Toady I bought 2 Cadbury dairy milk silk 65 g chocolate for my kids, when I open the chocolate one was ok but one was totally different in shape and look, I tasted this before kids and I found the taste is also not ok. The chocolate seems to be having fungus or some other deformity as white lines and patches appears on it. The shopkeeper refused to take it back, I have kept it safe in freezer for future requirement as per your action. Please Take necessary action as this may be dangerous to health and may be life threatening for kids, It is very serious of somebody's life.     Dear Sir, I have purchased 1 dairy milk 38g of Rs. 25/- and 1dairy milk fruit and nut 40g of Rs.40/- on 30.08.2014 from M/s. Sadguru Gen Store and Dry fruits. When i opened dairy milk 38g for consumption on 31.08.2014, i found that the said product is looking like fungus formed on it and its taste was not good. Product batch no:K40315 Pkd:03/14 B1.     This is to my earlier complaint dated 31.08.2014 through this forum regarding cadbury dairy
    milk 38g pkd 03/2014 of Rs.25/- bad taste (fungus) and their subsequent response
    number:1054301 towards my said complaint, i wish to inform you that,
    their Representative has visited my home on 02.09.2014 at around 1.45pm
    and replaced defect product with one new cadbury dairy milk Roast
    Almond 42g MRP 45/-bearing pkd:02/2014 batch no:H40224 A2. and also took
    away my 6g dairy milk MRP. 5/- along with defected dairy milk 38g.
    without my consent or any replacement.

    I strongly condemn the practice of giving old dated product has a
    replacement and this type of attitude.
    Cadbury people contacted me through email and mobile number today and told that they will send their representative to my postal address within 2 days.

Cadbury Dairy Milk Code :- K31222 Date of Manufacturing :- 12/13 B2 MRP :- 25 I am sorry to say when I opened the product it was not up to the mark. It was very rough and dry some powder type material and patches were there on the product. The taste was also different from its original taste.I have also attached the snap of the same for your reference. Kindly look into the matter and revert.

        The size of dairy milk chocolate seems to be going down each time I get. Its not ideal to be so market conscious, one needs to cater to those people who have made this product a grand hit. High time guys... v have had enough. Wake up!!! it still isinnt dat late. This complain may just lie somewhere and may be ignored, nut I dont care, I still expect some change, some improvement. Thank you. Hope this complaint falls with some sensible person.

            Six cadbury silk roast almond chocolates purchased in Navi Mumbai were distributed by me in a function.. Now two are with me and four were given to friends. Upon opening the one of the two left with me- it was smelling and tasting differently. I am fond of this chocolate from the beginning and I am very much familiar with it's taste and smell. I am not satisfied with this and also disturbed the mood of my friends in a happy moment.

            The batch number 140426 packed in 04/14 is appearing on the cover of the pack .The bar code appearing on the pack is[protected].

            This is not expected from a company of high standard and reputation. Pl look into this complaint urgently and do the needful. After paying a sum of Rs.360.00 for six packs - I am disturbed as well as the mood of my friends.

            Do the needful urgently on priority and contact me to check the quality of your chocolate.

              Rotten oil/dalda smell from dairy milk (Silk - orange peel)

              I bought the following product - Diary Milk, Silk, Orange Peel for my wife & my classmates wife on a trip to our Bschool. The chocolates were stinking of ROTTEN OIL/DALDA. I definitely didn't expect this from CADBURY.
              I have saved 1 of the 2 chocolates. In case you wish to investigate further you are free to collect this from my residence....

              I bought a Cadbury dairy milk silk from Annapurna store in karol bagh. Ihen I opened it I felt that it was not ok but when I tasted it it had a very foul taste..it was crumbly and it had a rotten taste..it also had small white spots on it.. It was of march 2014..this is very shocking as it has happened first time with dairy milk..I request that the necessary action should be taken as soon as possible

                white spot fungus in cadbury dairy milk

                I bought an cadbury celebration pack and it contain 2 Cadbury dairy milk chocolates, when I ate half of it .. I found out which were having white spot and fungus in the middle of the chocolate!! On touching I feel many white dots on it like spores on it. Weird and really dangerous to see this. Its so terrible!! Never expected this from such a big brand in chocolate industry!! I purchased it on 9th august 2014 from a local shop here at Vijayawada....

                i brought dairymilk silk 160g pack worth rs 150 from a shop. when i opened it i found 2 pieces were missing and foul smell was coming from it. it cannot be eated like that. being one of the great fan of cadbury india and such a renowned company such products are not expected. plz take suitable actions for it.

