Dear Cadbury India Team !!! Like everyone I am also a huge fan of chocolates, , , but the incident that happened with me couple of days back forced me say BIG NO to chocolates, specially to Cadbury Dairy Milk.. I purchased a cadbury Dairy Milk "Fruit and Nut" few days back, manufactured on 04/14 and it was written best before 12 months... but when I opened the outer wrapper (purple coloured), it was smelling very bad.. After opening the inner wrapper (golden coloured), I realized it had funges..(picture attached) I was shocked to learn that the product which was to be expired after 04/15 was found in this condition on 08/14.. and that too the brand like cadbury's.. It is a matter of concern for everyone, especially kids who dont even check the packaging and expiry date... and what to say about this incident.. this was packed on 04/14 and was best befor 12 months from packaging??? still I found it in this condition on 08/14 (just after 4 months of packaging). It could cause any damage to human body So guys.. next time while purchasing this product do take utmost care... It can save someone's life/ health..

Dear Sir, I have purchased 1 dairy milk silk 65g of Rs 60.00 and 1 dairy milk fruit & nut 80g of Rs 75.00 on 02nd September at Pakala town, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. 517112. India. When I gave the Dairy milk silk to my daughter during lunch break, she found white fungus formed on the said product. And then we have opened fruit & nut packet also. It is spoiled with white fungus.(silk: code i40223 A1. Pkd02/14. Fruit & nut: code H40302. Pkd 03/14 C2). Please look in to the matter as the issue is most urgent. We celebrate every occasion with dairy milk products. My children fond of these products and almost every day they use to purchase these products. Dear Cadbury India, I bought a Cadbury Silk with manufacturing date March 2014. After eating, i realised it was not how silk used to be and tasted extremely bad. After that I could see some small white bubble like thing on it which to my understanding is FUNGI (see attached photo). With such examples, Cadbury is not living by its Core Values of "Performance, Quality and Responsibility". Cadbury changed its name to Mondelez, where delez means 'delicious'. But serving customers with such bad chocolates which is not at all 'delez' is absolutely Wrong. Cadbury being a known brand should take care of such incidents. Also, it is the responsibility of Cadbury to not to sell Chocolates through retailers who do not have required storage facilities. Kindly resolve the complaint. Looking forward to get good quality chocolates from people's favorite brand Cadbury in future.

Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk today with Manufacturing date as 03/14. When I opened, to my surprise, it was completely spoiled due to fungus all over the chocolate. I am attaching the photos of the spoiled chocolate... Please see if you can get it replaced. I will keep it with me and wait for your response back on this issue. Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a fan of Dairy Milk - Fruit and nut. I had recently purchased Fruit and Nut Dairy Milk bar. After eating the first bite the taste of the chocolate felt different than usual. I had few bites and all tasted as if made of stale product. The taste in the end felt sour and a little tangy. Kindly look into the matter. I am a avid consumer of dairy milk. Dear sir, I bought a Dairymilk Silk and within 2 days it was completely spoiled. The taste had become totally miserable and there was a foul odour given out by it. I checked out the manufacture date and it was manufactured just a month ago. Being a Cadbury lover, I feel that such problems are spoling the reputation of the entire company. Please look into the matter and check out the faults.

Hi, I just happened to buy 120 Cadbury chocolates to give my office colleagues on my birthday occasion. After i distributed they found fungus on all the chocolates which made my situation was so embarrassing and annoying. Then i went to the shop keeper and fought with him, but he was telling that is not his fault rather than Cad bury. I think that problem is with storing..yes they don't have great facility to store these items.. i ask you Cad bury you don't distribute the retailers where they don't have refrigeration facilities. If you can't handle this you better stop manufacturing and distribution. In this case you are a failure, because the product ultimate goal is consumer satisfaction...when the end customer is not satisfied with your product of any reason, then it's utterly your failure. I hope you would understand and take action on these.

Hi all, Its my birthday today.I bought cadbury dairy milk packet to distribute among my friend . Suddenly all started making weird faces .upon asking they said that the taste is not good.I tasted the same and i was unable to consume even a bite. The situation was so embarrassing and annoying for me. I am regular consumer of cadbury and today you have really disappointed me. I had never expected this from cadbury. I have no doubt about the quality and contents of cadbury chocolates. Toady I bought 2 Cadbury dairy milk silk 65 g chocolate for my kids, when I open the chocolate one was ok but one was totally different in shape and look, I tasted this before kids and I found the taste is also not ok. The chocolate seems to be having fungus or some other deformity as white lines and patches appears on it. The shopkeeper refused to take it back, I have kept it safe in freezer for future requirement as per your action. Dear Sir, Myself Hasan Chobarawala, I am from Ujjain M.P., on Saturday I brought Cadbury Dairy Milk from Durga Everfresh Freeganj Ujjain. The details of the product are given below.Product. Cadbury Dairy Milk Code :- K31222 Date of Manufacturing :- 12/13 B2 MRP :- 25 I am sorry to say when I opened the product it was not up to the mark. It was very rough and dry some powder type material and patches were there on the product. The size of dairy milk chocolate seems to be going down each time I get. Its not ideal to be so market conscious, one needs to cater to those people who have made this product a grand hit. High time guys... v have had enough. Wake up!!! it still isinnt dat late. This complain may just lie somewhere and may be ignored, nut I dont care, I still expect some change, some improvement. i bought 3 cadbury dairy milk silk 65 g chocolate today.i'm big fan of dairy milk.but i was surprised ...wen i open it dat chocolate is in white colour..it has some white colour patches in it...very much disappointed.and i'm scared to open the remaining two...waste of money

Six cadbury silk roast almond chocolates purchased in Navi Mumbai were distributed by me in a function.. Now two are with me and four were given to friends. Upon opening the one of the two left with me- it was smelling and tasting differently. I am fond of this chocolate from the beginning and I am very much familiar with it's taste and smell. I am not satisfied with this and also disturbed the mood of my friends in a happy moment.

The batch number 140426 packed in 04/14 is appearing on the cover of the pack .The bar code appearing on the pack is[protected].

This is not expected from a company of high standard and reputation. Pl look into this complaint urgently and do the needful. After paying a sum of Rs.360.00 for six packs - I am disturbed as well as the mood of my friends.
