Dear sirs,
My son got a Celebrations pack as a present from a bank, for his academic achievements.
We opened 2 chocolates from the pack, and both were bad. We also had purchased some Milk Chocolates wgich were bad.
This was all reported and I was given this subject reference number by a mail I received from your Customer Service, informing that someone from your company would come and pick up the defective products for further investigation.
I'm sorry to say that there is no response, no contact established by your company so far in the matter of this complaint. I also replied to the mail reporting no response from your company.
I shall wait for 2 more days to hear from you, failing which I will lodge a complaint in the Consumer Forum / court. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