                    I bought Cadbury Silk recently for my daughter. When i opened the pack, i found that the chocolate was in a semi-solid state though the same was preserved in a fridge. When i looked closely i found that there was a worm that has been responsible for the state of the chocolate. There were huge holes also in the chocolate.

We also had purchased some Milk Chocolates wgich were bad. This was all reported and I was given this subject reference number by a mail I received from your Customer Service, informing that someone from your company would come and pick up the defective products for further investigation. I'm sorry to say that there is no response, no contact established by your company so far in the matter of this complaint. I also replied to the mail reporting no response from your company.                         I purchased cadbury 5 Star, of which code is K40 129 & packed on 04-14. While Eating That i felt a foreign element(steel/iron Pin) in my mouth when i took out i found several small pieces. What if i had swallowed that pin & got some infection or injury in my esophagus or stomach or intestines. You want to kill people by your product ?? Is it chocolate or killing chocolate ?? I tried to call customer care but they didn't responded. What kind of quality is this, What the hell is Cadbury doing, are they monitoring manufacturing process ?? It is really shame for such a company who is very famous for its quality & taste, such a company is giving licence to such pathetic factories who produce this ...!!! Are you all not responsible for any kind of quality control ?? I don't want my money back but i want you to take severe action against such factory & do intimate me for the action you took on that factory, If any action is not taken by you then you will force me to take legal action against you .                           Hi, I had purchased a Cadbury silk - chocolate on 30th July, 2014I found the first two pieces were either missing or totally melted. And while eating the chocolate, there were tiny granules on it ; which made the chocolate really disgusting to consume. Kindly, let me know as to why the quality of a highly priced chocolate has been compromised. Also, I tried to call the toll free #[protected] and wrote a mail to the mail id mentioned on the wrapper asking for suggestion to place a complaint regarding this. There was no response.                           I had purchased Cadbury dairy milk silk chocolate to give it to my niece. I was shocked when I opened it. The chocolate had some odd smell and when I opened it saw the chocolate was in different colour and also had some white spots on it.. This is really disgusting to see my favourite chocolate with these issues. The expiry is still there till this December 2015

                          I tried to call the toll free #[protected], but no response.

                          Please let me know how to proceed further with this issue.

                          POOR QUALITY OF NUTS IN CADBURY DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE

                          THE HAZEL NUTS USED IN THE CHOCOLATE ARE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND ARE GIVING AN UNPLEASANT TASTE. THE CHOCOLATE IS NOT MEETING THE STANDARDS OF CADBURY. THIS WAS REALLY DISSATISFYING ON PART OF CADBURY INDIA'S QUALITY.

                            I bought a cadbury diary milk silk @ 135/- from a nearby shop in B 84 Defence Colony for my 5 year old daughter. I didn't check the expiry date. My daughter ate almost 5 pieces and then offered me a piece. When I tasted it it had that rotten smell and taste. Then I checked the manufacturing date is was November 2013 and I bought it on 04.08.2014. I approached the agency with the expired product and the agency not inclined to change or refund for the expired product. I would really appreciate if you could look into this and do the needful.                               I bought some dairy milk chocolates from a nearby store a few days back All Of them were full of white granules and were powdered I ignored it as it was the first time but again yesterday it happened with me when i Bought some dairy milks from a superstore and I've a habit to check epiry dates so none of the above were expired I had the same thing again and when I asked my frnds they also have faced this problem once in a while Even my mother had same thing in a silk which was a bigger one I dunno what u guys are doing sitting up there but a quality control and redressal is in order Please look into the matter seriously No one has time and money to waste Chocolates are supposed to make us feel gud not worse! :|

                                I have purchased a fruit & nut Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate of Rs.150/- (code no. 140520 B3 MFG Dated 05/14) with offer of ccd 2 small cups of coffee from Yadav Stores at Kane nagar, Antophill, CGS Colony, sector-6, mumbai-400037 But after opening the chocolate cover it is found that there is whitish small patches on the chocolate and when brakes it then it broke in granule form and no taste found in it.
