Yesterday I bought cadbury daily milk ₹5 chocolate15 numbers. The chocolate is crispy there is no chocolate taste. Please solve this issue, I attached photo of the chocolate which I bought.

I bought red velvet chocolate. When I opened it the smell of chocolate was so foul . Then I tried one piece in inner side of chocolate there is fungus. Then I threw it . I request you to look at the matter and refund my money

Wish to complain about my recent purchase of Cadbury chococakes brand. I purchased 22 packets of this brand for distribution. This was purchased from Haikosupermarket, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India .
Not only am I disappointed but I am shocked at the turn of events.
Instead of getting what we purchased we have received 4 packets which were tampered in some way or the other.
Empty packets
Broken content packets
The item which claim to be of 21gms weight is actually only 10 GM's!!!
This is such a huge let down!
Please see the attached pictures and videos to get an idea of what has happened.
I placed trust on the brand and this was totally unexpected. It was not only insulting but publicly embarrassing to face such a situation.
This is a very bad experience and I want to bring this to the notice of the right people. If I do not hear back with an explanation, I would not hesitate to make this incident public on social media to create awareness about this kind of blatant cheating by the brand. Least expected from a brand like yours!
As a customer, the company owes me an explanation for this!

I purchased temptations almond retreat and got a half and deformed chocolate inside and it look unhygienic too. This had happened twice. If you can't maintain the quality then simply don't sell it. Its my hard earned money.

When i eat that chocolate i feel some different type taste and smell before buying only i checked date and everything. But when i eat it it was not good i opened complete pack of the chocolate i same small white dots on that and smell dots on that like fungus...

I got cadbury celeberation and 1st chocolate i opend silk it had a very worst odor it stale or smell as if it has some kind of chemical or petrol etc plz change it as its not fit for consumption

I got chocolate 3 days ago and kept it in the freezer and forgot about it. But after 3 days i noticed a strange smell of petrol Or kerosene and found out that it was coming from the packet of dairy milk silk oreo. It's wrapper and foil was completely drenched in oil. The chocolate is also not at all cheap at it was a 175₹ chocolate, and when you give so much money, you have the expectation of a good quality product.

I opened my Cadbury 5 star, just to find chocolate bar covered with white dots all over and patches of dark brown colour on some parts. There is no expiry date or manufacturing date mentioned on the packet.

I purchased a dairymilk chocolate which is expired by the quality but the chocolate is under expiry date...the expiry date is 02/23. My daughter was about to eat...but I stopped her...

My chocolate is smelling like [censored] like it is stale. I don't know what's the problem but it's not good. I have eaten this silk Oreo chocolate so many times nd it tastes so good.

Today, when I wanted to do some stage with great love, I gave a packet of 10 rupees Cadbird Cadbury Cadbury Cadbury Dairy Dairy Milk but got mold in it, you have broken my trust.

I am recieving my orders timely from my distributor but since one month i am not recieving my orders because i asked my distributor to pick expiry products and not recieving my calls also. I have bought one 5 star home treat packet and the chocolate in this packet have some white dotes all ove the chocolate.

I bought Cadbury dairy milk silk choclate on 15th august 2022 . In this product choclate was totally spoiled abd fungus on top of choclate. Taste was so bitter and smells like hair oil.expiry date of this product is 5/3/2023.

We have purchased packets of Cadbury celebrations from yash traders masjid - Crawford market around 10th of August. We were had bought about 12 packets for the function at home. To distribute it to kids as they all love Cadbury chocolate. And kids you know are impatient so few of them opened the packets and to all our surprise the dairymilk chocolate was white waxed with fungus. We immediately opened couple of other packets of celebration and the chocolate inside that were all same with white fungus. We then thought how would anyone believe even if we bring this matter forward so we before opening 1 more packet recorded the video. And to our surprise it was same. We wanted to bring this forward because it was concerning with kids health and life. And the packet is having good validity. So the entire batch would be like that. It is company's irresponsible behavior. Kindly take necessary action. I have photo and video of the same.

I purchased a Cadbury gift pack. I got 2 partially broken dairy milk chocolate inside it. Also, the remaining part of the chocolate was not in shape and in miserable condition.

I have recently bought a Cadbury celebrations seal packed box which was totally packet with that purple opening on top like every other Cadbury celebrations box . But when I opened it I was really very disappointed to know that there were only 2 Cadbury dairy milk chocolate, 1 Cadbury five star and 1 Cadbury gems chocolate which means the bigger diary milk, A packet of gems chocolate and one five star was completely Missing from the box. This was totally unexpected from the best ever brand Cadbury.I am so dissatisfied.
