell coming from chocolate, I was giving it to my 2 year kid. As I opened the pack the butter paper was filled with oil and was smelling bad. Chocolate inside was also not good. This is not at all expected from a brand like Cadbury.

    I have opened a café shop a week ago, willing to sell Cadburry chocolates. We are trying to reach your distributor over phone he answered one time and promised me to deliver materials to Sira city which is located 17 km away He didn’t show any interest to visit us. He is not answering my calls

      I have received pack of Cadbury celebrations in which while opening single pack a bug was found inside even the quality of product also found not in very good condition.

      Mondelez India should accept this big mistake along with proper apology letter and compensation for the incident.

        I bought dairy milk silk chocolate two days ago and opened it today. It was smellimg foul than i broke two pieces and ate one. It tasted like old used oil or ghee and inside white wrapper was also in bad condition like it was dipped in foul oil or ghee. Though expiry date is in july 2023.

          I bought dairymilk silk oreo and it looked completely okay form outside but when I unwraped it the paper on inner pack was oily and when I smelled it smelt greasy/ oily, even the expiry date is after few month.
          And thus happened with me for 2 time with dairymilk silk oreo.
          Hope this matter will be considered.

                I am Pravin Pisal, received a gift chocolate from one of my friend in Mumbai, she purchased it from Global Chemist, Shantivan Borivali east.

                My Son, consumed the half of the Chocolate and found whitish threads similar to Cob web and found live worms in the chocolate. Code mentioned on the pack is I20418C3 with Packed date 18/04/22 and best i[censored]sed by date is 13/01/23.

                I rushed my son to my family doctor for further advise but very very much disappointed with such a bad quality of product sold in Indian market by such a big multinational like Mondelez.

                            On 12th of September 2022 I bought a packet of celebration and where I was given a dairy milk. When I opened it up i was upset to see the white layers on it and the condition was not at all good. It is totally unsatisfying that being one of the best companies of the world few products of yours are getting damaged due to packaging or some other kind of issues. We are not so rich to buy Cadbury all the time. Kindly do the needful. I am attaching the photos too below. It would be great if you kindly help me out in this situation. I have high expectations from Cadbury India.

                              I bought a Cadbury dairy milk silk and it's printed expiry date is February, 2023. Today (12th September, 2022) when I teared the plastic wrap, a foul smell came out. Then I saw the chocolate and it was covered with fungus.
                              I believe this happened because of negligence during packaging. This is unacceptable, I didn't expect this kind of negligence from Cadbury India.

                                    This is my 3 time to find fungi on dairy milk silk chocolate. First I thought it is the white layer that they have mentioned on the package and had few pieces but later I found it is actual fungus on it. It is extremely disappointing to get a molded product. It's expire is "next year".
                                    It is not my first time though, during Rakshabandhan I bought a cadbury celebration box, every single chocolate in it was molded and was consumed by my 12 year old brother. Later in the month, I was gifted 2 more silk chocolates and both had fungus on it.
                                    It was shameful that such a big company put out such products in market. Hoping for a follow-up and compensation for the inconveniences caused or expect complaint in legal forums.

                                        I bought red velvet chocolate. When I opened it the smell of chocolate was so foul . Then I tried one piece in inner side of chocolate there is fungus. Then I threw it . I request you to look at the matter and refund my money
