I purchase Dairy milk silk (with caramel) yesterday (01/07/2015)evening Batch code : I50112 A1 Date mfg: 01/15, when I open the pack it was Gungy, Viscous inside layer. Still i trust and eat a piece of it and it was testing so badly that i have to spit it out. I went back to the shop and show it, but he denied to give my money back as the packing was within its expiry limits. I request you to give my money back asap. Please correct validity period of your product as it gets spoiled in test before the expiry period you mentioned. Don't chit the your consumer, I had been great fan of dairy milk but after facing this issue I will think twice before buying next. I hope that you value this feedback and respond to it immediately. At the end I want my money back. It cost half of my salary of the day. Waiting for you respond.

Cadbury India one of the reputed Company worldwide does not deserve to be criticised for the product with poor quality which makes the customer feel bad. Even though it was packed in Apr 2015, Shocked to notice that a couple of Chocolates purchased to be spoilt, when my children complained of bad taste I notice small insects doing the damage and it was breaking into pieces. By then they had consumed a small portion and luckily they did not any stomach upset. When tried to return to the outlet, suggested that to complain the company as it was delivered by the distributor and packet was sealed properly. With such a reputation selling sub-standard product and may be duplicate product occupying the shelf makes us feel sorry as were are being consuming Cadbury since ages and will still continue even though imported chocolates are in the market. I just bought a cadbury caramello few minutes back but when I open the pack it was wired inside very wired.It had small bubbles on the back.the colour of chocolate was very different taste of chocolate was awful chocolate was very dry.Shopkeeper sayd he buy product from authorised person. Quality of chocolate was not at all up to the mark. kindly look in to the matter and do the needful asap.

Two days back, I bought 2 dairy milk from my nearest shopkeeper. When I opened to eat, I saw small bubbles sort of thing on the chocolate which looks like fungus. I think this is really bad part of the company which is has been since a century in the market.

I have purchased one box of dairy chocolates dated 20th June & distributed to the kids on the birthday of my son . The parents have complaints that the chocolates were not good and has lost the actual taste . It has been very dry & the colour has been changed. Few kids could see worms in it . On 18 Jul 2015, I had purchased 5 boxes of Cadbury Dairymilk (Rs 5 each), and found that 2 boxes had stale products in it. Plz see attachment. I opened the wrapper of Dairymilk chocolate and found that around 15 chocolates had fungus on it that means they were stale. Attached are the pics of the same. We trust Cadbury since many years but now I am hating it and will think 10 times before buying this product.

I bought a Rs.25 dairy milk today and when i opened it, it had small white spots all over it, it was infected. I am furious at being given such a product and feel cheated at the same time. Cadbury is such a big firm and i never expected this kind of a product from cadbury. The code on the packet is K50330 packed on 05/13. I want strict actions....

I had purchased Cadbury dairy milk silk chocolate from Health n glow shop yesterday to give it to my niece. I was shocked when I opened it today. The chocolate had some odd smell and when I opened it saw the chocolate was in different colour and also had some white spots on it.. This is really disgusting to see my favourite chocolate with these issues. The expiry is still there till this December 2015 Its not easy to digest the fact that we are spending Rs150 for our fav chocolate and see such issues. m sure i would not get my money back from the shop keeper. It has become a regular occurrence now with cadbury having white dots on its chocolates. It has happened 3 times in the last 2 months, and now again it has happened. I bought 5 chocolates like every other day, but today all of them had white dots on them, and the chocolate would crumble to small pieces. It has a very unpleasant taste as well, looks like its infected. The pkd. date on them is 3/15 and the code is D50328 B1. Check into the quality of the product or it packing, or become the next MAGGIE case. I have registered the same on your website mondelez india.

Hello, We purchased a pack of Bournivita as per following details : Date of Purchase :12th June 2015 Date when we opened the pack : 12th June 2015 Size : 1 Kg Package Date mentioned on the pack : 6th May 2015 Code : H50506 A Purchased From : CSD canteen number 04793 - ESM Canteen, Dundahera, Gurgaon -122001 The content is unfit to use as it is solid/frozen.We contacted the CSD manager on 13th June 2015 to replace the faulty pack with new one but they denied to replace it or take any other appropriate measure. Cadbury is a trusted brand and it was shocking to see such a faulty food item especially when the package date on the product is barely 35 days old, moreover the concerned seller (CSD in this case) denied taking any measure. Today a bought a dairy milk chocolate worth rs 25.As soon i opened the packed i noticed some white spots and holes all over, it was clearly a sign of infected with fungi.As soon as i tried to break it into piece, the chocolate crumbled into small small pieces.It was not the first time i saw such a dairy milk chocolate, there are several instances where it was in bad condition(fungi). When I opened it at home, it had white patches as if wrong expiry date was printed on it.Manufacturing date printed on wrapper is 03/15. If companies like Cadbury are doing this in India then which company to rely on.I want resolution ASAP
